From the moment I checked in, Moe was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming, answering all my questions with a smile and offering great recommendations for places to visit nearby. Moe truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, and her positive attitude made a real difference. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests the way she does. Rating: 3/5 We (2 adults+2 Kids) recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to its five-star rating. The place was overcrowded and filled with screaming infants and small children — not exactly the relaxing atmosphere one would expect from a hotel of this class. While the hotel does offer some entertainment for kids, it was very limited and repetitive. The Ruxy Club staff seemed to take the easy way out — rather than engaging the children with crafts or games, they mostly let them sit for hours in front of video games or the TV. There was a real lack of motivation and creativity, which was disappointing. The food was passable, but for the price, I’ve had much better. One positive aspect was the evening entertainment — not all the performers were great, but overall it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cocktails at the bar were a letdown. The bartenders clearly lacked proper training, and the drinks were poorly mixed. A professional bartending course is definitely needed to raise the standard. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and hardworking. A special mention goes to Prashanth at the People’s Restaurant — he was excellent and clearly takes pride in his work. The fitness trainers were also great. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing, high-end five-star experience, this may not be the right place. But if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind a more hectic environment, it could still be worth considering.

Luxurious, plush hotel next to the Marina Mall. Beautiful tiling and carpets. Kids Club, swimming pool and access to private beach. Very upmarket. Classical musicians and classical dancing in the foyer are just one aspect of the hotel's entertainment. Lovely bedrooms, best rooms have a sea view. Very helpful and polite staff. The hotel looks extremely expensive, but overnight stays are less expensive than you would think, averaging out at about 250 euro per room per night at certain times of the year. Best time to visit is between October and April. Summer months are very hot, but the hotel has great air conditioning to keep guests cool and fresh. Taxis are readily available and are very cheap. It is a hotel for that very special treat.

Navigated this place for the first time and felt amazed. Staff are incredibly helpful and will guide you in the right direction. The experience more than makes up for it. The amenities and facilities are excellent, the food is delicious and the rooms are equally impressive. The outdoor area offers a breathtaking view of the ocean , adding to the overall charm of the property. We particularly would like to recommend Ravi , guest relation staff for warmth welcome and smooth hassle free check in. We will return back here soon.
