My stay at the Rixos Hotel was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is luxurious yet welcoming, and every member of staff made us feel valued and cared for. The food deserves special praise—it was exceptional. Every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience consistently exceeded our expectations. I would also like to give a special thank you to Sohaib at reception. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. His warm welcome, willingness to help, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, and his excellent service is one of the main reasons our stay was so memorable. A huge thank you to Sohaib and the entire Rixos team for an unforgettable holiday. We booked room 517 and 519 and everything was amazing. Check in was excellent by muhamadsodik from reception tram. Concierge was also very helpful. Elizabeth from reception was also helpful. Looking for the fantastic place for your vacation I would highly recommend Rixos marina with great value. It was best decision to stay everything was great from check in to check out. Special thanks to housekeeping Mr. birendra for your friendly hospitality service and making our stay smooth. Room was clean and everything was organised.
