First stay in Rixos marina Abu Dhabi. We like the hotel and location. The reception staff was very warm and polite. Quickly check in and check out. Clear information about the hotel. Concierge service is great. The food are tasty especially sea foods. We will come back again.

The rooms were good. Clean and nice. But service from managers and reception aren’t the best. Especially when managers were running around and shouting at cleaners who were doing their best when there was a rain. Waiters on peoples poolside cafe were real bad. You almost have to force them to take your order. And the fact that reception was flooded and you threw towels on the floor is disgusting. The towels which you give to your guests. You position this hotel as luxury, but in reality I would give it 4 stars max. I spend 7k $ for the room and tickets, Plus around 10k $ just to do something outside with kids because any activity except 1 mall is at least 4 km away. You should offer free rides to the city and parks in my opinion. And what’s going on with your beach. Catastrophe. We spend more time in the kids pool then we did in the beach because of rocks and low tide every single day. And I’ve been there for 20 days.
Over all I can spend same amount of money and have a way better experience with family somewhere else.

We recently had a delightful family getaway at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, opting for the all-inclusive package. Our room boasted an incredible sea view from a high floor, adding an extra touch of serenity to our stay. The pool area, with its generously sized main pool, separate kids' pool, and an adult pool, provided ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.
While the kids' area and club kept our little ones entertained, we noticed a gap in activities catering to older kids and teens. Nevertheless, the variety and quality of food, typical of Rixos resorts, exceeded our expectations. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, although we encountered some disappointment with the attitude of the chefs at the outdoor live station.
Despite this minor hiccup, our three-night stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we're already planning our return. Overall, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi offers a fantastic experience for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Cherry on top was our last impression when valley staff generously offered 4 bottles of cold water to take away! It was so nice of him considering we are family of 5!

It's a very nice Hotel, Lobby is luxurious and neat. The rooms are being cleaned every time we left the hotel, tasty food especially the LA Carte dinner, one of the best dishes they're having. The pools are very enjoyable. I enjoyed and I would go again next week to stay! My Thanks goes also to Mohamed from the guest relation department for being a friendly and helpful person throughout our stay.

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is a great hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are very nice and modern. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is very polite and friendly. I especially want to mention the concierge Kosimjon. He is very friendly, responsible, a true professional in his field! I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel! You will be pleasantly surprised, because this hotel has a high level of service! you will not regret for a minute if you choose this hotel
