Great rooms with sea views, comfy bed and modern decor. Nice bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived early in the day but the staff were happy to sort out an early check in as soon as 2 suitable rooms were ready.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The staff were exceptional—especially Nimesha, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the ocean was a dream. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this place has the perfect balance. Highly recommend!

The hotel restaurant is beatifully located. The room has a beautiful see view. The sound of waves wakes u up in the morning - which is so good. The food served in the restaurant is good. Especially the egg hippers - traditional Sri Lankan dish made of eggs, coconut milk and rice flour - delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. They will always there for u. Best greetings for Nimesha.

A paradise in Negombo The Heritance Negombo is an amazing hotel that exceeds all expectations. The pool is stunning, with a modern design and a spectacular view. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I loved the location of the hotel, close to the beach and with easy access to Negombo town. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious and varied. Overall, my stay at the Heritance Negombo was excellent. If you are looking for a high quality hotel in Negombo, don't hesitate to choose this one - I assure you won't be disappointed!" This hotel is amazing. The view is incredible from the balcony . The service is terrific, they gave us complimentary bottles of waters and cool guava drinks upon arrival. We came early so they gave us tea for free as well. They arranged an early check in free of charge and upgraded our room for no charge either! It truly is a slice of luxury. Milroy in particular was a fantastic member for staff (among many fantastic members of staff) who helped us with anything and everything we needed. The outdoor pool is excellent, clean. The buffet is delicious with authentic Sri Lankan food and English food. Truly a 5 star hotel! Highly recommend✨
