Staying at the hard Rock was a five-star celebrity experience. Starting with the valets who are very efficient in getting vehicle quickly. A cordial front desk staff was very helpful and the luggage was handled extremely quickly and efficiently. The room was beautiful. Perfectly clean. Definitely one of my very favorite hotels of all time. Thanks so much for the great stay

This was our first time at the hard rock and our flight was delayed many hours so we didn't arrive until late. We saw our ecv sitting but no key so when we went to check in, they do not have the key to it, have to wait until the luggage person is there. They did not tell us anything about the resort, didn't even feel welcomed. We had to ask how to get to our room. Very poor check in process. The handheld shower broke, they said engineer would be up while we were at the park, they never fixed it. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, not deep enough to swim in. The ground were well kept and nice walking path to the park. Very close to the park. The market was nice with lots of options from Starbucks to ice cream. Restaurants on site were good.

This location is perfect for visiting the Unversal theme park. Express Pass Unlimited and a 5 minute walk to the parks. The rooms are a little outdated but spacious and there are two mirrors and vanities for families to get ready in the morning. The hotel is nice with a great convenience store for coffee, drinks, and snacks. The pool area is very clean with a water slide and bar area. This trip we had an added surprise when one of the hotel managers sent a care package to our room with aloe and snacks when I asked him where the ice machine was and told him I needed it for my sons sunburnt face.

Stayed here for 1 night. Got express passes for two days with early admission. Club lounge was a great addition and will definitely stay club level at the resorts that it is offered at again. Food was great. Room was large and clean. Whitney with Kingdom Elite Travel

For three days of our stay the room could not be used during our stay. Renovations above our room resulted in unsafe noise levels. They would not move our room. They offered $150/day for the noise. To put guests in there rooms is very disrespectful. The hotel team were very polite. The location was great and the hotel and pool were otherwise very nice. Hard Rock management. Whoever decided that these rooms should be in use during renovations, you should not be treating customers with contempt such as this.
