My stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in helping us. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Furthermore, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the nights uncomfortably hot. The waitstaff service in the restaurant was disorganized; they took a long time to attend to us and when they finally did, they brought incorrect or incomplete orders. The noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was constant, making it difficult to rest. The breakfast, which was supposedly included, was very limited and of poor quality. To top it off, the WiFi barely worked, which worsened our experience. Overall, the value for money at this hotel is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I definitely won't be returning. It's a shame because I expected much more for the price we paid.

The best hotel we have ever been to. Very friendly staff, an incredibly beautiful view and the hotel in general offers everything you need. Great pool area, bar with delicious drinks and the wellness area and treatments are excellent. The only thing that is even better is the food. The breakfast and dinner are really incredible, great selection, fresh high quality products. I would really like to know the recipe for the delicious porridge in the morning. ;)

Very pleasant stay, little or no animation. Good and well prepared food but very limited. Very bad restaurant table service, too slow, they brought us dishes that we had not ordered, many mistakes and no restaurant manager. Dessert took an hour to arrive. Everything else was very good during the holidays.

Lovely hotel with a great vistas across the ocean. I won’t add to other comments about the excellence of the rooms and surroundings but I’d highlight the housecleaning team for praise. Unusually for us we stayed half board (some lovely snacks and pintxos are available during the day to stave off any hunger pangs). It may be because it is low season, but there was no buffet but waiter service. The servers displayed pleasant enthusiasm rather than skill. The food in general was pretty good though there were some basic errors. For example a delightfully cooked half of fish on the bone was served with smeared in an opaque sauce, not an eating challenge to be enjoyed.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We managed to visit the spa and the ocean club. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. There are many different places for swimming and sunbathing. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and stylish. There is also a complimentary bar with drinks and snacks that operates 24/7. The staff is polite and friendly. The views are stunning. Additionally, as newlyweds, the hotel gifted us a bottle of champagne, which was a pleasant surprise. Cons: 1) The hotel has moved away from the buffet concept to restaurants without prices, where you can choose anything from the menu. The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful and the taste is impeccable. However, it still feels limiting. Additionally, the service is very slow (there was a moment when we waited for our dessert for about an hour), and drinks at dinner are charged (and this is not mentioned, so it was a surprise at check-out). 2) The Finnish sauna and hammam in the spa are cold. 3) There are no entertainment options except for golf. It lacks billiards or any other form of entertainment. Despite these points, it is a wonderful hotel and we will definitely return!
