The food is good, but unfortunately there is no pork meat offered, while other hotels in the area do include it. Cleanliness is decent – I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The staff was a bit disappointing; many don’t understand English or German well and often seemed confused, which made communication difficult. They also couldn’t serve a proper beer, which was surprising. Another downside is the lack of shade by the kids’ pool – definitely something that could be improved for families. Overall, it’s a solid stay with room for improvement.

Regular resort in Belek , not luxurious at all. Rooms and services need more interest to be in the required level of luxurious accommodation. Even they spend a lot of dietary effort in meals that served but it restricted to chicken at most time. It was very clear that every remaining food from one day are used to be re-cooked in the next day. Activities for children like gaming center and fun playground are for extra fee to be charged if used. The value of accommodation fee is very high in a comparison with the services value that you hope to get.

I’m writing this review at 3am on my 6th evening of our second year at this hotel resort. Not because I want to be awake at 3am, I would much rather be asleep right now. The hotel is visually stunning but the building quality is very cheap when it comes to acoustics. So as furniture is moved EVERYDAY, it wakes you up as it sound like deep fingers down a chalk board. I’ve never been subjected to water torture but I’m guessing this is what it feels like. You just can’t sleep, so if that is something you need then this is the wrong place for you. If you have already booked then look to get your money back asap. Last year I thought we were in an unlucky room, but as the service was great, it was worth giving it another go due to the hotel having a good kids club. This year however the service isn’t as good and one woman at dinner who couldn’t understand English just blanked us instead of getting a colleague who does. I felt like a second class citizen, not what you want after paying thousands to take your family on holiday. All I actually asked for was a bottle of Eefs Malt (house beer), not some obscure item. Turkey is a nice place to visit, but best to look elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel as a group of 11 people, including children. Unfortunately, our vacation was ruined by a serious health issue. On the second day, several of us, including the children, became ill. When we visited a doctor, we were informed that the illness was likely caused by the pool water. It was extremely disappointing to learn that many previous guests had reported similar issues, yet nothing seems to have been done about it. Clearly, there is a major hygiene problem at this hotel. We contacted customer service, but they were completely unhelpful and indifferent. There is no on-site doctor, no one to prescribe medication, and the nearest hospital had a queue of over 100 people. We ended up spending most of our time waiting in hospitals instead of enjoying our vacation. In the end, we left the hotel earlier than planned, not even waiting for our stay to end — we just couldn’t stay any longer. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious and not be misled by the hotel’s appearance. Hygiene and guest care should always come first, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both

We spent an amazing week at Granada Luxury Resort Belek with my daughters, and I honestly loved every minute of it! We had a room with a balcony right next to the swimming pool - perfect location. The resort is huge with so many attractions and activities for both kids and adults. The kids club was a lifesaver, giving parents a chance to relax too. The food was absolutely wonderful - so many options for every meal, and everything was fresh and tasty. I was especially impressed that they serve food even between 23:30 and 4:00am, which is ideal for those with late check-ins. The main restaurant was always very clean and well organised. Staff were quick to clear tables, so we never had to wait to be seated or queue long for food. There’s plenty of space for everyone, which made dining stress-free. The resort also has its own beach, which you reach by shuttle. It’s a nice little escape and a good change of scenery - we really enjoyed it. A couple of downsides: the swimming pool was quite cold in April, so it wasn’t very comfortable for swimming. Also, I was shocked to find out there was no iron in the room and we had to pay extra to use one - something I’ve never experienced at a resort before. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay and I’d definitely recommend it, especially for families!
