I am extremely satisfied with my choice of accommodation for this year’s summer vacation. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff greeted us at the entrance, and the check-in took just 2 minutes. The room is excellent—large, with a comfortable bed and a big balcony. The food is delicious, with a wide and varied selection. It would take at least ten days to try everything offered. The choice of drinks is diverse. The resort’s grounds are well-maintained and spacious. There are two pools, one of which has 4 water slides, and there is also a pool for children. The beach is about a 10-minute easy walk away, but the resort provides its own transport to the beach. At the beach, the resort has its own beach club, where food and drinks are also served throughout the day. Every evening there is a kids' disco, followed by an evening show.

Great hotel at a good price, The lobby and bar look luxurious, the rooms are beautiful, clean, air conditioning and everything else works, There is a bus to the beach every half hour, but you can get there in 10 minutes on walk maybe less, they also offer lunch on the beach, so you don't have to go to eat at the hotel, there are many bazaars and shops in front of the hotel. The food in the dining room and on the beach is delicious, but I recommend going early because then there are a lot of people and it is difficult to find a place to sit. The service was nice, especially the nice waitress who kept jumping. Drinks in the bar excellent, Downstairs there are swimming pools on each sides and shops, you have directly in the hotel, for example, a shoe store at a very good price. Near the hotel you have a bridge where there are turtles every morning. I recommend this hotel.

EXZELLENT The food was good, large selection. The facilities were good. The location was great, the beach was within walking distance or shuttle ride, otherwise the pools were great. I also enjoyed the Turkish show.

I want to tell everyone who is thinking about resting in this hotel. You don't. In short, what happened. We had booked two deluxe rooms and one family one. When we arrived, we only had one deluxe room instead of two. They said to wait. So three days in suspense, until they found out we had two deluxe rooms. People at the reception are not competent and there is no respect or courtesy. The manager is hiding in the office and is not interested in anything. The food is the same. The rooms are cleaned, but it can be better. Only the staff in the restaurants is ba level.. polite and smiling.

Where to start...take a seat and grab a coffee/popcorns ! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ignore Itaka's reviews as they filter out negative ones HOTEL overview: stuck in the 1980-1990, at best a 3 star rating is fair, no way is 5 stars . Mouldy smell everywhere, 8 out of 14 days power outages with electricity coming and going. Internet is a joke, the closer you are to reception/lobby the weaker it gets, even if you buy ‘ fast internet’ , ridiculous ! Toilets handles in the beach broken; reception toilet paper dispenser broken..2 weeks nobody fixed anything. One of the elevators never worked for the whole 2 weeks , I am sure it still doesn’t. Rooms are clean, remember to leave the green sign on. There is signs against ' booking' sun beds at the pool, yet people leave their towels over night, staff tidy up the pool at 19:00 and just ignore the ' booked' sun beds instead of removing the towels. You are in big trouble if you do not speak German, everything in the hotel and surroundings is written in German & Russian. GUESTS: Very hostile environment, many aggressive guests/fights, people are rude and pushy , never seen anything like it FOOD: it’s ok , nothing to rave about, there is a huge amount of desserts GYM : could be ok , but it's dirty , no cleaning products to wipe off seats ( people go in there from the pool and do not bring a towel ) also nobody supervises , one day there were 4-5 kids age 6-10 running around barefoot LAUNDRY: the whole ordeal took 6 days..3 days to finally had it collected, 3 days to have it returned ( 7 T-SHIRTS !) BEACH BUS: very good, constant service, but it takes 5 mins to get to the beach on foot anyway. ANIMATION: pathetic, mini disco songs the same of 2 weeks, mainly in German, it was torture. Evening entertainment sad, we only managed to stand though it 1 evening. A fight broke during water polo and the animation guy didn’t even bother to intervene. Also, once they realize you don’t speak German, they completely ignore you. BEACH BAR STAFF: friendly and nice , there is a fruit corner as well as hot food and local food. POOL BAR & MAIN BAR : hit and miss, not so friendly. RESTAURANT STAFF: exceptionally friendly and hardworking , especially Uğur, always a smile and a welcome RECEPTION: Rude, aggressive, unhelpful , unfriendly, obnoxious , you can ask the same thing to anyone they will answer something different. Worse of all the ‘ Manager’ he either doesn’t know anything or he lies! Everyone is in to scam you or wants a tip constantly. Do not bother carrying Turkish Lira, everything is in Euro/Dollars they will just convert x 3 , and if you do not know the approx. exchange, they will call it ‘ hotel’ rate ( ??!!) SCAMMERS ! MASSAGES : the rep harassed me incessantly for 14 days, constantly ! Slimy, creepy, annoying individual !
