We had such a great time here! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food was honestly better than we expected. There’s a lot of choices and you won’t go hungry for sure. Drinks were good too, yeah some stuff cost extra but it's not really a big deal. The whole vibe of the place was chill and friendly. Big shout out to the guest relations team – they were honestly amazing. Always smiling, always asking if everything's okay, and really made us feel at home. It’s not something you get everywhere. All the staff were lovely actually, but guest relations really stood out for us. Entertainment team was fun too, especially with the kids. We'd def come back again, no doubt.

Absolutely garbage. The rooms aren't cleaned, and when we reported two faults the reception said they would get fixed, they didn't. The all-inclusive element of the hotel is not all-inclusive at all. Other than petrol stripper spirits, wine and watered down beer, you have to buy anything else. The a la carte restaurant has to be booked on the day you want it, but this filled up instantly with queues starting prior to the booking desk opening. Only 5 parties are allowed to book per day regardless of size out of the entire hotel. The waterslides are open for reduced hours and some were only open for 2 hours in the morning. The music poolside and at the cocktail bar as well as entertainment area is extremely loud to the point a conversation with your family on the same table is not possible. It appears that the general clientele of the resort do not care about the whereabouts or what their children are doing. I love turkey and the people, but this place was all about money grabbing. I'd never return.

Before I start this review I realise this hotel is aimed at families, however...there wasn't much Turkish food on offer, there was a lot of food and drink that required extra purchase (this may be standard for an all inclusive now?), it was really noisy with music from the cocktail bar late into the night, neighbouring rooms noisy and a ridiculous situation with the sunbeds. People were down by the pool at 6.30am and hardly any sunbeds left even at that time of the morning! It was my first time going to Turkey and the people and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it might have been ignorance on my part but I was unaware of the expectation to tip quite so much! We went out and did a jeep safari tour which was really enjoyable and great value. I wouldn't return to this hotel or recommend it.

Functional rooms, with air-con, balconies, and a fridge. Onside shopping with good prices, very close to bazaars, beach resort (included in hotel deals), Sunday market, and a local town. Onside swimming pools and water attractions will satisfy your needs. Perfect for families. And now the best part - the most amazing staff, from cleaners to managers, lovely and helpful. The food is delicious and served at a very high standard. Fresh menu daily. Access to meals and drinks 24/7. Evening entertainment and beautiful weather included. Thank you for having us

Just come home from a 10 night stay with my family. The hotel is lovely and very clean loads to do both day and night. Plenty of bars and coffee machines around the hotel and the coffee is very creamy. The biggest problem with these hotels if your all inclusive is they feed you like beggars. The salad bars are fresh and lovely the sweet bars are full of beautiful cakes but when it comes to the main meal it's totally garbage it looks and tastes like slop every thing thrown in big pans mixed up together in sloppy gravy or sauce with a choice of rice or fries. They did do mashed potato but it was packet mash not nice at all. Breakfast was always scrambled egg or boiled egg the beans were like bullets cereals were cheap and soggy even my grand children aged 6, 5, 2 wouldn't touch it. We lived of jam butties in a morning. The evening meal was chip butties and a cake. My son went to a supermarket and bought some big bags of proper cereal and cartons of milk for the kids to eat both morning and evening as they refused to eat the other stuff. We are NOT picky eaters but this was just horrible food. 6 nights out of the 10 we were served beef with vegetables or chicken with vegetables. Some nights they did a special of some sort of rice dish with turkey. I'm sorry but the turkey looked and smelled awful. Never again will i book all inclusive
