Just came back from a fantastic holiday at Eftalia Aqua. The rooms were spacious and everything is nearby. Lots of things to do to for both children and adults. We had a family of mixed ages and all took part in the activities daily. A visit the island which is a must. The beach is lovely, we hired the gazebos a couple of times - would recommend. This includes waiter service, and the staff are great. Lots of restaurants to choose from and even more water slides. There was lots of choice for food everyday, salad always very fresh. Our family has fussy eaters and we found something for every meal. All inclusive alcohol limited but expected, we made cocktails by using the juice machines provided - we had no problems! The bar staff are very friendly, as well as the restaurant team. The cocktails you can purchase are a must have. A special mention to the animation team who held the activities and evening entertainment, they are all so friendly and great fun. They are an asset to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return again soon!

Hotel amazing and clean, maids we had were amazingly helpful and friendly, guy at cocktail bar at night brilliant wee dude. Be wary of wee baldy and fat dude on desk through the night, quite shifty and no very helpful. Food great, only slight downside is you're a fair bit from city although there are local shops (hustlers) 😜 walk to top of road to mizos supermarket its very cheap, long queue but worth it.

Absolutely brilliant holiday. My brother and his 3 mates have just come back from a lads holiday. They have all said that they will be back with there families. From the room to the staff to the whole hotel was brilliant. Hakan (chef) he works behind the cocktail bar he has looked after them all holiday. Brilliant bloke. The food was amazing ( 1 of the lads is fussy) they all eat every day. They have said there is loads to do you will never be bored. They went in the boat trip and quads and they had a brilliant time on both days

Today we returned from our stay at the hotel, so the review is fresh. The hotel is large and you need to be aware of this, a huge advantage is the water slides, its own amphitheater with daily animations, but... there is definitely better infrastructure on the island (aqua park, bars, beach). This is the island that does the real work for the kids. The downside will be the hotel restaurant - although the food is monotonous, no one should leave unfed, it must be remembered that Turkish cuisine reigns supreme, which is completely different from European cuisine. It's a pity that there is not a separate stand for the evening every day. However, the service in the room is disastrous, waiters do not clean the tables themselves and thus there are queues waiting for meals. A huge advantage is the Wi-Fi network, which is available throughout the entire facility, including on the beach! Despite the trend of reserving sunbeds, the pool staff always has sunbeds available to tourists even at later hours. To sum up, a very nice facility with terribly managed restaurant staff.

Came here with a family of 4 as part of easyjet holidays. As a vegetarian found it very difficult to find suitable food in the included buffet. Resulted in having to eat the same plain food every day. Staff incredibly unhelpful and many don't even know English. Pool and beach are nice and the slides are fun for kids. Would not say the hotel is a 5 star hotel, possibly closer to a 3 star. There is not much do to around the hotel, aside visit a few nearby shops. Hotel is a 2 hour journey by car from the airport.
