We love this resort. It was our first time here after becoming a Hyatt property. We stayed in the brand new Indigo building and it was worth every penny! Indigo has an adult only heated pool, private bar, sushi bar and private restaurant. The only downfall was we could never get into the specialty restaurants. We were never available to go right when they opened, and then it was over an hour wait to get in from there. However, the buffet is pretty decent for a resort and even had many "make to order" stations. One night they did a beautiful Mexican buffet in the common areas, which was really good!

We absolutely loved our stay. The friendly staff and great amenities were the best part.
We made friends with two amazing bartenders - Carlos the king of the sports bar and Leo the king of the lobby bar! They were such nice people and provided excellent service! Always with a smile :)
Our room was cleaned daily and beds were very comfortable.
We enjoyed all of the restaurants and portions were filling.
I loved the layout of this resort, all open air and lots of cute wildlife.
We will definitely be recommending this resort to family & friends

This resort is absolutely amazing. The best part of everything is that you do not have people hounding you to sign up for timeshares or anything else that will make you flush your money down the toilet. The friendliest staff i have ever encountered. If you go to the buffet make sure you sit in Francisco’s and Alberto’s area, these guys are not just hilarious they also provide excellent service. Make sure you tip your servers. Even though it’s all inclusive the servers are absolutely amazing.

One of the most incredible vacations we've ever been on. The staff are so kind and so accommodating - we couldn't ask for a better place to relax and celebrate a 70th birthday!
We had a whole group of friends come with us, which could have made seating a problem in most restaurants, but the staff were wonderful. Our favourite experience was at the Mexican Restaurant at the back of the Buffet - they were OUTSTANDING!!
We held a 70's theme birthday bash, and a Canada Day birthday bash and both parties were wonderful. The staff sang with us, they provided a birthday cake, and just made this whole vacation so memorable. Definitely would recommend Dreams!!

Our stay was a major letdown. We paid extra for a privileged room, only to find one bed for four people. The staff promised to resolve the issue "tomorrow or later," but nothing was guaranteed. If it hadn't been for a helpful and understanding individual, we might have ended up sleeping on the beach loungers. Speaking of loungers, there were only eight available for approximately 300-400 guests spread across four buildings near the beach. It seems like comfort at the beach is not a priority at this resort.
