Just came back last night from our week stay at this resort and I'm already looking forward to booking our return trip. Resort is absolutely perfect for our family. Everything is super clean, comfortable, and all amenities are in close proximity. This is the first all inclusive that we have not gotten bored with the food. Every meal was delicious and flavorful. I actually preferred the buffet over the restaurants and next time will not even bother with them. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating at every request instantaneously and with no language barrier. Pool and Beaches were beautiful. Can not wait to come back, but this time staying for 10 days instead of 7 that's how much we enjoyed it and never got bored with the food, which usually isn't our experience with other resort (usually over it after 5 days). Honestly I am shocked at others negative reviews because I too am picky and I think we found our go to family resort. Great Smoothie Bar Great Coffee Shop Great Gym - beautifully located on the property. Room Service was decent *Glad I found this all inclusive hotel

We were there Feb 2024 and had a fantastic time. The activity staff was amazing. Mar, Mertha, Ritchie, Fabio, Janet, Hannah also getting people involved, smiling , talking to people and super, super friendly!! Gabriella took great care of at at the pool with our drinks and always had time to chat or help me with a Spanish word or two. The food by the pool was fantastic!! At the buffet Franchesco and Eduardo took care of us everyday. They knew our coffee orders, were extremely attentive to our every need and super friendly and funny. Our rooms were clean and well stocked. We did have issues with our safe but they promptly came when we requested and ended up changing the entire safe. We will be back for sure as we had such great service and fun!! Thanks to all staff members who made our stay memorable and made us feel welcome and at home. We miss you all!! I’m surprised at any negatives comments.

I wouldn't come back to this resort in the future! The resort is nice, with a great location. However, the service and food quality are average and sometimes below average. Food options and food quality is average, the taste is fine, but there are no sophistication with serving the food, nor the food quality and taste itself. Not impressed nor satisfied. Regarding the service, it seems like there are some shortage with staff and amenities. For example, at the pool, to get a towel, it was a struggle, they always run out of towels. There are zero attention to details from staff if you are able to find one to help out. Finally, there are zero understanding of the concept of "TIPS". When you give a tip, you expect a better service. However, here, the tip disappear with disregard of its value. Which was funny and worrying at the same time. Overall, it is an average resort, if you are looking for the bare minimum of service, but it is not recommended if you are looking for a nice, luxury or a good service experience.

So many issues! My partner and I both caught Traveler's sickness in spite of sticking to bottled water. The room was frigid unless we turned off the HVAC, whereupon it just smelled mildewy and damp. The smoke detector was installed directly above the head of the bed and the lights on it flashed every ~30 seconds, bright enough to see the entire bed in the dark. With wet bathing suits and towels for 2, there was a single hook available in the bathroom. We had to hang all our other set stuff on furniture and lamps. The food was just okay, service was decent. Generally the room and a lot of the resort felt worn down. There was flaking paint on the patio, the lower hinge on the shower door was coming out. Prices for spa services and non-inclusive wines were unhinged. At $200 per person per night, this was a rip off.

I recently stayed at Dreams Sapphire Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The poor service, unfriendly front desk staff, unclean rooms, and mediocre food left me deeply disappointed. To make matters worse, when I booked a preferred family room with four double beds, I was informed upon check-in that such a room type not only does not exist, but the staff was unwilling to provide anything comparable. This discrepancy between the advertised room and the actual availability should not have been the burden of the customer to bear, especially when booking through a third-party. It felt like false advertising and penalized me for utilizing other booking sites. While there were a few memorable staff members who stood out, overall, the service was lackluster. At one point during my trip, I was told that no reservations were allowed, despite experiencing long wait times and an overall feeling of being let down. My visit to the French restaurant in Bordeaux was particularly disheartening. I was informed that children were not allowed on select days and was directed to the Japanese restaurant across the hall. Francisco, who seemed to be a highlight, walked past me numerous times without acknowledging my presence. When he finally did, his attitude was unwelcoming and frustrated. He mentioned that there were no more seats available for families, even though the family seated before me had a reservation. Francisco made no effort to assist me in making a reservation for the next day or explain the process for dining at that particular restaurant. It left me feeling humiliated and upset, with an empty stomach. Furthermore, adding to the list of disappointments, the original room I was assigned had a non-functional phone, rendering room service inaccessible. This lack of communication options was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the main pool at the resort was freezing, making it uncomfortable to swim. Even worse, the swim-up suite's private pool was infested with bugs, making it impossible to enjoy. Moreover, the Jacuzzi provided little relief as it was barely warmer than a regular bathtub. To make matters worse, the bright lights in the room were excessively intense and flickered, potentially posing a risk to individuals with epilepsy. These issues further added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience at Dreams Sapphire Resort. Another small token is I have a iPhone I needed to purchase a charging cord after mine was messed up in the entire stay there was never one available to purchase. And I will say one of the staff members let me borrow your charger every time I came to the pool. These experiences are not what I would expect from the Hyatt brand. As a guest, I believe the hotel and resort should strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Instead, I was met with poor service, unclean accommodations, and a lack of transparency. I hope that they take these issues seriously and work towards improving their standards for the sake of future guests.
