Our recent stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way! A special shoutout to Alberto at the World Café his service was incredible. Every morning, he greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was perfect and our glasses always full. Carlos and co at the pool bar were friendly, funny, and always ready with great drinks and even better recommendations! The highlight was the entertainment team - Joe, Monica, Mar, Tony, Hannia, Omar and Damian. Their enthusiasm, talent, and kindness made every activity and show unforgettable. From daytime games to evening performances, they went above and beyond to make sure we had fun every single day. We laughed, danced and they're a huge reason we can't wait to return. The food was incredible, we looked forward to every single meal. The variety, the quality, the presentation-it was all top-notch. This trip truly exceeded all expectations. The people, the atmosphere, the entertainment, and the food all made it a vacation to remember. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts from Team London!

Had to switch rooms- first one smelled like mold. Stagnant water outside of room in broken fountain. Had to pay so much extra for new room. In this new room there were fake nails on balcony… that weren’t ours. Little water mites all over bathroom counter. No maternity massages. Not many activities for kids. Wouldn’t recommend especially for families with young kids. Only one pool unless you’re preferred. Coffee shop is stellar. Went to a restaurant with two young kids .. we were the FOURTH table there… it took TWO HOURS!!!! TWO HOURS!!!! Unexceptionable. My four year old was looking forward to fresh mango for months. It’s all she talked about… and they didn’t have it all week. 😭When we ordered room service the tray was full of those same mites there are all over the counter. It was crawling with them… hard to eat the food after that.

This would be my third visit to Mexico and sixth resort of all the all inclusives I've been to. I've been to the Hyatt hotels in Europe as well. But, unfortunately this is far from being a 5 star resort. At best it could be a 3 to 4 star mainly because the staff and some of the events/shows were great! Everything else - room, amenities, food, cleanliness, and overall location is pretty average. Many have complained about the room and food at this resort, I can completely see why as our room which was 'preferred club' had cockroaches, peeling ceiling, broken drawers and fridge shelf. The lamps were also barely working, the bed creaked and there was a power outage on the last day of our stay! The food area for the buffet wasn't the cleanest either and the selection was extremely limited. Interestingly enough for someone like me who travels to warmer climate for food (mangoes and coconuts) this was an ultimate disappointment. Neither of those two items were there. I was told I could buy a coconut for 12 USD. Overall, value for money - negative. Would I return to this Hyatt chain, probably not.

I highly recommend staying in the Indigo section of the resort! Upon check-in, we were escorted to a separate area where champagne was waiting for us. Our room was incredible, with stunning ocean views and a bathtub. The best part of the Indigo experience was having access to the rooftop, which featured a pool, swim-up bar, and sushi bar (with other bites available, too). The pool was never crowded, making it much more relaxing than the rest of the resort. We also enjoyed a couples massage followed by a water therapy session, and it was absolutely divine. The entire staff was incredibly kind and provided prompt service throughout our stay.

We just arrived from Dreams Sapphire resort and spa and i wanted to leave a review right away. It was my first time in Mexico and the resort exceeded my expectation. We stayed in the Indigo section, ocean front and it literally felt like paradise. The food was so delicious especially at the Mexican and Italian restaurants. I would also like to take this opportunity and thank all the workers who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. From the waiters at the buffet section (Ivan, Jose, Archie to name a few) to all the cleaners especially Clara who cleaned our room daily. Everyone is friendly and so welcoming. The beach is beautiful and the resort did their best to clean the seaweed. I can't recommend this resort enough. Thank you for making my family's first time in Mexico unforgettable. We'll definitely be back in the future.
