We had a lovely day visit at the Delano Hotel and were truly impressed by the experience. The property is beautiful, elegant, and very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The kids club was a real highlight — well organized, fun, and staffed by a caring and attentive team. Our children had a fantastic time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit. The concierge team was outstanding, especially Amelia, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even as a day visit, the service and atmosphere were exceptional. Highly recommended❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Delano Dubai and were extremely satisfied with everything. Our experience began with a warm and welcoming greeting at the entrance by Alex, Elvis, and Patrick. Their friendly, professional, and helpful attitude immediately made the hotel feel inviting and set the tone for a great stay. The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers a very pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and provide true 5-star comfort. A special thank you to Rahman and Kabir, who assisted us during breakfast in Tutto Passo. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we felt well taken care of. His service truly made a real difference. We would also like to highlight Erdem from the Turkish restaurant Blue Door. The food was excellent. Erdem was very friendly and professional, and he made our dining experience truly memorable. Overall, an outstanding hotel with excellent service and amazing staff. We would definitely return and highly recommend Delano Dubai!

From arrival to departure, everything was excellent. Reception staff and doormen were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lobby is impressive — beautiful scent, high-quality materials, and a very aesthetic design. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with subtle branding throughout — from the hangers to the towels — which really shows the attention to detail. The entire property is beautiful, the pool area is clean and well maintained, with relaxed music that never feels too loud. The staff at the entrance were always helpful with cars, especially Stephen, and it was noticeable how the team remembered preferences and faces, which made the stay feel personal rather than anonymous. The concierge service via WhatsApp worked perfectly and was very convenient. All in all, this has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in Dubai so far.

Outstanding Stay at Delano Hotel Dubai Our stay at the Delano Hotel in Dubai was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome at all times. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — a perfect blend of luxury and style. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the concierge team for their phenomenal support and organization both before and during our stay. In particular, Ravi went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, providing fantastic recommendations and seamless planning. The breakfast experience was another highlight. The buffet offered a great variety, complemented by an excellent à la carte selection. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable — especially Kabir, whose attentiveness and friendliness made every morning a pleasure. The fitness studio was very large, modern, and exceptionally well equipped, ideal for maintaining a training routine even while traveling. The hotel’s location directly on the beach is superb. Pool and beach service were excellent, with comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels, and complimentary drinking water always available, ensuring a truly relaxing experience. We also appreciated the flexibility of the half-board package, which could be used not only at the hotel but also in the restaurants of the Banyan Tree. The participating restaurants offered a special half-board à la carte menu, with delicious food that was beautifully presented. Overall, the Delano Hotel Dubai exceeded all our expectations. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious beachside stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

Our stay at the Delano Hotel Dubai was outstanding from beginning to end. We traveled as a family with a baby and parents who do not speak English, and from the moment we arrived, everything worked smoothly. The welcome was warm, the room was beautiful, spacious, and came with a stunning sea view. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was Kabir at Tutto Passa. His service went far beyond anything we have experienced before. He immediately remembered our room numbers, our preferences, and most importantly, he took exceptional care of our parents, making sure they never felt uncomfortable due to the language barrier. His attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism were remarkable and made a real difference for our entire family. This is exactly what true five-star service feels like: not just luxury, but genuine care. For us, it is very clear – if Dubai, then Delano. We will definitely return.
