Upon arrival at the Conrad hotel, we had high expectations due to its prestigious reputation and prime location. However, our experience fell short on multiple occasions. While the rooms were well-designed, the absence of double beds and the presence of unusually small beds left us disappointed. Furthermore, the bathroom door proved to be quite cumbersome, and the toilet and shower doors emitted unpleasant creaking noises. Some cupboards were oddly impractical, resembling mere blocks of wood.
Regarding the hotel’s other facilities, the pool and beach were enjoyable, although the staff by the pool are extremely slow and unresponsive but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The lack of a dessert corner was particularly surprising, and overall, the breakfast options were limited, with minimal choices for fruits, bread, desserts, and international cuisine.
Another frustrating aspect was the excessive wait times when calling reception. It often took at least five attempts before someone answered, leaving us waiting for over 15 minutes on occasion just to get a response.
While the hotel offered average amenities, it did not live up to the expectations of a 5-star destination. A perplexing moment occurred when we inquired about a kids club, only to be informed by the front desk staff that the hotel caters more to business travelers than families.
In summary, I would not recommend this hotel for families looking to enjoy a fun-filled vacation. As suggested by the front desk staff, it leans towards serving business travelers rather than leisure guests.

Nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet (Asian, Indian, Arabic and Western dishes).
Most of the rooms have an awesome view over the city and/or the sea. They are on high levels.
The pool and private beach is good.
The staff are very friendly, helpfully and professional.
Once there, I can recommend also to go to Observation deck 360 for a drink (Happy hour) and watch the sunset.

I had overall a fantastic stay at this property. Most staff are very attentive and courteous. Our bellman from Morocco was outstanding. I was very impressed by his service. My husband and I were even more impressed with how fast the guest services would respond to our request. It was very fast! I very much enjoyed the breakfast (compared to Conrad in Dubai) and the tapas restaurant. The room was nice and spacious with nice views. My only negatives are the staff at the top floor observation lounge area offered below average service and the valet people are way too out there asking for us to post a review including their name without even providing service to the guest. Other than that I look forward to returning and most definitely recommend this property!

It was great hotel, one of the best in the world. Superb breakfast, glad to have access to the observation deck. Very thankful to Marieem the concierge who checked us in. All staff was good. It’s easily accessible by bus to get to airport. Evening reception hours was good. Rooms great. I def wanna come back here.
