We had such a great stay at this hotel! The service was honestly one of the best parts. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The guest relations team made us feel extra special by surprising us when we get into the room. Throughout our stay, they were always available if we needed anything — whether it was extra towels, directions, or just a good place to grab dinner nearby. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. It really felt like they cared about making sure guests were happy. Extra shout out to the team in executive lounge namely, Lailah, Reinhard and Munisa. They made sure we had a lovely time in the lounge. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great vibes and even better service.

Our stay here has been unmatchable! The staff are all so attentive and kind. Special thanks to everyone working in the Executive Lounge they were all so welcoming to the whole family! The food here is just out of this world and there is such a wide range. The location is perfect for a family due to all the incredible theme parks surrounding the Hotel and easy access as they have busses to and from the hotel. Overall an excellent experience, one we wont forget!

It was my first and a fantastic stay at Hilton — everything was absolutely perfect! The food selection was amazing: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a special experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always welcoming and attentive. I especially want to highlight Mr. Mohamed — he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient — there are shuttle buses that make it easy to reach all the main attractions. Super comfortable, especially if you’re not driving. Thank you for the warm hospitality (especially to Mr. Mohamed) — I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her kindness and welcoming attitude immediately made me feel at home. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she also went above and beyond by arranging a room with a beautiful view that truly made my stay memorable. It’s clear that she cares about guests and takes pride in ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with stunning views. The food was excellent—especially the breakfast buffet with its wide variety. Staff Reinnard & Munisa were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Great location with easy access to Yas Island attractions. Highly recommended and would love to come back.
