I had such a joyful and relaxing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated — exactly what I needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay with the kids . Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the little touches around the hotel, from the fresh flowers in the lobby to the delicious breakfast spread each morning. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — happy vibes all around! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and cheerful place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

It was my first and a fantastic stay at Hilton — everything was absolutely perfect! The food selection was amazing: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a special experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always welcoming and attentive. I especially want to highlight Mr. Mohamed — he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient — there are shuttle buses that make it easy to reach all the main attractions. Super comfortable, especially if you’re not driving. Thank you for the warm hospitality (especially to Mr. Mohamed) — I’ll definitely be coming back!

A special thank you to Ni Luh, who gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her technique was amazing, and she created such a relaxing atmosphere—it was exactly what I needed. On arrival Christine showed me around the spa she was very warm and friendly and a great person to settle me in for a lovely relaxing time.Then I went in to see Tannaree for an amazing neck and back massage! She was fantastic and went the extra mile for my back and neck. Her expert touch and helpful advice made a real difference, releasing so much tension. I'm leaving feeling incredibly relaxed and grateful. Five stars! Can't wait to return soon.

Second time here. Absolutely stunning hotel and the best service from staff I have experienced ever. Staff go out of their way to make your stay special. Food selection is incredible. Kids club and shaded pool was amazing. Surrounding area and included theme park access made the stay even more enjoyable. Couldn't recommend this place more. We will be back.
