His professionalism and genuine care made a big difference in our experience. At the reception, Ms. Nang welcomed us with such warmth and respect. She was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable and valued from the moment we arrived. We would also like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Guru from housekeeping. Our room was kept impeccably clean and well-organized throughout our stay, thanks to his dedication and hard work. Overall, our experience at Hilton Yas Hotel was excellent. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions on Yas Island, making it very convenient for families and leisure travelers. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The ambience is relaxing yet vibrant, reflecting the energetic spirit of Yas Island. The facilities, including the pool and dining areas, were excellent and well managed. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. I recently stayed at the Hilton Yas Island for five nights and was extremely impressed by the entire experience. From the warm welcome at reception to the quality of the rooms, everything felt luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were fantastic, featuring beautifully modern decor, excellent lighting, and an amazing bathroom - the shower, in particular, was incredible. As Hilton Gold members, we were upgraded to a bay view room, which also featured a fabulous balcony. The service we received throughout our stay was impeccable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. It genuinely felt like they were invested in ensuring we had the perfect stay. A major highlight of staying here is the daily access to Yas Island’s theme parks. You simply collect your passes from the concierge upon arrival, and the process is very straightforward. I highly recommend signing up for the ‘Facepass’ system, which allows you to enter the parks and make payments using facial recognition, making the whole experience seamless. Due to our status, we also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which was excellent. The variety was impressive, and the quality was consistently high. I also made use of the gym during my stay - it was well-equipped and had everything needed for a great workout. Overall, our stay at the Hilton Yas Island was perfect. I couldn't fault the service, the rooms, or any part of the experience - if I could award them six stars, I would!

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Nahom, the bartender—he truly made the stay unforgettable. His warm personality, professionalism, and incredible mixology skills added so much to the experience. Every drink he prepared was perfectly crafted, and he always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of. If you're visiting Abu Dhabi, especially Yas Island, I highly recommend staying at this Hilton and stopping by the bar to see Nahom. He’s a true star of the hotel and elevates the entire guest experience
