We just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, and we can’t recommend it enough! The entire experience was absolutely top-notch, and we want to share our heartfelt appreciation. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Yasmine at the reception. She not only honored our Hilton Diamond status but went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful King Suite. She even called us personally to make sure we were happy with the room, which made our anniversary feel truly special. The WhatsApp communication with the concierge and front desk was incredibly convenient and responsive whenever we needed anything. The breakfast buffet team—Ashish, Ratheesh and Shune—was fantastic. They checked in with us each morning to ensure we had everything we needed and made every breakfast a delight. Likewise, the executive lounge staff, Yvonne, Mannan and Layla, were equally attentive and kind. We also want to highlight how wonderful the pool staff was with our kids. They were super friendly and made sure the little ones felt welcome and entertained. The Kids Club was a huge hit—our children absolutely loved it and kept wanting to go back. From games and coloring to painting and cookie decoration, everything was amazing for them. It really made their stay memorable and gave us some relaxing moments knowing they were having a great time. Overall, the resort was spotless, professional, and truly a delight. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Nahom, the bartender—he truly made the stay unforgettable. His warm personality, professionalism, and incredible mixology skills added so much to the experience. Every drink he prepared was perfectly crafted, and he always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of. If you're visiting Abu Dhabi, especially Yas Island, I highly recommend staying at this Hilton and stopping by the bar to see Nahom. He’s a true star of the hotel and elevates the entire guest experience

We had a fab stay at the Hilton Yas Island. The staff were excellent, room super clean and the shuttle bus to the parks were a great perk. It was my husband's birthday while we were out there and the staff made such a fuss, which was unexpected. The hotel has a great pool, good selection of restaurants and a lovely view over the sea. I'd recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Absolutely incredible. The staff really make this place and go over and above. We are so grateful to you all for helping us make some amazing family memories. Vikash Singh looked after us all so well as vegetarians and always helped my mum with alternative options including eggless desserts. Summayah in the restaurant was incredible with our daughter and always made time to interact with her as did Tishana. Was another lovely man I think starting with a V who brought my little daughter berries everyday. He always greeted us so nicely and went over and above. He was the sweetest The truffle honey is to die for. I loved it. But.... They make it so you can't buy it. One of the chefs Poppin went and with another head chef filled me a little pot with this honey! Absolutely made my day/birthday! Oh and the chocs in the buffet are sooooo good! I miss them! My only quibble with buffet is lack of labelling. As vegetarians we were upset to taste the papaya salad to realise it had beef in. I do think labelling could be improved. We celebrated 2 birthdays here and they made it so special for mum and I. Spoilt us lots The pool staff were lovely though lacking presence at times. The towel staff lovely and helpful Lance at concierge was lovely helping us with theme park passes. Was really jolly! We loved the theme park access and plenty for our group from 20 months old to 74 years old! The guest relations on WhatsApp amazing! Nothing too much of a problem. Helped us with wifi issues to use the baby camera. Irish bar was noisy and they helped to sort this as was late and loud. Helped in so many ways Spent a short time in kids club and my daughter enjoyed the soft play We loved our stay and are already talking about coming back Thank you all so much

We are staying currently in this beautiful hotel and I can say that the service is very good from the moment we checked in and all the services. The room are nicely decorated and kept well and the house keeping is very efficient and to high standards. Our room is taken care by the lovely Ruby who she pays attention to details when tidying and cleaning. Follows instructions and tries very hard to make the room look lovely during our stay . The restaurant where we have breakfast is clean and the variety of food is very very good . Member of staff are very professional and very efficient. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday break as it has a very nice pool and a very lovely spa . There is also a hairdresser which I have found very handy and a nail bar . The gym is quite good , it has a good range of machines and strength training equipments . Highly recommend this place. Thank you to all members of staff for making our current stay so memorable.
