Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was simply wonderful. I would like to especially commend the outstanding service we received from the dining room staff, particularly Ms. Sumayya and Mr. Idain, who were always welcoming, attentive, and served us with a warm smile. Lance from the concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Always friendly and full of positive energy, he assisted us with car rental, flight check-in, and tickets for various attractions, ensuring that everything went smoothly. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well organized. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with excellent service from the pool staff. The reception team was polite, professional, and always greeted us with kindness and a smile. The hotel spa was excellent, featuring dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, and a unique forest-themed shower with music and different rain modes. It’s only a pity that the spa facilities are separated by gender. Still, the spa team was courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch service. Finally, the dining options were truly impressive, high-quality food, a large and varied buffet, and a wide selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. Overall, the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers an exceptional hospitality experience, highly recommended.

Exceptional stay and unforgettable dining experience! Hilton Yas Island truly delivers five-star hospitality at every level. The service is outstanding — professional, warm, and always attentive. The staff take genuine care in every detail, from the spotless, well-organized public areas to the beautifully maintained rooms. Everything feels clean, calm, and thoughtfully managed. A special mention to Nuri Korean BBQ, the hotel’s signature restaurant — absolutely superb! It’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was exceptional, the presentation impeccable, and the staff made it an unforgettable dinner for two. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yas Island — whether for business, a romantic getaway, or simply to unwind in true comfort and style.

As someone who really values cleanliness, I can say I’ve seen very few hotels that maintain such a high standard. The food quality was excellent, both at the buffet and in the lounge — with a wide and varied selection that suited every taste. The Kids Club is impressive and well thought-out, perfect for families traveling with children. The service was exceptional — everyone was friendly, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. We had an amazing stay at Hilton Yas Island! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable, and everything was perfectly organized from check-in to checkout. The service was truly exceptional, everyone was so kind and attentive. I especially want to thank the wonderful team at the main restaurant: the floor manager, the chefs and sous chefs, and the service staff. My daughter has celiac disease, and they went above and beyond to make sure she always had safe, tasty food. Their care and smiles made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

In October 2025, we chose the HILTON YAS ISLAND for a family vacation with our school-aged child and had no regrets! At 10 a.m., several hours before the standard check-in time, we were warmly greeted by the hotel's polite staff. Despite the standard international rules, the staff accommodated us after our overnight flight and checked us in immediately. The rooms are comfortable and clean! The hotel's grounds are not large, but not cramped either; they are visually spacious and very beautiful. It's evident that they are constantly well-maintained. The hotel boasts excellent restaurants and a wonderfully diverse cuisine; and everything is delicious! Both in the restaurants and throughout the entire hotel, the staff is responsive, efficient, friendly, and highly professional. These are people who truly strive to make your vacation perfect. The location of HILTON YAS ISLAND is very convenient for attending major concerts or sporting events—the massive ETIHAD Arena is right next door! It is also a fantastic hotel for visiting the many cool amusement parks with a child, as they are all located on the same island, and the transfer from the hotel takes no more than 10 minutes.
