I recently had a great experience at this hotel and just wanted to share how impressed I was. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Fayaz and Abbas from the Banquet Team, they were absolutely fantastic. You can really see the effort and hard work they put in, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do. Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were consistently attentive and professional. I had a small concern regarding my room, and it was handled immediately — they changed the room very quickly without any hesitation, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. What I appreciated the most is that they never ignored my feedback; responsiveness really makes a difference. A special mention to the hotel manager, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. While I was sitting in the lobby, it felt quite cold, and when I mentioned it, he personally took action and lowered the air conditioning right away. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly meant a lot to me. This hotel really knows how to take care of its guests and make them feel comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi and truly enjoyed our overall experience. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and everyone made us feel warmly welcomed. A special thanks to Mehdi at breakfast, who always assisted us with a smile. He was very pleasant, attentive, and made our mornings even better with his excellent service. Our room was always spotless and well-prepared every day. The housekeeping team did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the complimentary fruits we received upon check-in — such a thoughtful gesture. Although we were unable to get the names of the housekeeping staff, they were truly superb and deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. We also had dinner at Benjarong, and it was a fantastic experience. The food and service were excellent, and Ragina was especially wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Abu Dhabi.
