Had an amazing time the staff were terrific and couldn’t do more for you. Specifically Daniel who took us on the bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed. Daniel was a credit to the hotel with fantastic knowledge of the hotel and Mexican history. Would recommend this to every person who comes to the hotel as we had a great time. And thank you Daniel for this experience.

I was part of the privilege member club and I was able to enjoy the amenities at this resort; overall the buffet was great by far the best, it was air conditioned and the wait staff was friendly. The pool was also nice and we enjoyed the entertainment at the pool. The beach is accessible and the huts are nearby also making it enjoyable for a day at the beach. The entertainment at night was also fun. Would definitely book at this one specifically.

Fantastic resort, holiday and service from start to finish. Great last meal at Ku’uk. 3rd time at this restaurant and looked after by full team including visit to table from chef. All allergies in party catered for and given huge amount of consideration with discretion. Highly recommend and would love to visit again. We, a family of four from Canada, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were there from June 23 to July 1, 2024, for 8 days, with only one rainy day. The weather was mostly excellent throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room daily, and they always restocked our water and beer bottles. The buffet restaurant, Yum, was outstanding. They offered different themes every day, and we particularly enjoyed the seafood and fresh salads. The food was consistently fresh and delicious. The staff at Yum buffet restaurant worked tirelessly, and what impressed us most was their genuine hospitality—they never expected tips and were always welcoming and attentive. Twelve days spent on our second time being here... highly recommend this resort. We'll laid out. All kinds of activities available to participate in. And the beach is amazing with all kinds of great snorkeling. Had a wonderful time, felt safe and secure. The staff are very friendly, and while they appreciate tips, it's not in your face or expected. They are very pleasant and helpful... most of the staff easily remembered details about me and my partner after conversations and made us feel a part of the family...
