We have had the most amazing time on our 2 week family holiday. This hotel is unreal with delicious food, amazing drinks and the best kids club ever. We have two children who have done all of the kids club activities with the staff and love all of them. A 4 year old (Harper) and 8 year old (Sienna) and they have been on countless adventures and completed wonderful activities with the whole kids club team, it has made their holiday so memorable. Hats off to them all, one in a million. The whatsapp updates of what the children are up to and all the photos are so lovely and make us adults not feel guilty for missing out on moments. The evening shows are so thoroughly rehearsed and every child who wants to participate has been able to shine, all the outfits and productions are marvellous - well-done to the whole team. My girls have enjoyed every single aspect. All of the staff here are so attentive and can't do enough for all of us. Our room has been immaculate every single day and we have blown away at how incredibly well-kept the whole hotel and whole resort is. The mini-carts have been wonderful at getting us around everywhere. Our holiday in Mexico 2024 has been everything we could've wished for and more, thank you to everyone. We are thinking 3 weeks next time 😊🌟

Here now and having a fantastic holiday. Just had a wonderful meal in Ku’uk restaurant. The staff were amazing and really attentive and the went out of their way to help us. The rooms are clean and well looked after and the beds are comfortable. The staff will do anything to help you and they are so helpful. My favourite holiday destination.

We visited Bahia Principe Akumal in Jan of ‘24. We fell in love with the resort but especially the staff. They were kind, helpful, sincere and eager to make each day wonderful. There were two staff in particular who were exceptional, Jose, server in the buffet, and young Joanna from the entertainment team. Jose is the best and most professional server we have ever had, anywhere. His work ethic was exceptional, he was attentive to all of his tables and his sense of humour was fun to watch. Joanna was filled with youthful energy and her bubbly personality was engaging. We have just booked to go back again (Jan ‘24). There were many reasons we decided to visit again but Jose and Joanna were certainly a deciding factor.

Bhanu Gujadhur

I had one of the most delightful vacations at this hotel. It's part of a complex of four hotels set in a sprawling, luxurious garden, where you can take a golf cart to move around and enjoy the beautiful beachfront. The staff and service were outstanding, with friendly and attentive people always ready to provide top-notch service! The hotel offers several dining options: the buffet is excellent, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits. There are also wonderful à la carte restaurants; I highly recommend the Indian restaurant but make sure to book in advance as it tends to fill up quickly. The hotel also boasts numerous bars, which is fantastic in an all-inclusive package—you can enjoy your favorite drinks anywhere, whether by the pool or the beach. The entertainment options are fantastic, with fun activities during the day (like foam parties at the pool) and a range of evening events, such as an exceptional magic show and live music that varies from traditional Mexican tunes to rock. The rooms are nice, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, although they could use a little refresh. Overall, the experience was extremely positive. I highly recommend staying here; you won't regret it and will have a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much, Bahia :)

Yum Buffet has been fantastic during our stay at Bahía. The food and service have been phenomenal. In the morning and at lunch we absolutely adored and looked forward to sitting in Jose’s’ section. He was always checking on us and making sure we needed anything. At dinner, Juan was also checking on us frequently making sure our needs were met. We have nothing but positive things to say about the food and service at Yum! Italian night was by far our favourite dinner theme.
