Today, I celebrated my birthday, and thanks to the thoughtful efforts of Maricela, it became a cherished memory. She arranged a beautifully decorated table that made the evening feel truly special. Alongside her wonderful colleagues, Maricela surprised me with a delicious birthday cake, complete with candles, and serenaded me with "Happy Birthday" creating a joyful and touching moment for me and my family. Their kindness and attention to detail transformed our dinner into a memorable celebration. We are leaving with full hearts, grateful for the warmth and hospitality that made our stay extraordinary. Thank you Maricela and the team!!

We are staying at Sian Ka'an (very luxurious) and we came for dinner at Katok, it was so good! I'm a picky eater and I was able to find more than enough food to eat, and the steaks were delicious. The chef came out and asked us how our meal was which was greatly appreciated, especially from how busy the restaurant was. After dinner, we had the amazing opportunity to listen to this live music band. Their special touch to each song really made the experience, and they play very well together, paired with her incredible voice! Overall great night! And all the employees are so friendly, great vacation so far!

I love the dining room yum. Angel is a great server who kept checking on us. The lady server at the pool area was so wonderful and friendly. The resort is beautiful and right on the beach. Food is good. Great entertainment . I love access to the trolley to visit other resorts. I will definitely be back

Overall our experience wasn’t bad!the pool areas and grounds are stunning! And even saw some adorable wild life. INCLUDING CATS!! Ha Service was wonderful, everything was clean and for the most part staff was lovely. The grounds and beach were stunning. Be careful during spring time with sea grass. It can smell pretty bad. We know it’s not always there but warning there. We really enjoyed our stay but somethings to think about before selecting this resort; Adults only is pretty limited to a corner pretty far from everything. And isn’t “poppin” it was pretty low key. Which we liked sometimes but would like a little more fun vibes every so often. AND the pool closed at 5. The main pools closed at 6 which was disappointing. Not all the bars were open all the time either. We felt as though there wasn’t a lot to do from 5-10pm other than eat dinner. Knowing what amenities you had access to was difficult we felt we should have been informed what we had access to a little better upon arrival. We didn’t even know there was adults only buffet for breakfast and dinner, near us until our last day! Entertainment team was so sweet and fun. But we had a hard time with the app knowing what was happening when. And sad some of the shows cost extra. TIP! Make your dinner reservations ten days in advance!!!! We didn’t know and ate at the buffet most of the time which was fine. But as a friend group we wanted to get all fancy and do dinner as a family. We had to get dinner individually. If you’re looking for an adults only resort this isn’t our top choice. Overall wonderful stay! But just a little bummed

The resort is great but it's the people that make this place special. Everyone here is so friendly and works so hard to make sure you enjoy yourself! If you don't have a good time it's because you don't know how to have fun! The shows are great, with an enthusiastic and charming staff. The waitstaff at the buffet are amazing, Manuel is the man and always took care of us and treated my family great! I want to give a special shout out to the kids club, my daughter had the time of her life and didn't want to leave when we'd go to pick her up each day. It is clear they run a professional and safe program, we will definitely recommend this resort to other families! To all the kids club staff, thank you for all your hard work, you are wonderful and helped make this an awesome vacation for my family!
