Twelve days spent on our second time being here... highly recommend this resort. We'll laid out. All kinds of activities available to participate in. And the beach is amazing with all kinds of great snorkeling. Had a wonderful time, felt safe and secure. The staff are very friendly, and while they appreciate tips, it's not in your face or expected. They are very pleasant and helpful... most of the staff easily remembered details about me and my partner after conversations and made us feel a part of the family...

Great customer service!!! They make you feel so welcome when you arrive to the resort saying "Welcome home!" The music and dancing at night with staff was so much fun. The rooms are very clean rooms thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff. Landscaping was nice and clean; no litter. The weather and the ocean were beautiful. The buffet food was good and had a huge selection to choose from. Thank you for making this one of the best family/friends trip ever!

Rooms are very clean but little dated. Staff and servers are friendly and eager to attend to your needs. Exceptional service all around. Beautiful grounds. A really beautiful swimming beach and a nice lagoon with fish to snorkel with. If I had one 9 would be the sports bar. Although the resort was populated with Americans and Canadians, the multiple TVs were tuned to Mexican sports talk shows with no sound of course. The only live sport that night was NHL playoffs and we had to ask them to show it and they only put it on one TV.

We have stayed at Resorts all over the world. This is the 5th in Cancun. (We were here for a wedding) This was the WORST! I keep a book with me to write the names of people who show extraordinary service. I rarely give negative reviews. Unfortunately, this will be one of the few. If you have a pool, or know someone with a pool in warm weather, GO THERE and save the money. POSITIVES: The front desk customer service were polite. The rooms were clean. NEGATIVES: There is no service poolside. There are no places to get food outside. The Buffet doesn't stay open all day. If you sleep past 10 you have to order room service. (Only saving grace) The Buffet closes until 12:30pm. There is a very long line for lunch. If you do not make reservations before you arrive, you will not eat after 9pm at the restaurants. There are very few things to do. Basically, you get a pool filled with strangers, standing in line at bar to get anything to drink, mediocre food, bad television, noisy sports bar, standing in line at a buffet, and your bed made. We will warn our travel groups, family, and friends to stay away from this resort. We will be booking a vacation at a DIFFERENT resort in Cancun this winter.

Just got back from here April 2024. We had a great time. No complains really. Weather was great food was great and so was the service. Fernando Cab and Andres Morales Took great care of us every day at the Katok restaurant every day for breakfast and lunch. Couldn't ask for better service then we received from these two guys. They made us feel welcomed and made us laugh every day.
