Fabulous hotel with superb service, attention to detail and a genuine desire by all the staff to make our stay an outstanding experience. Staff look genuinely happy to work here. The reception were incredibly helpful particularly Aseem and Rahman who took great pride in ensuring we had a great room and who were helpful, professional and friendly. I had been unwell during my stay and they made sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Beachfront a short stroll away, stunning pool at rooftop, spa great with sauna and steam room. Overall I would stay here again and highly recommend the suite. Location on the Palm and hotel opposite the Mall.

I booked this hotel at the last minute having just flown in from Abu Dhabi - and was not disappointed. From the initial welcome to the check in the staff are friendly and professional. We had a spacious sea view room with a touch of Mondrian in the decoration and it had a fabulous bathroom area. Lots of places to eat and drink to suit all tastes both in and outside with the beach allowing lovely walks. Go you will love it!

We stayed here in November 2025, half board & sea view room. I would definitely book at this hotel again, great location on the Palm to get to other locations in Dubai and on the palm. although as others have said the sea view room isn’t that impressive, would not book type of room again. But you cannot fault the service or the staff, food is great with options for everyone and it was fresh with plenty of healthy options. Very clean standard of room, including fresh towels and bedding. The rooftop pool was a highlight for us, I wouldn’t spend time on the beach again as the sand wasn’t the golden soft sand we were expecting, obviously not the hotels fault I think just that part of the beach. Views were great and the chilled vibe at the rooftop was lovely. One thing I would also say at the end of the trip my mum wasn’t very well and the staff including the chef were so attentive and couldn’t have helped us more. My mum felt like it was a home away from home despite feeling rubbish. Would stay here again!

Our stay was already amazing. Location, food, room, etc… really everything went well. Then the events in UAE occured, and the entire hôtel staff deserves a medal from the UAE state for what they’ve achieved. The situation was totally under control, no panic, and the hôtel operation remain normal even in the parking basement. Thank you for everything, hoping all of you remain safe.

Andaz Dubai The Palm – My Review My stay was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful and spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the private beach and pool area were stunning and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Special thanks to waitress Natasha, she is really professional at her job. 10/10 – I would definitely come back.
