We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I can highly recommend it. Everyone was very, very friendly and helpful, from the reception and concierge, to the restaurant team, the kitchen staff, the room service and everybody else. You could really feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. The room, as well the whole hotel complex were very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was taken care of with a great attention to details. The food was outstanding, delicious, high quality and very varied, so there was always something new to enjoy. The teams in both restaurants were always friendly and attentive, despite the hard work and busy hours. Their dedication and kindness truly stood out and made every meal even more enjoyable. The dinner on New Years Eve in "Asia Asia" was also unforgettable. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for this lovely vacation. It was a truly relaxing stay and I would be happy to return some day.

Amazing stay at this hotel! I took a friend for her birthday and checked many hotels before deciding on this one. And it was the right choice. Great location in the palm trunk, with a private beach but still not too far from the city. The staff is amazing, so attentive and helpful. At the concierge, at the spa and of course the reception. The rooms are great, loved the decoration. You have to ask for amenities due to environmental concern which is great. The breakfast is so great! And the staff there, I can’t even describe it. The restaurant on the beach is also great-even for dinner. Spacious gym. It is not a fancy hotel and they really made us feel at home.

We recently stayed at Andaz by Hyatt Dubai The Palm, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel’s design is modern and stylish, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive — always ready to assist with a smile. Allan from reception was very helpful The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed “the breakfast buffet”, “the pool area”, “the beach access”, The location on the Palm is perfect — peaceful yet close to main attractions. Shree from Locale restaurant was incredibly warm and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend Andaz for anyone visiting Dubai who values comfort, style, and excellent service. I’d definitely stay here again!

The good: excellent staff and quiet breakfast arrangements. The bad: not great to get about Dubai as the monorail isn't working and taking a taxi can mean a very slow journey. I would avoid the Palm as a location to stay because of this. Breakfast was always a bit uninspiring.. The coffee was dreadful. I dreaded breakfast as a result.. The room was clean but quite small at this price point. I've had bigger rooms elsewhere in Dubai and paid less per night. The main pool you see in the photo is a 10 minute walk. It is shared by hundreds of apartments so not exclusive to the hotel.. it is badly organised and signposted.. Children were running around and on bikes causing chaos. If you must go swimming use the room pool on the 14th floor. The worst point was traffic noise. Every day vehicle horns. At night high powered vehicles or motorcycles making a terrible noise. I thought I was in a set for a 'fast and furious ' movie.. So until after midnight sleeping was very difficult. So in summary I wouldn't stay in the Palm Dubai area and the Andaz didn't live up to expectations.

We stayed there with the family between Christmas and the new year. The hotel overall was a good experience. I went to West Beach on the other side of the Palm to look at the Hilton and Fairmont (my other potential choices), and I would say that the Andaz is in a much more quiet and family friendly location. The food was good as well as the service. On the downsides, I did not like the location of the pool (quite a long walk) and it being located between some other apartment buildings gave it a bit of a strange vibe. We went to Raffles the Palm for our last holiday and this is certainly a category below (which is also reflected in the price). Overall a good stay but not a five star experience and certainly a tier down form some of the other hotels on the palm.
