We had a wonderful stay at Address Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing infinity pool on the 77th floor and cozy pools surrounded by palm trees below. The level of service was outstanding throughout our stay, starting with the warm welcome from Loreen at check-in and continuing through the lobby team, restaurants, and housekeeping. The signature cocktails at Zeta were excellent, and we’d also like to thank the Beach Grill team for the delicious dinners. A special thank you to Pranto from housekeeping. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the guest experience. His kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and warm attitude left a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be delighted to return again.

We spent a wonderful afternoon at this restaurant for their afternoon brunch and have to leave a review. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is run with real attention to detail – the location is beautiful, stylish and has exactly the right atmosphere for a relaxed afternoon out, whether with family, friends or business contacts. A very special shout-out to Caroline and the entire team. The service was attentive, warm and genuinely professional from start to finish, without ever feeling intrusive. Caroline took excellent care of us, gave great recommendations on both food and drinks, and brought that rare mix of competence and real hospitality that turns a good afternoon into a memorable one. The food was outstanding. The selection of meat in particular is impressive, the quality is first-class, and the preparation is on a level you rarely come across these days. Every dish was cooked to perfection, well-balanced in flavour and beautifully presented. The drinks menu is just as well thought out – a curated selection that pairs perfectly with the food. In short: great location, excellent food, top drinks, outstanding service. Everything simply fits together here. The afternoon brunch is a real highlight and something we’ll definitely be coming back for. A huge thank you to Caroline and the whole team for a wonderful experience!
