Amazing property for a very relaxed holiday. Friendly and courteous staff always willing to help make the stay very comfortable.
Food was elaborate and the beach was fantastic. Amazing setting and the beauty looking out from the balcony of our room the sunrise and sunset is beyond any words to describe.
Memorable stay and certainly will not be the only time.
We recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Marjan Island. A home far away from home, amazing place to get a breather from the hustle & bustle of hectic life these days.

We lived in the main building on the 1st floor. Maid Ira is always very good at cleaning. It was nice to come into the room after her. If we met her, she was always sweet and smiling.
Everything was not bad in the restaurant either, but some moments were still upsetting.: 1. There was not always a comfortable seating at the tables. 2. When handing out meat or fish, I feel like a beggar begging for food. Today was not a delicious lunch at all - only fat instead of meat and a strange soup-the child and I were hungry. But it was the first time in 10 days that such a meal was not delicious. In general, there are a lot of greens and vegetables. Fruits include pineapples, watermelons and grapefruits, sometimes melons. The breakfasts are always excellent. I'll update the check-out review later, as we have a late flight and they say there may be surprises.…

Very nice overnight stay. We got an upgraded room which was very nice with a small balcony overlooking the beach and infinity pool.
There are 3 pools. Several restaurants for which a reservation is required. The only restaurant without reservation is the buffet style one. There are actually 2 serving the same food though.
There are a few areas and swimming pools designated as 16+ which is great for those without kids.

Our family liked the hotel very much. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A special respect to the staff. Very tasty food (varied), huge territory and a huge beach and deck chairs are always enough for everyone. In the evening live music. All at the highest level. I recommend this hotel. 🏨

It wasn’t my first time here, and as always, we had a fantastic weekend! The staff were proactive in checking on our needs, and I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with family — especially with kids. Their facilities are very child-friendly, and there’s so much to do to enjoy your stay. We had a small allergy scare, but it turned out to be nothing — just a false alarm. The staff made sure we got the help we needed, and it was reassuring to know the property has adequate medical facilities in case of emergencies. We truly enjoyed our time and felt safe throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful family stay at Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort. From the stunning setting to the genuinely thoughtful service, everything felt like a breath of fresh air. The Mediterranean dinner by the beach under the stars was truly unforgettable. We also loved the vibe and ambiance at Mekong, which made for a perfect evening. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and full of quiet comfort.

We had the most amazing time. Omar from Jalabar made our day! He was so courteous and friendly that we feel like coming over and over to be served by Omar again! He took amazing pictures for us so we can keep those treasured moments as family. Highly recommend. If you you go to Anantara Jalabar ou Beach House look for Omar and say hi to him from us. :)

Great hotel with amazing employees. We loved spacious elegant rooms and bathrooms, feeling of privacy and excellent service. Good restaurants and sandy beach with five-star service, comfortable sun beds. The hotel is perfect for couples and families, short breaks and longer stays, we stayed 9 days and did not get bored. Hotel is perfectly shaped and has good zoning so that all guests can enjoy their space, it does not have loud entertainment, so we had a good sleep.
The team made us fell very welcomed, their care and attention to details made us feel at home. Special thanks to the manager of the Sea breeze restaurant, to the entire team of the pool bar and beach recreation team, especially to Omar with his genuine sense of hospitality and care.
I want to congratulate the top management for a creating a perfect stay experience for guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and attention to detail at this resort. The design blends luxury with nature, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxing.
The resort was full but you don't feel the crowd!
The service is amazing, the staff are very professional and friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay. Whether it was at the front desk, where we had a flawless welcome, or at the beach, or the buggy drivers, or the restaurants, every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help.
The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. From the charming villas, so nicely designed, includes everything you could need to the stunning main pool to the beautiful beach side and the exciting water activities, there was never a dull moment. The food was another highlight— whether it is the breakfast buffet, which has everything you could wish for, or the Jalabar at the pool side where every dish we tried was tasty! We also tried dining at the Chinese restaurant, highly recommended culinary experience, every dish was yummy.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It truly exceeded all expectations and left us with the most wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return!

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort. The location is stunning, with beautiful private beaches, excellent facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering great comfort and breathtaking views.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service, especially at the bar. Nil, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to make the best drinks with a great attitude. He truly elevated the experience with his professionalism and warm personality.
Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel and resort - well equipped for families. Room is so clean and has great amenities - thank you Thaw for your services. The pools are really clean and although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to always find sun loungers. The food as set this hotel apart from others we have stayed in - there is plenty of choice for vegetarians and a great choice for kids too. Even the fussiest will have ample amounts to eat. Kids club was also great and our kids (3,4 and 5) enjoyed going there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. A memorable first big family holiday.

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout.
The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Best Kid-Friendly Resort We've Tried
We've tried a bunch of resorts across the UAE with our two kids, but Sofitel Al Hamra tops the list. Their Kids Club isn't just a babysitting room -it's an actual creative, fun space with staff who know how to engage. There's also a teens hangout zone which kept our older child happy too. Plus, the splash area with water features is genius! Happy kids meant happy parents. Room service was quick and tailored for family needs. Already planning the next trip.

Our recent stay at Sofitel Al Hamra was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — not just us, but our beloved pets too! Their pet-friendly environment truly sets them apart.
The amenities were top-notch, the beach access was fantastic, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We were surprised with a free cake and a warm anniversary greeting, and to top it off, we were given a late checkout, which was a wonderful gesture.
A special shoutout to Thin, Kasun, Mazen, and the amazing reception team who made our stay unforgettable. Your kindness and hospitality were truly heartwarming.

Lovely Resort! Staff are very friendly and the service is great. Kids outdoor play area could be much better. Quite a few open holes all over the gardens, these should be urgently looked at. Otherwise really great resort, will be back for sure. Bikram from Housekeeping is wonderful, Sumai from the Juice Bar is excellent, the Room Service Team is also very helpful and Jamal from Reception is amazing and incredibly helpful. In January, we made a reservation for ten days in April, which was confirmed and paid for.
Two weeks before our arrival at the hotel, we received an email stating that the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't offer us accommodation until three days later.
They paid for three days at another hotel and gave us a suite for the remaining days.
We waited seven hours to check in. The hotel was dirty and the facilities were out of order due to the wedding that had been held here in the last few days.
It wasn't possible to sleep the first night due to the construction work being done to dismantle the facilities for the wedding held here.
From my balcony, I only see construction and workers. The beach is unusable.
We are completely disappointed. The hotel is new or old. Everything is dirty and run-down. The minibar is empty, the toiletries are old and broken, but the prices are very detailed.
We'll see how it goes in the next few days.

Lovely stay at this hotel although rooms are spacious, they are definitely on the older side and could do with some upgrades. Housekeeping also needs some attention or better training as each day we needed to call for towels which were taken and not all replaced.
On the other hand service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic . Arjin went out of his way from our arrival to make us comfortable and provided special care and service for our baby. A special thanks to Arjin, Begoimm and Shakira for your hospitality!
Kids club was also quite enjoyable for my little one and was quite welcomed as an additional activity.

From the moment we arrived, Shakira, Arusha, and Noko made this experience unforgettable. It wasn’t just the service, it was their warm smiles, attentiveness, and genuinely kind manners that stood out.
Arusha greeted us so warmly at the restaurant and personally made sure we were comfortably seated and completely satisfied - such a thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel welcome.
Noko truly surprised us during dinner. She didn’t just ask what drinks we’d like - she personally stood in line to get them for us! We were honestly baffled (in the best way)! That level of initiative and care is rare.
And Shakira? She’s an absolute ray of sunshine. Her energy, warmth, and top-notch service lit up the entire evening. She made me feel so good about myself, like, really good (I know, right?!). Her personality is infectious in the most amazing way.
I also have to give a shoutout to Ahmed from service. I was looking around during dinner, and he immediately noticed I was clearly in need of something and without hesitation, he helped me out promptly with the kindest smile. (FYI - He had to get out of the restaurant to help me with my request). It’s those little things that really make a difference.
It's those things you honestly want when booking a 5-star hotel - unlimited service even without the need to request for it.
It felt like this amazing team looked at us once, understood what was needed and just kept delivering outstanding service.
I also have to give a big shoutout to the valley, security and life guards who were prompt, too friendly, and attentive!
Pullman is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team. I’d come back in a heartbeat just because of them!

The stay was decent overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The location is beautiful, and the resort itself has a lot of potential with its spacious rooms and well-maintained landscaping.
However, the buggy service was very slow — we had to wait at least 20 minutes every time for a transfer from one spot to another.
The staff at Cinnamon were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Yousuf, Ajay, and Farhan. The food was okay — some dishes stood out and were quite good. The pool area was lovely and a highlight of the stay.
The room was comfortable, though there were minor maintenance issues like a clogged wash basin.
Overall, the resort has a lot to offer, and with better attention to detail, it could truly become a great destination. I might consider returning if improvements are made.

We chose this resort based on the 5 star rating and I must say that we made the right decision! The location of this resort is perfect for relaxation and there is a lot of greenery! Everything here looks very well maintained and clean, the staff always tries to keep everything tidy, they really try to do only the best for the guests. Despite the fact that there are a lot of people here right now, the staff has my great admiration, because despite the chaos they still smile and do only the best for us. If you choose all inclusive, you get all kinds of food, there is a truly incredible selection of food that I can't believe it! from desserts to all kinds of meat, a rich selection of vegetables and fruits, a constant supply of water and drinks and the food is constantly replenished. Once again, I want to say that the staff has my great admiration and I wish them to continue to do well and constantly move forward! You can find all kinds of activities here, you can go for a massage, to the hairdresser, get a facial, go to the gym, the staff is very friendly everywhere and they will be happy to help you with everything. Thank you for everything you do for us and we will definitely visit you again sometime!

Fantastic experience at the property. There’s a restaurant Cinnamon and you will meet SHERLY and the manager KARIM there. They are both so good! Always there to help. Staff is very cooperative. RISHABH also a manager of buggie service I think is equally helpful. I lost a mobile phone and the staff went all out to find it. This is my second or third time staying here and every time it gets better and better!

Given the location, International guests will always be arriving early in the morning; the fact only snacks area available until 3pm instead of meals is not ideal. The food quality at places is definitely not 5-star (burger outlet) and the fact you need to be on your phone at 11am to secure a premium restaurant is ridiculous having paid thousands to stay at the resort. Despite staying six days, could not get a reservation at Meat.
Main restaurant is OK but crowded and this was during a period when the hotel is running at 2/3rd capacity due to renovation.
Adjacent hotels I have stayed at definitely offer a better experience on food and beverage.
Choice of literally one pool if you have kids and it's majorly overrun. Especially when only two accommodation blocks open. Signs posted everywhere that towels are removed from loungers after 3o mins to stop people blocking them off but this was never enforced. I'd hate to be at this resort when it's a full capacity!
Sports Bar with no food option? Why?
Hotel rooms are good but for the price, are they really value for money. The inclusive minibar has only Budweiser as an alcoholic beverage and even then its one can and not replenished daily. Cheap potato snacks which could easily have been substituted for nuts or dried fruits would be a better idea.
Overall, does not feel we got value for money at Rixos. There are better options a few doors down!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It isn't especially fancy, particularly by Emirates standards, but comfortably met all of our needs and was sensibly priced (again, particularly by Emirates standards). That meant we could afford a room upgrade and to take advantage of the massages offered at the spa.
The hotel offered us plenty of places to bask in the 30-degree March sunshine and respectable food options. Our room this time round looked like it could use a little bit of updating but we understand this is in fact ongoing, and the room still had the two things you really want in the UAE, namely, great views and great A/C. As a bonus it had an expansive and very sunny balcony, too, from which you could see both east over the ocean and west over the Gulf - Al Marjan island is very skinny where the hotel sits, so it stretches almost all the way across.
The hotel was not full but felt lively with plenty of young families there. That said the adults-only pool and section by the buffet were well policed. The room was cleaned and made up efficiently; the food was fine in the buffet and better again in the a la carte eating spaces; the staff were unfailingly welcoming and polite. Hotel performances are not really my thing but from the shows going on in the background when we were in the restuarants and bars it was obvious even to me that the entertainment team was full of talented individuals, too.
The only real downside while we were there was the temporary lack of beach access due to the local authority deciding to carry out beach widening. The hotel had arranged regular shuttle buses to other hotels in the area which did still have beach access but, given the plentiful spaces around the pool, we didn't feel the need to try that out. We did, however, take daily walks along the broad promenade running past the hotel on the Gulf side, perfect for watching sunsets.
All in all it was a really good early spring break and we're certainly going to consider coming back to this hotel in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families. The food was extremely good with a great variety, catering to different tastes and preferences. It is an excellent choice for families, offering numerous activities to keep children engaged and entertained.
The cocktails were fantastic, adding to the enjoyable experience. The hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The only downside I noticed was that the TV was not a smart TV and did not support YouTube, which would have been helpful for keeping the kids entertained.
Overall, this hotel provides a great experience with excellent food, drinks, and service. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway!

This is our 3rd time in Rixos, bab al bahar, and every time we have an amazing moment at the resort.The whole experience is delightful. Mohamed at reception always has a comforting welcome smile and quickly does the check-in process.
The property has entertainment arranged for adults and kids, and so all family members are equally satisfied. Though the concept of booking a restaurant for Ala carte for 2nd night onward is time-consuming and tricky as sometimes the QR code hangs but each time I get help from the guest relations to get it booked conveniently. I would request mngt to make this process hassle free as guests would like to have a stress free holiday and not sit and do a countdown to book the restaurant. The weather has been very kind during all our visits, and the resort mngt had ensured all the activities are conducted timely and efficiently.
The all-day dining restaurant had an amazing spread for BF, and the layout of the food is done in such a manner that the crowd can be managed without guests facing any trouble.
The isla bar caters to a large crowd but is a little disappointing as the glasses are not washed properly as I witnessed. Also it is very inconvenient that these outdoor bars does not serve any kind of snacks or short eats to go along with beverage.i saw many guest who bought chips & snacks from the in-house convenience store and brought to the bar which looks quite unorganised.
Lastly, I want to thank all the staff from reception,housekeeping,restaurant ,pool areas, and bar who work very hard with a smile to ensure guests don't face any trouble .

Amazing hotel. Very spacious and beautiful rooms. Food can improve especially in Azure and main restaurant. Need bathrooms inside ballroom rather than far off from the lobby. It's a long walk if you are attending a long event in the ballroom.
Hotel closes music after 1030 in open air areas which is inconvenient especially that it is a beach destination.
Staff is exceptional. Amine and his team did an excellent job in welcoming us and showing highest level of hospitality. They are the best and very efficient and super professional.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The half-board was perfect for us. A daily highlight: the complimentary Chocolate Hour with cookies, fruit, and a chocolate fountain! The food was varied and delicious, with changing international dishes every day — we especially loved the Indian cuisine. The area is beautifully designed, and the turquoise sea is stunning.
Tip: Try the rooftop shisha at sunset in the Skybar!
There was some construction noise, but it was barely noticeable — mostly drowned out by the fun weekend DJ sets and jet skis. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but never intrusive.
We especially loved the ‚Ula‘ area — adults-only, with a private pool, sea access, and comfy loungers.
Bonus: two free 1.5L bottles of water daily in the room. Everything was spotless.
Tip: If you’re not coming with a package, the hotel can arrange your taxi transfer.

Our stay has been great at the Intercontinental RAK. The rooms were very spacious and our request at connecting rooms was met on arrival. We were also extremely pleased to have our rooms ready at 11am which helped with our 2 kids. The buffet provided here is great and was enjoyed by us all. The pools were great and they never felt crowded at all. Finally kids club - amazing! The kids absolutely loved it especially the movie night with freshly made popcorn. Would also like to say a special thank you to Sadak and Bablu for always providing us with a spotless room daily. Fresh towels provided and beds made for us. A few minor suggestions would be an update to the AI option offered and more staff by pool bar and to offer decaffeinated tea (I missed having my tea all week). We are hoping to definitely be back again!

Me and my family had an amazing stay at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah! The location was breathtaking, and the service was exceptional.
Our room 055 was spotless and comfortable, with Hafeez and Komal providing outstanding room service.
The pool area was fantastic, and Emmanuel (pool attendant) and Thomas (pool waiter) made our experience seamless with their attentive service.
Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

First time at the hotel and it won’t be the last! The staff were amazing, so accommodating and hospitable. Special shout out to Juni and Moses- excellent service from them at breakfast, very welcoming and friendly. Eduardus who works at the pool bar is one of the hardest working people I have ever seen, always so happy and friendly and cares for his customers.
The disco at the kids club was a hit with our daughter!

Our stay was an absolutely wonderful experience! We spent a week here on vacation and everything was simply flawless. From the very first day, we were impressed by the excellent organization of the hotel – everything is well thought out, clean, and designed with the guests’ comfort in mind.

Best hotel experience in my life. All the staff is super friendly and that is the biggest highligt. I know it is partially because of that is what is expected in a place like this, but I felt that most were actually very genuine in their kindness and are good people also when it is not an expectation. Food and atmosphere is also amazing but the service was for sure the best part.

Checking out after one night even though this is a two night stay. The construction is one thing but there is a lack of competency from the onset - from me emailing in advance about children, and the ritz having zero preparation for appropriate cots and safety measures, I even emailed re room layout. They could have sent a picture of the cot (disastrous btw)! Also there’s poor communication been house keeping. The restaurant staff at Shore are wonderful and Arun, Deepu, Moe and ALL Shore staff are fantastic
Its definitely not five star service nor quality hotel
Having emailed in advance about a child, pushchair, cot (several times) at not one point has ritz team mentioned there’s no ramp but a tiny one floor disabled access lift, which is outside the restaurant. The property is dated, whilst the hotel may want to preserve the historical look, they can still afford touch ups given the price of a night here

We’ve just left after a 2 night stay. We booked as a little getaway from Dubai with our 9 month old daughter and from the moment we arrived. From the valet to leaving, everything was perfect.
The staff truly are 5* and took care of all of our needs and went over and above to ensure we were taken care of and our baby had everything she needed.
We cannot wait to return. See you again soon.

We are regulars of their Thursday night. Steak and sangria special. After being seated in a near empty restaurant, we were told that we needed to order a la carte as there was not enough steak available that night. Then we were told there weren't enough tables available for those without a reservation. And finally, when I reached a manager, we were told there wasn't enough sangria as a group of 20 was coming later in the evening. Most definitely NOT the level of service expected from the Ritz Carlton.
Reservations were never previously needed nor listed in their advertisement.

A magical stay! The villas were gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast buffet incredible with offerings from around the world and the kindest of service. Spa experience- perfect. Thank you, Stella for the tour and hydro spa experience recommendation. Thank you, Rosette for the best 60 minute massage I’ve ever had. Loved waking up and slipping into the private pool and watching the wildlife at sunrise. The falconry shows were great and the grounds extensive. We would love to come back.

We had such an amazing time at the resort with our two little ones. It is a very beautiful property, very clean, free up bugs despite being right in the desert, lots of wild life right outside the window.
But what truly set the resort apart were the staff - everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Special shout out to Javid at equestrian who gave great recommendations for activities and ensure our kids felt comfortable, babu for a very memorable camel ride, Ibrahim for a great wildlife experience, Mani & Chef Sunil at Khaleea for such personalized service and mouth watering food and Favour & Reem at the kids club - they were simply delightful and caring toward our children - the club itself is one of the best ones we ever been to. Niraj stood out from the shuttle drivers.

Stayed here a few nights and honestly, it’s one of the best resorts I’ve been to in the UAE. It’s in the middle of the desert, but it’s so quiet, peaceful, and well-designed that it feels like you’ve left the world behind — in a good way.
The villa was massive. Private pool, proper secluded, and really nicely done inside. Felt more like a private home than a hotel room. You wake up to oryx and gazelles just wandering around outside your villa. It's surreal.
The service was faultless. Every single person we interacted with was polite, helpful, and not in that robotic hotel way — it actually felt genuine. They all seemed like they actually liked working there, which makes a difference.
Food-wise, everything we had was great. Breakfast had loads of choice, and dinner at Farmhouse was top-end — proper fine dining in the middle of nowhere. We also did the Destination Dining thing one night in the dunes, and that was pretty magical. Candlelit table, stars above you, no noise, just you and the desert.
Spa is worth doing too. Did the rainforest thing, which was way better than I expected — bit gimmicky at first glance but actually super relaxing. Massage afterwards was excellent.
Honestly, if you’re looking for a place to switch off, unwind, and feel a million miles from Dubai while only being an hour away, this is it. Not cheap, but worth every dirham. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Overall, we had an average stay, though staff was very friendly and our room clean.
Below are a few suggestions for you to work on.
I paid for a birthday cake with flowers package to make a surprise for my wife. The red roses were fresh and the room was decorated perfectly, but the box of roses bouquet could be better, the roses were cut not evenly and there was no water brick inside of it, so the roses faded in a day, unfortunately.
We had a very friendly staff member who drove us to the room and handed over it to us. He was supposed to bring bicycles, but we never got them. Unfortunately, when we called the reception after 6pm nobody arranging bicycles was available and all we could deal with was a sorry and a promise to deliver it the next day after 9am. We were very upset that we couldn’t enjoy a sunrise cycling the next day. Bicycles were never delivered. So, the bicycles experience was ruined.
