My family and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They have many amenities one that I found out on my last day was a laundry room! The pool was amazing with active friendly life guards. We also enjoyed Starbucks and how friendly they were. We took the buses from the hotel to access city walk and volcano bay and enjoyed it! Very nice family friendly hotel. The staff were also very friendly and informative. There is also pizza delivery to your room. You also have the option of going down stairs to grab dinner or a quick snack. My family and I enjoyed breakfast downstairs before heading to the park. The location was great because there were tons of food places nearby. We would definitely stay again due to the space. We reserved the suite with 3 beds two adults two kids. Very spacious!

This is the best value hotel that I've stayed at that is associated with a theme park. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean(hairdryer was not working however). The included amenities were great. The parking was reasonably priced. The shuttles to the park were frequent and quick(less than 10 minute drive). Overall an excellent resort to spend your money on, you'd be unlikely to regret it.

I recently stayed at the Dockside Inn, and I must share my exceptional experience, thanks to John at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, John was wonderful to talk to and made the process very timely. He took the time to help us understand the layout of the hotel property, which was extremely helpful.Understanding that we were traveling with a larger group and that it was our first time staying in a suite, John graciously upgraded our room. This thoughtful gesture made our day truly phenomenal. The suite was fantastic, and the overall experience was top-notch.John’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay memorable. I highly recommend the Dockside Inn and commend John for his outstanding service. Thank you, John, for making our visit so special!

The rooms were ok. Newer & clean. The comforters were lacking a bit. We enjoyed the pool & the friendly lifeguards! Devin, Genesis, Bruce & Johnny were amazing to us and all guest. Going down to the pool and getting a friendly wave from these 4 always helped our night be a little more relaxing! We really enjoyed the food at Pier 8 as well! All in all it was a good stay!

The room was clean and spacious. The entire staff from the cafeteria to the bus drivers were all extremely friendly and helpful. The tower 2 pool was awesome and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the price. We would stay here again!
