  • Grab and Go option at Seasonal Tastes (10.30am to 11am)
  • Lunch at Beach Grill or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (12noon to 3pm)
  • Dinner buffet at Seasonal Tastes (7pm to 10.30pm)
  • A 3-course a la carte dinner at Kangan or Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge (7pm to 10pm, a supplement applies for items not included in the all-inclusive programme)
  • MUR 1,000 credit per person at Fusion (Dinner: 7pm to 10pm)
  • MUR 1,000 credit, per person on theme nights at Beach Grill (Dinner: 7.30pm to 10pm)
  • All local drinks and spirits along with a complimentary afternoon tea daily (3.30pm to 5pm) at Mystique Restaurant, Bar & Lounge
  • All local drinks and spirits include at The Retreat Bar (10am to 11pm)

We had an incredible stay at The Westin Turtle Bay for 2 nights, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my experience even more special. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing—every meal was a delight, and the quality was top-notch. One of the highlights of my trip was the glass-bottom boat tour. It was such a unique and breathtaking experience that truly showcased the natural beauty around the hotel. I also indulged in the spa, which was wonderfully relaxing and added to the peaceful atmosphere of the entire stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help, which made me feel so welcome and cared for throughout my visit. The scenery around the hotel is stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. Even though I only stayed for two days, I left with nothing but wonderful memories and positive impressions. I highly recommend The Westin Turtle Bay for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable escape!

We stayed here on our trip to Mauritius in June. The resort is beautifully done, bang on the beach. The views are just gorgeous from any part of the resort. There are four in-house restaurants and a great bar. We had put up in the wellness villa which was super spacious and had everything you could need on a holiday. It has a 24*7, quite well equipped gym, a spa ( included in the stay, appointments recommended) and multiple included activities like glass bottom boat, snorkeling etc. What I loved the most was the family pool, it's big, aesthetically done and has a clear view to the beach. There's an adult only pool as well. The service was impeccable and all the staff were very warm and welcoming. It was a lovely experience in all and I would love to go back again

Late to check us in the room but the Hotel was very accommodating and kind to allow us late checkout out and also served with sparklingly wine in all rooms. Of course not all staff are highly skilled and some may require training but most staff very kind and very sensitive to clients needs. Overall well satisfied

We are currently staying at the Westin Turtle Bay to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and, unfortunately, the experience so far has not lived up to our expectations. While the property is undoubtedly beautiful, the service has been quite underwhelming. The buffet has very limited vegetarian options, and the food served has been just average. At the live counters, although the chefs do prepare what you ask for, it’s often served with visible reluctance or lack of warmth — which affects the overall dining experience. Room service has also been disappointing. Simple requests like shower gel and bath salts were either dismissed or still not fulfilled. When we asked, we were told to use what’s already provided — not quite what we expected from a resort of this standard. Another issue we faced is the strict dress code for dinner — closed-toe shoes and trousers for men. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere beforehand, and it left us scrambling. My husband has had to wear trainers under trousers, which feels odd on a beach vacation. The tipping point was finding a fly inside a dessert jar at the buffet. When we brought it up, the response was casual and dismissive — “It must have flown in and fallen.”m no concern — just brushed off. We were really looking forward to a special stay, but we’re starting to feel that this wasn't the right choice for such a milestone occasion. We hope the remainder of our stay improves and that the management takes note of these areas for better guest experience.
