Charmi Shah
Nestled in the peaceful area of Grand Gaube, this resort truly won our hearts! Hospitality: This all-inclusive resort offered the most comfortable stay we’ve ever had. We had booked a room for our 1-year anniversary, and the resort surprised us with a complimentary upgrade—such a thoughtful gesture! The hosts and hostesses were incredibly warm, with a special shoutout to Elena at the reception for her wonderful welcome. Food: With our strict Jain dietary requirements, we were a bit nervous, but Head Chef Deepak, along with Chefs Singh and Aartee, prepared Jain meals exactly as needed—and they were excellent! Stewards Yasser, Ansh, Sandiven, Purugan and Ricardo also took fantastic care of us, suggesting great mocktails and ensuring we were well looked after. Feedback: A few things that could be improved: • The adults-only beach area felt slightly understaffed. • Reaching the reception over the phone was difficult at times—possibly due to full occupancy. • Beach Rouge café was closed during most non-dinner hours, which felt odd. • The currency exchange counter charges a steep 7% commission, which leaves guests with little choice if paying in cash. Overall: Despite these minor points, this is undoubtedly one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. We would love to visit again if given the chance! A big thank you to everyone—named and unnamed—who made our stay so memorable!

As expected with a 5 star resort. Nice staff with a good level of service. Amit the life guard was very good at advising on my swimming technique. Im now a better swimmer. Kumar was great when we ordered beach snacks. We were on a half board package and as expected beverages where not included (this is normal) however I was surprised to see that drinking water was charged for at dinner time £4 a bottle. Having stayed at many hotels around the world I was surprised at being charged for drinking water (this was starndard drinking water no even Evian / fuji water). Overall a good hotel.

The resort is clearly laid out to impress and satisfy your every need. From beach to bar, had it's exclusive feel. Rooms were kept to exceptional standards during our stay. Staff members were very helpful. I have to send a special thank you to Tooshal for keeping us very well hydrated at all times while being very professional.
Phi Lowe
Our stay started off a bit rocky — our hotel transfer didn’t show up at the airport, lunch on the first day wasn’t great, and our initial room wasn’t up to 5-star standards. Thankfully, the resort manager Giany stepped in right away, arranged a new room for us, and from that point on everything completely turned around! A huge thank-you to chefs Ramen, Deepak and Bilal, who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements — the food was wonderful after that. Majority of the waiting staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Entertainment-wise, the DJ’s, piano players in the morning, and the singer who looked like Bruno Mars (along with the drummer!) were truly the best entertainment during our stay. Shayma from concierge, who was adorably sweet and always eager to help with a smile. Housekeeping was also good; the lovely lady who looked after our room always checked in to see if we needed anything. Special mention to Sylvano from the coffee house and the girls there — they made every visit a pleasure. We also made a keychain at the studio, and the staff there (both the man and woman) kept us entertained with fun riddles and great energy! At the boathouse, Ruddy and a couple of the boys were fantastic and made all the activities enjoyable. My only small gripe would be how strict they were with watersport time slots — it felt a little unnecessarily tight, maybe even like they were trying to save on petrol! Despite the rocky start, the incredible team truly made this a memorable and enjoyable stay. The staff really made our trip — seeing their smiley faces every day and experiencing their genuine care and warm personalities was absolutely heartwarming.
Abdul Kareem
We had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon. Ashwan Yosra and Shayma have been so lovely with my wife as she was taken ill. They were all so courteous and so kind which is rare. Even though sometimes things have been not in order, whenever I have called reception to ask for things, they have been so attentive and receptive. Although sometimes service can be irregular it’s completely understandable given the size of the hotel. Some staff are kinder than others but that is what you’ll get anywhere. Half board is the way to go. The views are stunning and everything being halal is such a big plus. Beach Rouge for dinner is severely underrated for dinner and it’s always nearly empty. Bodrum blue is very good. The breakfast is outstanding and Zareen at the omelette station was lovely. Make sure to book the excursion to the northern islands as well! The islands are incredible and movie-like. Overall, a very good stay.
