I stayed at C Mauritius Resort for 3 days on the all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive, with the staff creating a sense of comfort and ease. The beach is one of the highlights—calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sunrise. The garden areas are beautifully maintained and add a peaceful, natural feel to the entire property. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in, with attention to detail that makes the stay feel special. The food throughout the resort is consistently good, with plenty of variety and quality in every meal. A special thanks to Phoebe at the reception for her professionalism and kindness. She made the check-in and needs process smooth and added a personal touch that made the stay even better. Overall, C Mauritius delivers an excellent experience across hospitality, comfort, and environment. Highly recommended.

A place that can be easily preferred for a holiday. The staff is very interested and they help in everything. It has a clean environment. Just when choosing this place, you need to be careful about the season because it can be very windy. With all this, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at C Mauritius! Everything was wonderful – from the delicious food and relaxing massage to the great tennis facilities. A special thanks to Moon, our waiter, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. All the staff were kind and professional, and our room was spotless. Sometimes we had to wait a bit at the bar, but it was totally fine – everyone was doing their best and always with a smile. A truly beautiful resort where you instantly feel at home. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

This is my second visit at C Mauritius - I previously stayed there for a couple of days back in 2023. My stay in 2023 was near perfect and that was precisely why I decided to book another 3-day vacation at the resort on an all-inclusive basis along with 2 other family members. I must say that I have been somewhat disappointed by my overall experience this time, and it all boils down to the following reason: My family members and I have, in my opinion, been discriminated against purely because we are Mauritians. The attitude of the staff members towards us was honestly problematic as we were consistently neglected and made to feel as though we were second-class residents of the hotel. First, the hotel reception somehow omitted the fact that we were 3 people in total and gave us a room that was only equipped to host 2 people (eg only 2 sets of towels provided, 2 sets of pillows etc) - we had obviously paid for 3 people, so this felt like a basic mistake. Secondly, the waiting staff at the restaurants and bars were blatantly ignoring us during breakfast, lunch and dinner service while meticulously attending to the needs of non-Mauritian residents (mostly Europeans). This came in the form of taking way too long to take our orders, not giving us water even though all the tourist tables were given bottles of water (I shamelessly had to go get a bottle myself from the back area) and letting our used plates pile up on the table (thereby making it uncomfortable for us to enjoy our food - no one likes to see dirty dishes on their table). I must highlight that this happened throughout our many meals - it was not an isolated matter. I spoke to the guest relations manager (Mr Oliver I think) and he was quite responsive to the feedback given and apologised. He seemed genuine in his words and even offered to make amends, which is good. However the whole experience left us with a bitter aftertaste as it was definitely not what we expected from an establishment that previously set the bar so high. It is sad to see that the internalised colonial mindset, which still values foreign acceptance above all else, often manifests in a painful irony, making some Mauritians prioritise and favour tourists over their own fellow citizens. Yes, tourists are important for the overall Mauritian economy and should receive first-class service, but not at the expense of locals who pay similar amounts for the same services. On the positive side : the food and drinks were great and varied, the facilities clean and functional, and the beach was well kept :)

We stayed at C Mauritius for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind, caring, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The service was exceptional, and every detail was handled with so much thought and warmth. The live performances and music were fantastic and added such a fun, vibrant atmosphere to our evenings. We loved every moment! The food was delicious, the surroundings were beautiful, and everything felt perfectly put together. Thank you to the entire C Mauritius team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We’ll definitely be back one day. You made it an experience we’ll never forget!
