5 stars all the way! Beautiful location, absolute slice of paradise made into a holiday of a lifetime by the fabulous staff who catered for all our needs from the start to finish. A truly amazing experience. Special thanks go to the staff at the restaurant La Maree, Chef de Cuisine Boojahwon who created the most delicious fish dishes and Head of Service Sarita, whose attention to detail was outstanding making us feel so special every time we dined there whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinesh and Jay both took care of our beach experience and got to know us so well over our ten day stay, that they anticipated our orders and always served them with a smile. Oodaye went the extra mile to serve us exquisite cocktails and joked that he was our personal mixologist! Sanjeev set the tone for our stay on day one with an informative tour of the facilities from his buggy, his smile will be one we will never forget. Jean Francois and Deepak from the equestrian facilities took great care of us both as we fulfilled lifetime dreams to ride along the stunning beach and swim with horses in the sea. If this was not enough, we were also pampered at the gorgeous spa facilities where we enjoyed couples massages from Amillie, Ravi and Luana. To top this all off, we would like to thank the Hotel Manager, Eelco who, despite his inordinately busy schedule, still found the time to speak whenever he spotted us around the facilities, leading from the front and inspiring his team to make every guest feel important. Having experienced all the dining options available, we can honestly say we enjoyed all, whether the fine dining at the Chateau or the BBQ where the chefs cook fantastic steak and fish to your requirements. My stay at this resort is absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding — every single staff member is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring about making my stay special. You can really feel that they go above and beyond for their guests. And the massage - simply the best I’ve ever had in my life! The spa is beautiful and peaceful, and my therapist was amazing — she had such a perfect touch and immediately understood what my body needed. The whole experience was deeply relaxing and left me feeling completely renewed.

Overal good hotel, great service, great location by the beach. But some improvements can definitely be made specifically around food and entertainment. Bar and drinks were great. Bar staff very friendly and attentive, drinks well made, plenty of drink options under all inclusive. No complaints around this, a true 5 star experience. Food was satisfactory. Some dishes were pleasant but others a bit bland, consistency and quality were missing for it to be good all round and live up to a 5 star food experience. Furthermore, not a whole bunch for vegetarians apart from side dishes (mostly carbohydrates), and annoyingly Gluten Free is labelled but not Vegetarian?! Also vegetarian dishes not available at all restaurants was a big oversight in my opinion. Generally vegetarian options were limited and poor. The gym facilities are stellar, outdoor and indoor gym options make it the best hotel I have visited with gym options. Outdoor is more calethenics setup and indoor is machines and some free weights. Not fully stocked but still very decent. Activities wise some watersports are included which was surprising and quite nice. Such as SUP, windsurfing, etc. There are some classes and some other activities like yoga, archery, minigolf which are available. Golf and tennis paid extras. One dissapointint thing was the activities team not really to be seen, no one came round to encourage people to do activities and generally I feel for a 5 star resort there could have been more on that front.

Everyone as the Maritim Resort and Spa go above and beyond. My heart is full after leaving the resort as we felt like we were leaving a family. Manoj Sir and his team were fantastic in looking after us from ensuring our stay was comfortable to making sure our 20 month toddler was happy. Ganesh Sir really helped catering to our food requirements as we were vegetarian and making foods that our toddler wanted. Chef Marday made Khichdi for our toddler which he loved! Vamila mam was also incredible looking after us, my in laws and toddler. Evans was also fantastic during our breakfasts and dinners. We visited the spa twice and were greeted with such warmth. Louana, Fanny and Komal were great. We did a few activities such as canoeing and pedalos but there was so much on the resort you could do such as Archery and horse riding. Seeing tortoises over 100 years was fantastic. Unfortunately I cannot remember the gents name but he provided lots of information of the history of the animals and was great to speak to. On our last day, we really enjoyed a walk to the waterfalls. I feel the resort gave us everything we wanted. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we made the right choice! The resort is lovely and you have everything you need: loads of restaurants, activities and the spa - the spa is fabulous! We had 2 treatments so far and they have been amazing! Would’ve been great to have a pharmacy on site as well (if you need one you have to go to the nearest village) but apart from that it has been amazing so far. We loved it here and would definitely recommend!
