I stayed here last year The rooms were actually nice and they had refurbished the hotel from the old days. I loved the views from the tower. The only problem was because it's a naked city which is a dangerous area in Las Vegas You really don't want to walk around at night. I did brave it over to Golden steer but it definitely wasn't safe and I couldn't imagine with children walking around that area at night looking for food. The reason I gave it such a low score is because none of the restaurants were open the 3 days I stayed there You literally could barely eat anywhere there were no food choices that were realistic. It's not very smart of them considering probably most of the customers would eat at those restaurants since they're not in a part of the strip where people want to comfortably walk around at night. So the restaurants would probably be packed and people would be willing to pay even extra for the safety ease and security of eating in the hotel. They must have five restaurants in there that were closed when I stayed there. Almost at no time of day could I eat food that I bought inside the hotel although there were restaurants there They just were all closed. Now maybe this is fixed it's been a year but I was not impressed by that. If they were in the main part of the strip nobody would care because you could just walk to the neighboring hotels. But it kind of felt like you needed to put on a bulletproof vest to walk through that neighborhood at night. It's just a rough part of town even though it's close to that tourist areas it's not safe for the average tourist to go walking out looking for food at night. Fortunately I've traveled to 39 countries in my life and I'm pretty self-aware of my surrounding so I wasn't too worried walking to Golden steer a few blocks away but it still felt quite dodgy outside.

Great place to stay at in Las Vegas if your planning on not spending to much time in the hotel, they have great food in the restaurant (top of the world), good customer service but excluding the pool area services with attitude maybe cause it’s hot and they have to deal with the heat (no big deal). ***Sam at the valet was so exceptional and the reason I remember his name he was the best out everyone I deal with through out the entire hotel staff so welcoming always smiling great attitude and so professional. I stayed there for 12 days had a great time.

Stayed here 1 night, upgraded to a suit for a few bucks more...total was less than $130. My 1028 sq feet suit was larger than my 700 sq feet small house. As soon as I checked in, I went and enjoyed a cold beer inside the large pool. I enjoyed a great dinner at the Top Of The World tower. Watched a great show at night - Rouge. My half day stay seemed eternal thanks to the impressive views from the observation deck of the Tower and then my romantic dinner at the spinning restaurant.

Stayed here with a buddy and his family. This is a smaller resort/hotel, but was comfortable for our stay. The casino wasn’t very big, but with it not being as busy here, it was easy to sit down at a table quickly to play. The pool area is on the 8th floor and is pretty nice, but the water was really cold even this time of year. We enjoyed going up the tower with the kids and having dinner one night at Top of The World Restaurant.

Booked the locals deal; which was awesome came with 25$ credit and 2 free tower passes. Although the hallways in the hotel to the rooms were extremely warm, our room seem to be nice. Besides the plumbing, the water would not drain down from the sink and the shower, drained extremely slow without sufficient hot water. Was awaken to a notification at 4am the there was a charge of $491 to my bank. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. Went down to the front desk where Lola the first Desk representative that we seen stated that these charges just “appear” on accounts sometimes randomly and they don’t know why and that she can get them reversed. Then she returned asking if we smoked in our room or used candles or Flat iron or hair or use the iron which none of the above happened. Upon speaking to the supervisor Nayeli, she states that there will be an investigation and I should receive a call back by the end of the day. As of yet, I have not heard anything back. If I was a smoker, I would have in fact chose to have a smoking room and would not have opted for a non-smoking. These charges to my bank I definitely not authorize and it’s fraudulent activity. Also the fact that most restaurants were closed on Tuesday and Wednesdays that would’ve originally been my only complaint. Until having these Fraudulent and unauthorized charges.
