I feel as though I should write a proper review for this hotel after staying here for 3 nights. . Yes, the room is dated and definitely needs to be renovated. It was absolutely dated and had some flaws (dirty carpet, popcorn ceiling debris on the floor, cracking ceiling in the bathroom, green mold under the sink, extremely loud vent fan in bathroom), however the most important parts were clean. . I did a thorough inspection of the bed sheets, blankets, mattress, headboard, pillows, and nightstand, and found no bed bugs or eggs. I looked under the cabinets and furniture and saw no cockroaches either. . The bed sheets were clean. They smelled like they were just washed. . The wifi sucks. I tried playing an online game and my ping jumped between 400 and 1,400. If you're looking to browse the internet (slowly), this should be fine, but if you need a fast internet connection this may not be the place for you. . The bathroom was clean enough. Aside from the crack in the ceiling and the obnoxious vent fan, I never felt like the bathroom was unsanitary. The trash cans were emptied before my stay and the tub + shower did not feel contaminated or dirty. It was older, but no worries about cleanliness. No issues getting hot water either. . This hotel will only service your room if you ask them to, otherwise they stay out of your stuff. That can be a pro or a con for people depending on your preference. . There is a casino in the lobby with a bar, and the patrons seem friendly enough, although gambling is not my thing. . REGARDING THE $100 DEPOSIT: I did receive a refund on the $100 deposit. I saw other reviewers leaving reviews saying they never got it back. I used a credit card to pay for my hotel and got the refund for the $100 charge after 3 days of initially paying for it. . I did read a review stating that a homeless guy broke into their hotel and stole all of their stuff. As a precaution, I removed my valuables from the hotel during the day while I attended a convention at the convention center (only a 5 minute walk). There were no signs my room had been entered or otherwise tampered with. . The night security is friendly and helpful. . The elevator is apparently known to break occasionally. If you want to limit your chances of getting stuck in the elevator, take the nearby stairs. . One final note: when I first checked in, my key cards didn't work even after 3 times of reprogramming it and returning back to the room to try again. After the third time of trying, I was given new cards to a new room (I stayed in 2150), and had no further issues with the hotel since then.

First I will start by saying most times its good to seek your own opinion and not feed into negative comments. Me and my son came here last weekend for his Football Nationals, at first I was kind of hesitant but im glad I chose this hotel, check in was fast and easy front desk was nice and very professional. Room was big and very spacious and clean, first night was good I had a issue with the toilet they sent someone quickly and the problem was solved. Second night was kind of testy the guest above me was screaming and it sounded like they was throwing furniture around, I called front desk for a noise complaint within minutes it was crickets (Thanks Front Desk). Also there food was great. Overall I rate this place a 9/10.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Bar/restaurant is super convenient for a quick bite and drink. Plenty of parling space. Room was large and clean, and had all the basic amenties needed for a one/few-day stay. The hotel is not the newest/most modern, but it's good value for money. It definitely met my expectations for what I needed - a quiet sleep before starting a roadtrip.

I genuinely loved staying here. For one the location is lovely it’s miners away from the strip and the monorail 🚝 and the convention center is steps away no need for car. The customer service was great except for maybe one bartender the guy was rude. But that doesn’t matter because everyone else had out of this world amazing customer service. They have happy hour and $3 margaritas you can’t beat that. I loved the retro feel. Also the rooms are very clean the beds were clean and good to sleep on and it is very spacious will be back in the future.

My grown daughter and I stayed here for 6 days.Although the room and furniture are dated;we thought the rooms were spacious, clean, bed bug free, linen was without spots and stains, and beds were comfortable. Very affordable. Awesome location! Staff very helpful and friendly in the hotel and the restaurant! Shout out to Ricky ( hotel manager) and our waitress/ bartender! Food was very good and well seasoned! We also like the pool and hot tub! Thank you! You guys are rock stars!
