The reviews for this place were surprisingly accurate. Aside from this isn’t really a hotel and casino and more like a motel with some slot machines: The rooms are dated and they only prioritize cleaning the main things, the service is great, and the location is good for monorail and convention center activities but a little far to be considered easy walking distance from the strip. For the non-smoking rooms, there is a faint smell of smoke likely due to being in close proximity of smoking areas. The bedsheets, bathroom, and sink were all clean. The floors, chairs, and headboards were things I tried to not touch as they were kind of gross. There was rust in part of the bathtub and garbage under the bed. You can easily hear things outside and in adjacent rooms. The staff was willing to help accommodate for additional needs should you ask and they ensure you are promptly helped once you raise a concern. I didn’t appreciate getting 4 flyers slid under the door into my room for nearby food deliveries. That fact that something could be slid through my door in the first place made it feel a little unsafe. Overall, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, but I probably wouldn’t do it again. For pricing, it’s hard to complain about $60 per night on a super busy Vegas weekend.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The staff was very kind and helpful, letting me know that they are available 24/7. The room is very spacious with a refrigerator and enough amenities to be satisfied. Overall very impressed. Good location with ample parking.

Room smelled like smoke even thought it was a smoke free room. There is much pedestrian traffic outside the hotel, doesn’t feel that safe. It can easily get loud. The bed is comfortable but the rooms are outdated. There was a huge roach in the room might have come from under the door. Ok to stay for a quick trip and they do have 24hr food service In the lobby.

Very Nice place to stay. Great location. Located just East of the Wynn golf course, just South of the L.V. convention center, right by the monorail, & very close to the Sphere, as well. The room was clean, quiet, & comfortable. Easy walk to the convention center monorail station, Sphere, & central strip. Stayed in room #3113, which was a top floor (3rd) middle unit on the south side (nice view of the Sphere). 5 nights in early-March 2026. Negatives: Older rooms with some cosmetic wear. Subjectively, no coffee or tea were provided (we brought our own with travel kettle). Positives: Super easy check-in. Park out front & short walk to the front desk. Abundant free parking (and it's not a mile walk away, unlike the massive hotels). Super easy access to the rooms (no walking a mile thru a casino, up the elevator, another mile down the corridor, etc.) Room was quiet, clean, & comfortable. Big room with proper desk & chairs. Good lighting & heat pump worked great. Water was instant hot & seemed to be filtered for better water quality. Beds had firm & soft pillows for back & side sleepers. Free Wi-fi worked well. Big points for having a mini Fridge & USB ports at 3 locations for total of 6 plugs! Check-out was easy, just leave the key in the room. Also, for EV drivers there are 24/7 ChargePoint L2 chargers with 4 plugs just a 20 minute walk south over at the Atomic Museum. Final thoughts: I liked this place a lot. It's not a bigger strip hotel with their amenities & distractions, but the cost & stress is much less. Great location in all ways that matter. It would be even better, if there were onsite EV chargers with a fair price per kW. Then, it would be perfect. We'll look for that, when we come back.

Conveniently located right by the Las Vegas convention center, this hotel offers what you would expect for the price once you see it. While the stay was okay the experience was less than ideal. This hotel is inexpensive and you get what you pay for, the bare minimum. Keys got demagnetized for no reason, room service did not stop by our room once to clean, and the room itself appeared to not have been cleaned thoroughly since the dawn of time. The closet was dusty, hangers falling apart, as well as a questionable smell in the kitchen among other things. The hotel has not been renovated since what seems like the early to mid 90s with popcorn ceiling, dated ironing board, questionable carpeting and toilet that leaked all night despite having reported it. Front desk staff were readily available to attempt to assist however it appears that the rest of the team was not. I would have liked to have left a better review however this hotel really needs to consider a higher bar for maintenance staff. This was a new adventure for us and I can definitely say that we will not be returning.
