Stayed at Excalibur from October 24th to 28th. Check in was seamless. The staff courteous and informative. Room was much better than expected for the price I paid. Was spotless and housekeeping were excellent. Shows a few signs of age but that only adds character. Bathroom was more than good enough. Nice shower. No bath if you like that kind of thing on a holiday! Food court was great but not the cheapest. Not a rip off either. Casino was where I spent most my time and it was great. Already booked again for next year

Haven't stayed here in close to 15 years. Everything is, pretty much, how I remember it. Well kept, with good rooms and beds. The downsides are no microwave or coffee maker and their TV service is pretty bad. At least with the coffee, they sell a good cup at the base of the tower I was in (but I still had to get out of bed). This hotel is a good hub to explore Vegas from, at a reasonable price.

We paid to upgrade our room when we got there. The upgrade was a refrigerator LOL. For the money it was what you expected. Nice big restroom. We had 2 queen beds. We actually had the pool view so we got lucky. For the price it was good. We were not in the room much so it was perfect. It was clean, quite and safe.

Excellent pool. They said all my nights were free but then they charged me for one. Phone didn't work in the room. Shower didn't drain. View of New York New York was excellent. Would stay again because of price, pool & view. Overall happy. 6 or 7 out of 10. Hands Juggling

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. They do kiosk check ins. You check in and it says they will text you when your room is ready. Why is it not ready on time!? We waited over an hour and never received a text. It was 12:30am. There were no check in staff but I went to a receptionist and pleaded for a room. The room i got i paid extra for because it was "newly renovated." Well the sink was torn apart and there were rusty sink parts on the counter. The sink wouldn't drain properly. It hadn't been cleaned and there was brown stuff smeared on bathroom floor. No coffee maker, no conditioner or bath accessories of any kind. There is loud construction or something REALLY LOUD happening down the hall that sounds like jack hammering and kept us up all night. Our room was also next to the elevator and was insanely loud and it would make our entire room shake. I was so exhausted after never being able to sleep due to all the noise. Everywhere reeks of cigarettes. No nice restaurants or shopping either. Ive been to every major strip hotel and they are all 5 star resorts compared to here. A motel 6 is nicer than this place.
