We had a fantastic stay! We were there for two weeks and didn’t encounter any issues. The housekeeping staff were all so friendly! The rooms were tidy. Yes the hotel could do with a little lick of paint but we wanted somewhere to just sleep and shower and this hotel was perfect for that. The pool always has space no matter what time of day. Easy to get to the strip from here and is very reasonable for the price we paid. Would come back 👍🏼

It's ridiculous how over priced it is. Just to enjoy the pool with no kids is like $100 extra. We paid a lot for this hotel yet they have all these hidden fees they dont tell you about. Just my opinion but to enjoy a relaxing time with no interception and shade is $100 and they are not really nice about it either. Pay or get out. Wow. Just the pool area. The rest of the staff is actually pretty nice and accommodating. Just wished we had some warning before we got comfortable and enjoyed our relaxing time before being kicked out. They definitely charge you for stuff that they dont tell you about that's sad. I wanted to like this place but they are way to pushy with their vouchers and if you want to relax in a nice quiet area with shade better be prepared to pay the extra. $100 extra for just shade. No wonder they are a 3 star hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, everything you need all under one roof. The staff are amazing especially the housekeeping crew, absolutely polite and always asked how me and my partner are and asked about our day and cared about us. The pool was lovely and always space to sit and sunbathe and swim. The lifeguards are brilliant and the pool girls giving and taking drinks are amazing. We can t wait to come back next year and relive it all again. Thank you so much for a fantastic time and we are already missing vegas.

The Excalibur has and always will be an icon on the strip. As a kid it was huge and unbelievable. As an adult, it's just a hotel to sleep and shower. As someone who attended an event at Allegiant, it was a perfect place to park to walk over thanks to my player status. The rooms have been renovated and are clean as well as comfy. Very inexpensive accommodations, plus the resort fees and parking rival the likes of a Flamingo Hotel or even Circus Circus. Just a little bit nicer and a better location in my option. If you have kids, they'll love it here. Their pool area is spacious and newly renovated. Their arcade has all sorts of carnival games. They have one of the last surviving buffets on the strip. It isn't cheap though. I feel it's overpriced but when you're hungry, it does the job. I would stay here again for a day or two but it definitely isn't on top of my list.

My experience at this hotel was excellent! For context, I usually stay at Circus Circus, but I was bringing my mom to Vegas for her first time, so I wanted to get her something a little nicer, but still budget friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by our room. Yes, there is no mini fridge or microwave, but that information was made very clear when booking. We knew what to expect. Yes, there is a resort fee, but anyone who travels here frequently knows that every hotel here has one. For the price I paid, it was great! Our room was very clean, and looked like a typical Holiday Inn room. We loved the food court and buffet options in our hotel. This hotel connects to New York New York, which is an easy way to cross over and hop on the strip! Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Our airline changed our flight schedule unexpectedly, and they accommodated us with a late check out. I would absolutely stay here again. I felt very safe. Lots of security on the casino/lobby/main floor, and I had to scan my key card on the elevator to access my floor. We stayed in the Royal Tower, but I’d love to check out the Resort Tower! I’m going to be back in Vegas next month, and this hotel is my first choice for that trip.
