Self Parking is $18 a night in the garage. They do have two drop off locations, one in the front near the strip and one in the back by the garage. We originally got a room that faced the roof of the building so we "upgraded" to a double queen room that faced the strip. Though it was a better view, the room was not an upgrade in my opinion. Fortunately, we didn't really spend a whole lot of time in the room so it didn't really matter. We stayed for four nights and overall I think it worked out well. The adult section is worth the cost at the pool. We were convinced to sign up for a timeshare presentation and in exchange, we got food vouchers, a Visa gift card of $25 and another two-night stay that you have to use within 12 months of activation. So long as you're okay spending 2 hours of your vacation listening to a guy trying to convince you to pay thousands of dollars a year to rent hotel rooms. Basically the free stuff we got in return was worth it. Plus we got our $50 deposit back. Also, we were told that they do not work for the hotel but they also don't work for the people running the timeshare. I would do it all again in a heartbeat 😁

I had a great stay at excalibur and for the price it is great value. There are a few negatives but for the price I paid they did not bother me much. The casino itself always looked clean but really smelled of cigarettes. Most of the casinos on the strip allow smoking but I'm not sure if others have better ventilation. My room was a good size and the floor I was on was really quiet. The window didn't open but there is an old air conditioning unit which works well, it's just noisy. The bed was too soft for me and sank down when I lay on it but some people like super soft beds. The pillows were lovely and comfortable. There wasn't a fridge in my room but I didn't need one anyway. I don't know if there are fridges in the other rooms. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of towels. The carpet in the bedroom area looked like they forgot the vacuum but it wasn't terribly dirty, just a few bits of stuff on the floor. There is a good food court on the second floor in the casino. The staff at check in and check out are friendly, as are the security staff. The location was perfect for me, right on the strip but also in a quiet spot. I felt safe in the hotel, casino and general area. I have mentioned a few negatives but for what I paid, it was a great hotel, I had a lovely experience and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Very inexpensive hotel. Rooms comfortable and clean. Did not like walking through smoky casino to check in but once we were checked in our tower had a direct exit to outside. Fire alarms went over more then once during our stay, one morning they were going off for an hour. When we called front desk to ask about it we were told they had no control over alarms and they sometimes go off without them knowing.

Check in online was smooth & easy, digital key works in elevator & worked for 1 of my 2 rooms. Great location being right at the start of the strip, easy way to avoid congestion; parking garage is located behind the hotel with smaller lots situated around the hotel entrances. Rooms/Casino are dated but serve their purpose. Housekeeping does a great job. There are plenty of small bars and food options located through the hotel and casino. Fitness center was great (just had limited hours, closed at 6p during my stay) . . . Pool closed due to weather/season. I would stay here again if I had too but prefer hotels without casinos as the walk to your room can be quite far.

Rooms were clean. We had a view of a brick wall and all the air conditioning units. Our safe was broken, they came to fix it but it was the end of his shift so he said the next guy would come and put a new battery in, they never came, so we couldn't lock up and of our valuables. We paid like $40 a night, so we didn't expect too much. It was basically a place to lay our heads for a few hours. Pool was ok, we found a seat and enjoyed some time by the pool. Casino is way too smokey. No problems finding something to eat in their food court. It is a quick walk to get on the strip.
