If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience this isn't the place for you, but if all you want is a touch down point to go out and explore it's great. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was a slog with half of their kiosks out of order, and navigating the parking garage was confusing and difficult. The casino level is nice and modern, the promenade is fun and has tons of restaurants, and the location is fantastic with easy access to the strip and the monorail. Would definitely stay again.

Room was okay, but clean. Bit dark, would have been nice to have a brighter themed room. No microwave was an inconvenience too especially being there with my 11 year old. I was told on the phone the room would come with one. I prefer to speak to the front desk when checking in so the kiosk idea is OK but just not my preference. I really didn't like how there were no lounge seating available off the gaming floor. Somewhere to sit and relax with my kid would have been awesome. But instead we needed to sit at Starbucks after late check out at 4pm. The nook was ridiculously priced for what you get. They should consider lowering those prices a bit. Definitely not worth the $. Staff were friendly and location was wonderful. Very close to everything. Would have loved to have a restaurant dedicated to a gluten free menu just for a change.

Great stay at the Linq. Kenya at the front desk was more than helpful with our stay and she is a great addition to the staff. Location was perfect and rooms were comfortable. Only critique was the housekeeping - it wasn’t consistent. We came back one of the nights and services weren’t rendered. They also need a better system with leaving the parking garage and payment. Other than that, no complaints.

The room was clean. Please be advised that there is NO FRIDGE in the room. Also, the beds are firm. I prefer a softer bed as this one caused hip pain. Good fluffy pillows. Good location. Good price. The shower is ok. Not sure why hotels are doing the showers with glass that only goes half way, but at least this one has a curtain to cover the open space, so that was good. I don’t like cold air in the shower. The lack of fridge was the biggest problem for me personally. You can use grocery bags and ice if you have food/beverages you need to keep cold.

The location and rooms are nice. I recommend the 20th floor. The rooms are much nicer. Although all rooms are still decent. Be careful not to demagnetize your room keys. Do not put it with your phone or wallet. That happened to me and I had to go all the way back down into that long line and wait. Also. If you are not on the reservation they may not give you permission to replace the keys. They had to do a verification with me, only because we had a personal circumstance, but my wife would’ve had to come down and wait again. Overall. Great experience. This hotel is in the middle of the strip and many things to do nearby.
