If you can find a good rate, the LINQ is a very central hotel on the strip with many good amenities. The pool is public access for adults only, district elevators to second floor don't need key card. The day club is not fancy but decent if you seek a Vegas pool day. You are an easy walk to a lot of things and two promenades next to the hotel are worthwhile shopping and eating. Room was fine, not overly stocked but provides essentials. Casino floor is larger than it appears. Beware the gift shops as they are pricey but they probably cater to comps and squeezing some extra margin from passersby.

I booked my trip well in advance, reserving a deluxe king room for my wife and me. Unfortunately, due to a flight reschedule, we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Attempting to check in via the self-service kiosk, I was met with an unexpected message: our room was not ready. With no other option, we joined the queue at the front desk. Despite our confirmed reservation, the staff informed us that our requested king room was unavailable. Instead, they could only offer a room with two beds for the night—completely defeating the purpose of our booking. They also presented an upgrade option at a discounted rate, which I declined. Frustrated but with no other choice, I accepted the room. To make matters worse, the quality of the room was shockingly subpar—nothing like what you expect in Las Vegas. Having stayed at multiple hotels in the city, I can confidently say that none were as disappointing as this one. The LINQ is rated as a four-star hotel, but the room felt more like a motel in some decent location. This experience was one of the worst I’ve had in Vegas. I would strongly recommend avoiding The LINQ if you want a reliable and comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Linq for two nights and were a bit disappointed. I will start with the positives, the location is great for anything you are looking to do on the strip. We spent a full day exploring and having a home base in the middle of the strip was perfect. We also enjoyed the promenade. Now for the cons. While the room was clean it was incredibly dark and the shower was so clogged up the bathroom floor was flooding whenever we tried to use the shower. We asked reception to have someone up but as we were only there for two days we would have taken both the showers we planned by the time someone was up the following day as we noticed it the first day and they only offered to have someone up the following day. In addition to this, the entire hotel area was extremely dark including the rooms. I tried to take a picture but my phone definitely makes it seem brighter. From our room in district one you could hear the singers on the street until past midnight. The final frustrating bit was that there was no fridge in the room and we had planned to use it. The price of the hotel would be fair if it had all the usual amenities like a nice clean shower and a fridge but both were missing so the value was really lost for us.

The staff here was excellent. The manager helped me upgrade my room when my girlfriend complained of noise. The bellhop was very helpful. And we saw the magic show, Mat Franco. And also had the “Trashcan Nachos” Guy Fieri’s. Absolutely no complaints. The room was great and comfortable. Two couches and two TVs. I should mention this was the upgrade. Oh almost forgot don’t miss Hash a Go Go!

I was extremely worried when I first read the reviews after I had booked a room but I was pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean, check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly. We requested extra towels and they were delivered right away. Amazing location! If you need a comfortable bed and a hot shower in a prime location in Vegas this is a great place. My only frustration is the queen beds were a lot smaller than real queen beds. When we called, they said they were “hotel queens” which is basically a full size bed. Despite the size, the beds were very comfortable and we slept great all 3 nights. We were there for a volleyball tournament and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
