We came here with another couple for four nights. We shared a room with two queen beds. This was perfect for us. If you are planning on actually spending time in your room you may want a different option for more space, but we just slept here and it was perfect. Our room was very clean upon arrival. They also came in and cleaned it every day. This was a nice surprise as some hotels don’t do that anymore so we weren’t expecting it. We also had to call and ask for extra towels two times and they were up to our room within 15 minutes. They do hold your luggage which was really nice. We got in early and we dropped our bags off and picked them back up when it was time to check in. This was a free service but definitely tip them. This hotel is in the perfect location. You are directly on the strip so can just walk to wherever you want on the strip. It’s also a quick uber ride away from things that are too far to walk to.

One of the best located strip hotels in Las Vegas. It was right in the middle of the strip and because it’s not so big the walking distance from your room to the the Las Vegas Boulevard strip is actually very short. Don’t let the hotel's small size fool you it's a full service deluxe hotel. It seems to have been renovated just a few year back so it does not feel old at all. The lobby, hallways and rooms look clean and while not brand new it is not old. Location is the best advantage of this hotel as it’s across the forums and a short walk to the other hotels. A bonus is that it had a small ally beside it with restaurants and other attractions so you don’t have to walk far for a quick bite and other amenities. There are a lot of of restaurants and food outlets for all budgets inside and adjacent to the hotel so food options for all budgets are available. Safety wise there are security men always patrolling the lobby so one feels very safe. Checkin was a breeze, they made a mistake with the rooms an that was corrected with dispatch and a smile. The rooms are just the right size. Carpets are not musty and feel clean on bare feet. Toilets are clean and free of molds. Towels are clean and fresh. No toilet amenities such as tooth brush and such but that's forgivable as the shampoo and bath soap smelled good anyway.

We picked the LINQ for its great location on the strip...and that part didn't disappoint...close to all the things we wanted. I truly don't know how to rate the service because other than a dealer at the Let It Ride table in the casino, I never spoke to anyone who worked there the whole three days. The rooms are dated but clean and the beds were comfortable. I recommend bringing your own toiletries like soap, body wash etc. because what they have available was not great. There was also an unpleasant odor in many of the hallways, near the elevators, etc. but no issues with that in the room.

Where do I start?? The Linq was recommended by a friend who visits LV frequently. It was expensive enough we thought it would be a nice place. It was anything but! The lights in the bathroom did not work and the front desk was so rude about it being up to us to reset the breaker. For $500 a night, I'm resetting nothing! The room was dusty, had a foul odor, the phone did not work over half of the time, and the front desk staff had a nasty attitude overall. The toilet seat had a yellow stain and the front desk assured it had been cleaned. For the prices they charge, they can afford to replace old toilet seats! The TV never did work, there were crumbs and dirt around the coffee pot. My friends and I both checked out early due to this disappointing hotel.

Stayed a the Linq for a long weekend work trip and was moderately impressed. Pros: The location, for one, is the most convenient in my opinion in terms of walkability to most of the strip. It’s got a ton of restaurants, bars, etc. right outside in the promenade and the casino does its job. The location is probably what takes it from 3 to 4 stars. A bit outdated but clean, cold, and basic rooms that do the trick for the need to sleep. District 3 was quiet and easy to access especially for a convention at the forum. Cons: Odors throughout the hotel are less than pleasant in some areas including the lobby, hallways, common spaces, etc. Shower pressure was awful, not to mention the pool of water that you had to stand in because it wouldn’t drain at all. Hallways are dark and definitely can worrisome if alone. Service from the front desk was less than helpful. I needed to speak to an actual human to get some questions answered and was constantly told to use the kiosk or to go to a different person - it was an awful check in experience for a simple answer that should have taken minutes. No true organization for check-in - nobody knew what line to stand in and if you needed to speak to someone, good luck with efficiency. Last con, the fee’s. Nickle and diming -$50 early check in drops to $25 at a certain hour even if the room is already ready. Prices of food/drink are just unreal but that’s likely just a Vegas thing across the board. Overall, would stay again for a good price, comfortable, clean room and its location but may not be my first choice if given one and process are similar across the board.
