Amazing experience,a hotel real gem that leads the hotel industry of the island of Crete! I was astonished of the organisation, the friendly demeanor of the staff,the clean shining bright outlets, restaurants and rooms ! The hotel manager Mr Antoniou and his staff is doing a spectacular job! Location: Location is on the outskirts of Rthymnon. There is a busstop nearby. If possible, prefer to travel by car for this location.
View: Located on the mountain.You have sea view from distance.
Room: Large spacious sea facing rooms.
Facilities: Since it’s a curio collection, there are several facilities- biggest spa in crete, hot sea water pool, hamam, sauna. In hotel they have 2-3 separate pools. Nice seating area with umbrella chairs. You also have lawn tennis court and mini aquaworld for kids.
Beach: They have a sister property just next to them down towards the beach. There is a private beach which is rather enclosed by stones/wall, so you don’t see the sea.
Food: 3-4 restaurants. The food tastes well.

My experience at The Royal Senses Resort Crete, Curio Collection by Hilton was truly exceptional. The level of service provided was outstanding, and the staff's response to our needs exceeded our expectations. They displayed a remarkable amount of patience, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
As a family traveling with a one-year and five-month-old baby, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had excellent facilities tailored to children and families. The care and attention that the hotel and its staff showed towards children were unlike anything we had experienced elsewhere.
Moreover, the hotel's facilities were of a very high standard, ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. This combination of outstanding service, exceptional responsiveness, family-friendly amenities, and the genuine affection shown to our children truly set The Royal Senses Resort apart. We had a wonderful and memorable stay, and we can't wait to return in the future.

The hotel is great and the experience has been terrific!
The staff has been amazing! Very specifically, Anthi was beyond amazing. She took care of everything from ensuring we had additional water in our room to arranging transportation and restaurant reservations.
The hotel was in great condition and very clean. The rooms are spacious and everything functioned as expected. While I assume all the rooms have ocean views, I’d likely request a room in the building closet to the ocean next time so we’ll have both a beach and ocean view.
All things considered, a great property and a great experience!

Before we booked this hotel we had a lot of doubts. We have been coming to Crete for a number of years and now have our own house in the south. Still, we got the itch again to go to a luxury hotel/resort for a few days to completely relax with our 8-month-old baby. We are so happy that we chose to stay for a week in this hotel where we were completely immersed in luxury.
From the moment we drove through the gate we received such a warm welcome and felt immediately at home. We were upgraded to the grand suite family room without asking. Now that's a service!
The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean and the staff is super friendly and well trained.
Our room was very nice, with a huge bed that slept wonderfully!
The food is really delicious. Normally we don't like a buffet restaurant. But here the buffet style dinner was so well organized and so delicious that we ate buffet style every evening. There was so much choice and everything was delicious! There was even a menu list for the baby, so we could indicate what she could eat and what time it could be served. Which was ideal.
The areas near the swimming pools are also very nice. Lovely thick sunbeds to lie on for hours. The swimming pools are heated which is very nice. In addition, the food served by the pool was delicious! We often had the sushi roll and it tasted very good.
We found the resort very beautiful and luxurious.
The accompanying beach was fine and certainly good enough, but there are nicer beaches on Crete. But because the heated swimming pools are so beautiful, we didn't mind this.
We have already been to several 5 star resorts/hotels in Crete, but this was really the best so far.
We will definitely come back to this wonderful Resort!
