Just landed at Bristol from 7 nights at this hotel. If your looking to play Bingo, kids club and party dance this isn't the resort for you; however, if your looking to experience a 5* relaxing holiday with authentic Greek entertainment watching the sunset, this is the place to go. The views from sunrise to sunset are good enough to snap and frame. Food is great quality, something different every meal. Shuttle bus to the beach is a must do, the beach bar is top class and even provide sun lounger service which is free to resort guests. Take the trip into the old town... its like another version of Verona, Italy... absolutely stunning, so much to do, shop, eat, drinks etc. The beach is fabulous, water sports are worth experiencing too. Jet ski hire ranges from 50-70euro, water UFO's 20 euro and a lot more. Take the Sunset cruise on the pirate ship!!! Every day offers something different if you plan it, however relaxing days at the resort, dipping in and out of the pools is worth taking too. If you don't like walking or struggle with inclines, then I wouldn't recommend, but golf buggies are available for you to be chauffeured if needed. Definitely a romantic couple / friendship holiday, I think young families would struggle with no kids club etc if that's what you look for. Highly recommend for a romantic get away or a perfect break away from every day life. Thank you to all the staff, they literally cannot do enough for you to make your stay as memorable as you want it to be.

This place is amazing but the spa is not included in your stay. In fast it’s very expensive. So it shouldn’t be called a spa resort.
Don’t book this thinking you can walk to the beach, you’ll need a car. The hotel even offers a shuttle so you know it’s far.
The rooms are amazing but they don’t know about us when we arrived in the middle of the night. So we had to spend ages with reception who then gave us a family room.
The next day during check in we were told we can stay in the family room but if someone else books it then we have to move. So we spent the whole week worried we were going to be randomly moved or downgraded.
The phone didn’t work. I had an injury on the island so needed ice a lot but we couldn’t call for it. I reported this many times and reception lied they would sort it and never ever ever did.
I did love the room we had & the pools were nice but it is very far

This is the perfect place to come and relax!
We have had an amazing time and the staff have made our stay perfect.
The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room on arrival to a room with a pool and it made our stay even more relaxing.
The staff do whatever they can to ensure your stay is the best it can be. There are services to go into the town and the beach via the hotel who arrange this so it’s easy enough to travel and get a taxi etc if you wish to go out for the day.
We would certainly come back here to have a relaxing holiday and really switch off 🇬🇷

I came here with my girls for a nice relaxing holiday. And that’s exactly what we got. The place itself is clean, the pools are lovely and the food was great. The only downside would probably be the lack of space in the room we were given and the fact that the bath was leaking. Apart from that we have had a lovely stay at this hotel, brilliant location for getting to the local town and beaches. The staff were all friendly and helpful where needed.

Rimondi Grand Resort and Spa is situated in a stunning location. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by two courteous receptionists. We paid a €70 tourist tax and a refundable €20 deposit each for towels.
Unfortunately, our room was disappointing we were in 231. It lacked lamps and natural light due to a terrace view obstructed by a brick wall. The bathroom window didn't open, making the room dark and damp. While the shower had good pressure, the bathroom floor flooded after a few minutes, forcing us to use towels to mop up the water. The bed was comfortable, but accessing the safe was inconvenient as it required a key that also powered the room's lights, necessitating the use of phone torches. The wardrobe was in poor condition, and the air conditioning remote was missing its battery cover, requiring multiple attempts to turn on.
Despite requesting a room upgrade and expressing willingness to pay, we never heard back, which was disappointing given it was our honeymoon. Although the cleaning staff did a good job, they often disregarded our scheduled times, waking us up early each morning, even on a day we didn't book cleaning.
The restaurant buffet offered hot food but limited selection for a 5-star hotel, leading us to dine out several times. However, the staff were exceptional, particularly a friendly woman in the restaurant and the diligent team clearing plates. The pool area was clean, and Yanis at the pool bar was always cheerful. The two hardworking girls by the pool were impressive, especially in the 37° heat.
We plan to return, hoping for an improved experience and a better room next time.
