Would never come back here! I never like to put bad reviews as a business owner I feel you should help businesses not bring them down. However, I feel that strongly about how bad this hotel is that it’s ruined what was supposed to be a nice holiday with my girlfriend. The food is the only positive about this hotel, that was amazing. I love Greece and would definitely recommend Crete. This hotel is pretty far out of the way, but I wasn’t even bothered about that. The staff are all pretty much rude, the reception staff in particular, and definitely not helpful at all. You have to book your room to be cleaned when ever you want it cleaning. Same if you want clean towels. The alcohol, I know it’s the kind of hotel that don’t want you smashed which is fair enough but the alcohol they do serve is either watered down or 0% So unbeknown to myself this holiday was a detox. I guess that’s a positive😂 The electric kept going off in our room and nothing was done, and when we asked for a late check despite rooms being available they said no! If you want a shower before you leave for the airport you have to book a slot which again no one told us about so when we asked about that there was no slots available. As I said I never leave bad reviews but honestly this hotel has not given me a good holiday at all so would definitely not recommend it.

We spent 10 days in September 2023 in this hotel and we highly recommend it. We were with family, with a 5-year-old girl who loved this place. The area of ​​this club is immense, surrounded by nature in a very calm and peaceful place. The park is very well maintained, like everything else. They have a very respectful approach to ecology, because you book on an application what you need in terms of service (towels, cleaning your room, etc.) The staff is pleasant, professional and discreet. On the catering side, there is obviously what is needed to satisfy a "continental" clientele, but we were also able to find tasty local recipes at each meal. Special mention to Vlada and Nancy who manage the shops and reservations at the SPA, it is rare these days to find salespeople who advise you without pushing you to consume. The SPA is magnificent and the massages are real beneficial massages, not done with the fingertips. We are going back this year for 12 days!

AVOID!!! Boring place, food awful, was poisoned. Very bland, if you’re reading the 5 stars they don’t have a clue what flavour is. Same food every single day and night. Drinks during the day like water. Alcohol available from 7 was still awful with whatever cheap spirits they use. Entertainment was awful, one act an evening from 8pm - 10pm, and none on the weekends. Room was tiny. If you’re looking to go somewhere where you’re not near a single thing and nothing to look at or do this is the place for you. Views from pools are the only decent thing about this place.

Just landed at Bristol from 7 nights at this hotel. If your looking to play Bingo, kids club and party dance this isn't the resort for you; however, if your looking to experience a 5* relaxing holiday with authentic Greek entertainment watching the sunset, this is the place to go. The views from sunrise to sunset are good enough to snap and frame. Food is great quality, something different every meal. Shuttle bus to the beach is a must do, the beach bar is top class and even provide sun lounger service which is free to resort guests. Take the trip into the old town... its like another version of Verona, Italy... absolutely stunning, so much to do, shop, eat, drinks etc. The beach is fabulous, water sports are worth experiencing too. Jet ski hire ranges from 50-70euro, water UFO's 20 euro and a lot more. Take the Sunset cruise on the pirate ship!!! Every day offers something different if you plan it, however relaxing days at the resort, dipping in and out of the pools is worth taking too. If you don't like walking or struggle with inclines, then I wouldn't recommend, but golf buggies are available for you to be chauffeured if needed. Definitely a romantic couple / friendship holiday, I think young families would struggle with no kids club etc if that's what you look for. Highly recommend for a romantic get away or a perfect break away from every day life. Thank you to all the staff, they literally cannot do enough for you to make your stay as memorable as you want it to be.

This is the perfect place to come and relax! We have had an amazing time and the staff have made our stay perfect. The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room on arrival to a room with a pool and it made our stay even more relaxing. The staff do whatever they can to ensure your stay is the best it can be. There are services to go into the town and the beach via the hotel who arrange this so it’s easy enough to travel and get a taxi etc if you wish to go out for the day. We would certainly come back here to have a relaxing holiday and really switch off 🇬🇷
