St. Nicolas Bay Resort – Extraordinary Experience! This place will forever remain one of my most cherished memories. It truly has everything you could need to enjoy a perfect vacation. From the stunning oceanfront breakfast setting to the beautifully arranged dinners, every meal felt special. Don’t miss Thursday night—complete with live music, dancing, and a vibrant atmosphere. Absolutely unforgettable! The resort offers excellent amenities, including a spa, gym, playground, and playroom for kids. There’s also direct access to a charming beach cove with crystal-clear water—an absolutely breathtaking spot. The food throughout the resort was consistently delicious, and the service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. The manager stood out in particular—warm, welcoming, and always present, greeting guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’ve traveled to many places, but that level of personal attention was truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend St. Nicolas Bay Resort—it’s a little slice of paradise

Had a 5 night stay here. The staff were amazing. Always friendly and ready to help. In particular, Rania, Maria and Nick have been great in helping making our stay as comfortable as possible. The only area for improvement is the food. Would be great if they can incorporate a more worldly palate such as more authentic Asian cuisines as well as a more varied breakfast menu.

Such an amazong place. Great Location with view over the sea. Delicious food and drinks. But most notable was the staff. Just beautiful people giving good vibes all day long. My favourite place was the gym with a trainer who has a lot of Knowledge and Motivation. I cant recommend it enough.

The hotel is brilliant and the staff were amazing - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. This was really appreciated as we were there with our 6 month old baby. The only drawbacks for the hotel are: - The swimming pool temperature is very cold! It was clear the pool wasn't used as much as you would expect and other guests we spoke to had the same opinion. It is the same temperature in the kids pool too meaning we couldn't use it at all. - The rooms facilities are fairly basic for the price you're paying. It's not a major issue, but they could just use an update to be in keeping with the luxury label it's clear the hotel are aiming maintain. However, the equipment they had available for our baby was incredibly helpful (steriliser, bath, kettle). - The price of the food is a bit wild. Breakfast and the buffet food (included on half board) were tasty and they had great options with variety throughout our stay. However, when you attend the a la carte restaurants or the beach bar at the hotel it goes a bit mad. I.e. 4 average sized vegetable spring rolls were €22, 1 roll of sushi was over €20, and on the lunch menu a burger and chips was €26! Both were lovely but did leave you feeling slightly ripped off. They offer 25% off if you're half board (excluding drinks) but I believe the point is still valid. - It isn't as walkable to the town as Trip Advisor makes out. The walk is roughly 3km and two-thirds is on the side of a semi busy road with minimal pavement. This would have been fine if it we didn't have the pram but it felt dangerous with it. Overall though, the stay was great and really relaxing. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a week chilling in the sun.
