The place is a little dated, but it's well kept and we did not have any issues while staying there. We were only there for a few days so we didn't spend time at the beach, and only ate at the buffet; the food was delicious, way above my expectations for a hotel buffet, a lot of varieties too! On my wife's birthday they brought us a bottle of Italian sparkling white wine and a cake, quite the surprise! Not that it was necessary as the buffet had everything we could need, but a nice gesture nonetheless! Entertainment at night didn't feel cheap like the resorts in the Caribbean. If it wasn't 8,000 km away from home, I would definitely return!

Lovely beach hotel in a fairly quiet (yet not remote) spot and with its own stretch of beach. Friendly staff make for a good time. Only downside was a lack of a hot vegetarian option at dinner. Omnivores however are spoilt for choice.

The Bella Beach Hotel in Crete is a charming all-inclusive resort. Our family enjoyed the stay, making use of the main pool and beautiful beach with convenient facilities. The room's private pool was a nice touch, and the staff, especially at the reception, were kind and helpful. However, the hotel feels somewhat dated and needs interior updates. Our room felt small and wasn't cleaned daily as expected. While clean, it could use a refresh, and the noisy A/C was a downside. Unfortunately, the quality of food at the main restaurant didn't meet expectations. Despite these issues, it's a good choice for families, though I hesitate to rate it as a 5-star hotel.

Stayed for 1 week August 23. 1st time visiting Greece, upon arrival we were upgraded to sea front room. A lovely spacious 1st floor room, complete with fridge, fabulous view to sea, good air-conditioning, extra touches toweling robe, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, bottle of water, tea and coffee making facilities. Food was amazing at all meals, either at main restaurant or Olive Tree restaurant, drink good, entertainment good. Couldn't fault inclusive. 5 star staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Little shop in hotel sell most things you may need at good prices. Short walk along the seafront path to other shops, bars etc. Land train excursions to Hersonissos recommended. I will be back.

Bella Beach was a beautifully, clean hotel, with such lovely helpful staff. The lady who made our drinks was so nice, the bell boy, and the restaurant man, the hotel manager was also so helpful and made us feel super special! Would come back, and encourage others to do so too!
