Absolutely fantastic. A very classy resort that takes exceptional care of its people. The servers are always happy and polite. Food which is most important to me is at 5 stars no question. Location is gorgeous. Architecture is the best of all resorts around, truly gives of the true Greece sense. I will be visiting again

Amazing stay especially for the price. Nearby anything you could want to do and amazing beach. Food isn't always warm but there's always lots and I'm not picky. I would come back

Great hotel location etc Aircon was not working during our stay so if you book make sure it works for you. Also food was average for a 5* hotel and a few dishes they couldn't keep warm or hot. No great night entertainment Would not put me off coming back

This is probably the first 2025 review where local payable tax has tripled. 150 euro per room for 10 nights. Absolutely disgraceful. Supposed to be a 5 star hotel but I've stayed in better 3 star in Spain. The majority of the staff are super friendly and helpful with the exception of the guy in the supposed wine bar with no name tag. He doesn't acknowledge guests. Sits behind the bar talking a two way phone conversation on full blast the whole time. Claimed he doesn't speak English when I tried to ascertain if this was included in all inclusive or payable. Think he only understands red white rose. No choice of wine offered at all. Just gives any rose when you ask. Not offered the cheese snack but saw him get a plate and eat it himself. He disappeared out of a locked side door then reappeared maybe smoking I have no proof of that. So how is that 5 star? The beach bar guy who is lovely doesn't know what Irish cream is. He was manning the inside bar due to bad weather. I had to tell him it's Malleys. He found it then didn't know how to serve it. Again not 5 star. The cappuccino I was given in the bar was stone cold, I took it back with my finger in to show the coldness, nothing said, a shrug of the shoulders and went in the back to dispose of it. The hot food is all cold. The chef tries to get you something to eat by heating it in a microwave. The moussaka freshly out he touched with gloved hand said it's cold. The excuse is the heat lamps haven't arrived. How will they heat up already cold food. The entertainment is makeshift in the bar not fit for it's purpose and blocks a lot of access to the bar. We had no entertainment for 3 nights. The a la carte restaurant is a makeshift restaurant in a conference room, no name on the door. No decorations except for the tables. The food although better as slightly warm wasn't brilliant and I wouldn't have it again. Apparently Greek people don't eat cold food yet they serve it in the restaurant. The snack bar is ok, actually better than the restaurant. Less choice but some actually edible. They were supposed to be putting a microwave out in the main restaurant. That hasn't appeared. The weather isn't good, not their fault but the whole place is unheated and freezing. I've seen someone vaping inside. The room is ok with plenty toiletries and dressing gowns. Won't be returning not when Spain can offer better without a steep tax. And I've had tastier hotter food cooked in the jungle in Borneo. 10 holidays a year we have, out of 4 so far this has been the worst this year.

Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, we felt very comfortable in it. We were given a room on the left and not far from the main building. We were accommodated on the first floor and so we did not have a pool, but in this case we came to the sea. There were fewer sun loungers by the beach and that was the reason why we lay by the pool. We experienced days when the wind blew more and so it was not possible to swim in the sea. We were accommodated in mid-September 2024. We did not have any problems, as some guests report. The food was plentiful and varied. Every evening was themed. We really enjoyed it there. We also recommend the ala carte restaurant. I do not say that we will ever return there, but we liked it.
