We had a wonderful stay here! It was a special trip for us and when the staff found out, we were upgraded to an amazing suite, with our own patio overlooking the sea, a huge bathtub and a lot of space. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable! The location is beautiful, right at the beach. The food was very nice. Special thanks to Denis for making this trip extra special with his thoughtfulness and eye for detail!

Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying on the palm, as well as the beach and pool. The beach is very nice and pool is a nice temperature perfect for cooling off in the sun

Gorgeous hotel nicely located by the palm.
It is really nice without being too fancy. A great choice of restaurant and a nice service overall.
The only caveat I have is regarding the half board service: there's a menu included for all the restaurants, which is decent. However is you want a la carte food you get instead a credit which represents only £25 per head, way less than the value of the menu...
Also charging £9 for a bottle of water is a stretch.
Otherwise I will gladly come back.

I went to the spa for the second time for a massage with Meryl - she remembered what problem areas I had last time and she was very attentive and kind to me. She also gave me the best massages I’ve ever had. I can recommend deep tissue if you have some problem areas and the oriental if you just want to relax. All the staff is so kind and friendly - a special mention to Cecili in the changing rooms for being kind and asking me if I enjoyed my experience :-) I will be back for a third time and probably more times again.

Overall a great weekend at the resort. Feels proper 5-star. Cleanliness top notch, and customer facing staff all at the top of their game. No issue or question was ever a problem. The only complaint my family and I would have would be in terms of drinks pricing, which we found extortionate.
