It was wonderful stay for us.The staff so helpful,friendly and welcoming . The food was amazing!Especially Murad’s poached eggs. Rooms very spacious,bed very comfortable but the view from the window it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. No balcony also .Cleanliness in the room needs improvement. To far from downtown and the beach.There was a hotel’s bus taking us to the beach. As I came with 5years old child,for her was a bit boring as there was no water slides or entertainment team in the evening.There is a kids club only and you can leave the child up to 2 hours.As we came here to explore the city so we didn’t stay too much in the hotel,so it wasn’t very big issue. In general I was very impressed by hotel’s staff friendliness,helpfulness and politeness

Amazing experience, I stayed with my whole family, the rooms were spacious and bed so comfortable. The staff were amazing and food was okay- the children’s service was lovely we had a wonderful teacher on site for the kids, playing!!! The hotel has a very traditional feel and also modern too. The hotel is very beautiful and we really enjoyed it, would love to go back! Location is great always have taxi services and there a beautiful mall opposite.

Absolutely loved this hotel that we’ve come back again for the second time. They’ve looked after our family very well. Food buffet was absolutely delicious. Chefs were amazing. Every single dish was made to perfection. The hotel staff are so so sweet they look after like a baby. Hotel is absolutely clean and smells amazing. Reception is very helpful. Housekeeping leaves your room speaking clean. I would love to keep coming back to this hotel as it feels like home.

I love the poached egg. It's amazing. Specially the presentation and the delicious sauce. Mouarad served me vegetarian as per my requirement very easily. Gary was very kind and polite. He treated us homely by asking our requirements of what we need. Anil served us everyday hot delicious dosa as quickly as he can. Overall amazing dining experience. All the staff is polite and helpful. Quick service. I would recommend to others to visit this hotel as specially with families. Thank you

I absolutely love this place for its exceptional service, especially thanks to Pauline at the reception, she was so kind, and Murod for consistently making the most delicious eggs Benedict every morning. So tasty! I really like that this hotel has a shuttle service to Kite Beach, and then there's a fairly large Mall across the street. High recommended! The only minor disadvantage for me is that there is no tea at lunches and dinners. But everything else was great!
