I would really recommend this hotel for family stay. We have been there 3 times already and coming back this year too. Would definitely recommend kids club in the hotel and Delia who works there our daughter loves it and every time we are going to stay in Dubai she asks us to go back to the hotel because of kids club. They have wonderful activities for kids and this summer we’re going back to the hotel again. Service, rooms and staff are exceptional. Highly recommended!!!!

I have been coming to this hotel many times, and every visit has been wonderful. I would like to especially commend Delia from the kids' club. The children absolutely adored her, and every morning she would braid my daughter's hair beautifully. Her warmth and care made a huge difference in our stay. Additionally, I would like to thank Mr. Rizwan for all his efforts and extensive knowledge about Dubai. His useful tips and suggestions on things to do in the city were invaluable and greatly enhanced our experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We recently stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate in Dubai, and I can't express how delighted we were with the Oaks Kids Club. The nanny named Dehlia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our daughter felt right at home. Activities were fantastic, catering to various interests. Our little one particularly enjoyed the arts and crafts sessions and the interactive games, which kept her engaged and entertained. The play areas were clean, safe, and well-supervised, giving us peace of mind while we enjoyed some adult time. What truly stood out was the Dehlia's genuine care and enthusiasm. She took the time to get to know each child and made sure everyone felt included and special. Our daughter left with lots of crafts and wonderful memories, often talking about their fun experiences. Thank you, Dehlia, for making our family vacation extra special. We highly recommend the Oaks Kids Club to any family visiting Dubai – it's a wonderful place where kids can have fun and parents can relax knowing their little ones are in great hands.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and made us feel so comfortable especially Elsa, Gari, Dona and Abdullai so hard working and dedicated to make us feel happy. And the chamber maids made sure our rooms were spotless everyday.

We booked a standard room for an overnight stay during the weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable. We requested a nice view but all we could see was the parking space. Ibn Battuta Mall was across the street, and the metro was in walking distance. Thanks to the guy at the reception and valet parking team.
