Comfortable room (2127). Our room was serviced attentively and perfectly by “Bikaash” - Thank you. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the thoughtful service I received from a young waiter named “Borhan” truly elevated the experience. He checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated. “Borhan” made our morning feel special and set a positive tone for the day. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The one aspect I was disappointed with was the lack of variety of food served in the lounge during the day.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. The location is excellent—connected directly to the Mall of the Emirates, which made things incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The rooftop pools are on the smaller side, but they were perfect for our young children and offered stunning views of the city skyline. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a great variety of options and everything fresh and well-prepared. The service overall was exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Borhan, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed—his attentiveness truly stood out. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and great service.

We stayed here for 3 weeks on a business trip and it was the perfect base to be in Dubai. The location attached to Mall of the Emirates was incredibly convenient, as the mall is open long hours with everything you need at your fingertips. Our highlight of the stay was the service at the breakfast buffet. Our server Borhan greeted us with a smile every morning, remembering our coffee order and always going out of his way to make sure our family was looked after. Every morning we would look for a seat in his section because the service was truly that great. The rooms are immaculate and housekeeping top tier, we never went without a perfect service. I cannot recommend this property enough for a comfortable stay in Dubai, even if you are staying for a longer period like we were. We'll be back!
