We had a wonderful stay! Special thanks to Ms. Nwet, who cleaned our room — she was incredibly kind, professional, and did an excellent job. Also, heartfelt thanks to Ms. Audi at the reception for her kindness and for offering us a better room upon arrival — we really appreciated it. The Turkish restaurant served delicious and high-quality food, and the breakfast buffet had great variety and taste. Our room was very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had great access to the mall and metro, which made everything convenient. We’re very likely to stay here again!

Spent a long weekend chilaxing in Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai and the overall trip was very satisfing. In house dining was very convenient and the food tastes really good. Breakfast was served in the Bésh Restaurant which has indoor dining as well as a terrace which is more relaxing. Service is impeccable and the staff are really friendly. Especially I would like to thank Chef Chanaka, not because he is nice and knowledgeable, but also fir his ability to go over and above to ensure that the guest is fully satisfied. I also have to remind the exemplary service of Jahirul, who took care of us during our dining experience in the hotel. I was staying in a room with a nice view and the facilities are good with free wifi, complementary water and toiletries, except I wish they would had a set of cutlery inside the room. You could also get direct access to the Mall of the Emirates where you could entertain yourself for shopping, dining or for a latest movie experience. Hotel provides vallet parking as well as private parking for the guests to park their own or rented vehicle. Overall nice and convenient place, satisfied with the facilities and service and good value for money.

I had such a lovely stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Amr at the reception for the kind and friendly welcome - it really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the calming colors and the soft lighting. The view from the window was stunning, with a glimpse of the city and the sea in the distance. The bathroom was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, with excellent lighting and a refreshing rain shower. I also appreciated the quality toiletries from Gilchrist & Soame, small details that make a big difference. Breakfast was a real treat. There was something for everyone, from fresh pastries and traditional Middle Eastern options to healthy plates like avocado and eggs. Personally, the eggs and falafel were my favorites was the omelets were fluffy and full of flavor, and the falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The room also had everything I needed: a comfy workspace, a coffee station, and direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, which made everything super convenient, whether for shopping, dining, or catching a movie. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The atmosphere, the service, and the small thoughtful touches made it special. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Loved absolutely everything about our stay! The rooms are clean and spacious, all common areas are super clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Super handy the valet service. Location is perfect, with direct access to the mall where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Great breakfast which I absolutely recommend (not worth going to the mall for breakfast as the hotel selection is much better).

No complaints whatsoever!! The hotel is clean, smalls amazing. Staff is always smiling and willing to help. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast every morning had a huge variety of food. It is conveniently located next to the mall. Would definitely stay here again!
