The hotel's housekeeping team was truly amazing, ensuring that the rooms were spotless and impeccably maintained. The rooms themselves were not only clean but also incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a well-stocked bar in the room, offering a variety of refreshing beverages.
The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It offered a wide selection of delicious food options from around the world, catering to every palate. We had the most amazing stay at the Shangri-La Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to everything. The hotel is of the highest quality and offers just about everything. World-class restaurants, a wonderful pool area, good gym, nice spa, etc. You won't miss anything. We chose the Horizon Club Premier room which was absolutely top class, spacious and well equipped. The icing on the cake was the exclusive Horizon Club privileges that were beyond words. The selection was generous and of the highest quality with the most friendly and service minded staff. Especially the amazing Keith and Nur made our stay the best imaginable. Their kindness and care of us are unforgettable. Overall, the service at Shangri-La Dubai is world class and absolutely flawless and we will definitely be back soon. Shangri-La Dubai is the hotel to stay in when you visit Dubai, here you get everything and more.

We were traveling as a family and loved every minute that we stayed here back in November 2023. I know, I am super late, and I apologize to the Shangri La staff for the same.
The staff was amazing and very considerate of our kids' jet lag and extended the check out time. I will forever be grateful for the staff member who helped us at the time of check out.
The hotel itself is quite good. Their breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. It had a good mix of local delights and international fare.

We stayed here with my 2 kids for 7 nights . It’s really great hotel for the money you pay . Stuff was really friendly and welcoming. Also very good with our kids . Check in was fast and easy . Rooms are okay . Very comfortable bed and pillows ( which is so important to me )
They have free vallet parking which is really nice .
Also they extended our check out until 4 pm free if charge .
