Lovely Property and Amazing Staff. The Shangri La Dubai is in an excellent and central location. Rooms are up to the highest 5 Star standards. Very modern and well equipped with everything one could desire. The staff make this hotel even better. I found everyone to be genuinely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make my experience extra special. Very well done! I will certainly come back in the near future.

Excellent hotel ! Excellent service ! Very nice hotel, with large rooms, Plenty of Amenities, very comfortable. Staff is doing the best to please you. Very motivated to help guests, very Alert. Upon arrival I had already hotel employee To help me from the Taxi, and take my suitcases. Reception is very professional, very understanding, Helping you all around until you reach your room. Me & my wife got A high floor, with view of Bourj khalifa in front of our hotel window. Thruout the day, we got much help, With finding an address, getting a taxi immediately. This hotel giving free shuttle to/from DUBAI mall. Almost every hour. Which make it possible to get all your needs at the mall. Air-conditioning is excellent in this hotel. Plus many TV channels to choose from. Including known English speaking News channels. Prices are reasonable, and you get full value for your money. I give this hotel 5 stars. I recommend this hotel. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Farah, the Sales Manager, for her outstanding assistance. The staff at the reception and the lounge were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. The food was exquisite, offering a delightful variety of flavors. My suite was immaculate, well-arranged, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The overall ambiance and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Travelling for business, we had an excellent stay at the Shanghai-La. The service was truly impeccable - friendly, attentive, efficient and generous. Having only stayed 4 nights, it was amazing to notice how the staff knew us by name and room number. We especially liked Mohamed who greeted us on the door (red carpet) every time with a big smile and energetic attitude. Thanks for helping me with my Deliveroo order! Whilst some of the facilities could do with a little upgrade (pool etc), we couldn’t fault the hotel, food, and its service. Would definitely stay again.
