Had a great time at the resort with my family. Decent food, rooms, amenities that serve both adults and kids. The gym was clean and a big shoutout to Francisco for hosting the Functional Training class, one of my best ones. Had a minor incident involving my child which was no fault of the resort. The Manager on Duty Ivannia Alcazar sprung into action and under 90 mins, we received medical support at the resort around midnight. It just showed Sensira's commitment and values towards the guests. Kids and adventure club was fantastic as they have well structured programs running throughout the day with high safety standards. Thank you to the entire staff for making it such a memorable experience.

This resort has the worst beach! The water was muddy and dirty and impossible to swim. Unfortunately it is located in the worst part of Cancun. Pools were very cold! Pool service very slow and on multiple occasions our server completely forgot our order. The resort is very small but well equipped for strollers and wheelchairs. Buffett food was fresh but very limited and same every single day. Restaurants however are amazing and most do not require reservations. Rooms are big and spacious. It's good for kids but not great! Kids club was located in a very dark room and seemed dirty. Overall I would give this resort 3 stars. If you like to swim and hang out at the beach I say stay away.

we stayed at Sensira for 18 days and had a great time... from the Reception with Ivan and Sandy, the Bellboys Emilio, Diego and Antonio, to the Poolbar with Zury, everything was fantastic and everyone was kind and professional. Then Alvaro and Erwin really made us feel good.... An excellent place but needs some changes in the different restaurants within the Resort. The coffee guys absolutely needs to be improved. They told us several times... mi casa es tu casa... it really was like that!! Sensira in our hearts

This resort is for kids! - Location is good, 25 mins from the aerosport, not in the main Cancun strip. Unpaved and unkept road to access hotel. - Food, very repetitive options, especially for dinner at the main buffet. Great omelettes by Dominico and Guadalupe. Service from Hesver and Diego. Pool side restaurant food is fantastic. Italian and steak restaurant are great with notable wait staff "Javier" and "Ana". Restaurant manager Freddi is very serviable and respectful of guests. The Mexican restaurant is strange as in Mexico you expect to have the most authentic food but no one from my group enjoyed it. Also, wish I didn't have to look at the menus on my phone. - Bar - drinks are fantastic and all staff is excellent, they even have a kids drink menu. - Rooms, are great and spacious. I did hear of some guest with humidity or water issues but they where moved to a new room. - Pools are cold and have a rough texture, can hurt skin of feet and knees. Also, please put a swim diaper on your child if not potty trained. Pools had to close because of accidents. - Beach is horrible, muddy and full of red seaweed. Water was warmer than the pools. - Entertainment team is ok, honorable mentions to Samy and Luis who are great with all guests. - Nightly shows are ok, Michael Jackson, Stars and Disney show are the best ones. - Tea house is fantastic. - Kids activities are all great - like I said this is a kids resort. - They are definitely investing in the resort appearance as continuous repairs can be seen. It could be from all the rain they had but there were definitely areas where you could smell methane/sewage. Concierge service is very friendly "Laura". Alvaro from guest relations is great. Wifi internet service is fast and fantastic.

Our Family had a most excellent experience at Sensira. We were especially lucky to stay during Dia de los Muertos which made it an extraordinary time for us. The passion and talent of the entire dance team Iris, Alexa, Claudia, Abi, Karla, Nestor, David, José was a beautiful representation of Mexican culture. Samantha and Eliza did a great job entertaining and performing tirelessly everyday during our stay with excitement and enthusiasm. Samuel and Alex were our attentive servers by the pool and on the beach, hustling food and drinks for us every day. They had an excellent attitude and worked very hard waiting on large demanding crowds of guests. The pool bartenders were unbelievable and never stopped making drinks. Our most excellent server Alexander, helped to provide both of our favorite dining experiences at Tentazione. Our 4 kids got to do almost everything including the adventure club, theater shows, movies, trampoline park, pool, video games, ping pong, karaoke, zip-line, beach, pools, and water slides. There was also mini golf, basketball, and tennis. The quality of our trip far surpassed the cost of our stay and all of the staff did their best to accommodate at all times. I am not a fan of restaurant menus on cell phones during dinner. I would have preferred a hard copy. Otherwise, Thank you for an amazing time. We would like to return again during this same time next year.
