This resort was absolutely perfect for our family of six (two adults and four kids ages 11 to 3½). The pools are fantastic—yes, a bit cool, but honestly refreshing. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms were beautiful, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The resort itself is spacious without feeling overwhelming, so getting from place to place was easy. This is the fourth resort my husband and I have stayed at in the Cancún area, and it is by far the most family-friendly. There is so much for kids to do: a zip line, trampoline area, kids’ drop-off programs for children up to 12 (the women working there were amazing—I hadn’t planned on using it, but my sons begged to go back), kid-friendly water slides, and a theater/game area. Truly an amazing experience. We all can’t wait to come back!

Had a great time at the resort with my family. Decent food, rooms, amenities that serve both adults and kids. The gym was clean and a big shoutout to Francisco for hosting the Functional Training class, one of my best ones. Had a minor incident involving my child which was no fault of the resort. The Manager on Duty Ivannia Alcazar sprung into action and under 90 mins, we received medical support at the resort around midnight. It just showed Sensira's commitment and values towards the guests. Kids and adventure club was fantastic as they have well structured programs running throughout the day with high safety standards. Thank you to the entire staff for making it such a memorable experience.

Overall was a great time, had the whole family there and totally enjoyed it. Staff was great! Sandy at the front desk was super helpful and polite. Thank you for your help. Amber lounge staff made great drinks and help coordinated meals to the room. Staff at the buffet were super nice and very helpful with every request. Events every evening were fun for kids and all. 7/10. Good food and nice layout of hotel. Good service. Only four years old but already showing some age with stains on walls and pools do not seem to be cleaned often. The kids club was very dirty!!! and they only clean once a week. Same garbage on the floor all week but staff doesn’t seem to mind when I asked. Overall hotel Could use more attention to detail and have staff more proactive with tidying up and pickup up litter on beach or at hotel. Nice and swimable beach! which is not common for most parts of cancun.

we stayed at Sensira for 18 days and had a great time... from the Reception with Ivan and Sandy, the Bellboys Emilio, Diego and Antonio, to the Poolbar with Zury, everything was fantastic and everyone was kind and professional. Then Alvaro and Erwin really made us feel good.... An excellent place but needs some changes in the different restaurants within the Resort. The coffee guys absolutely needs to be improved. They told us several times... mi casa es tu casa... it really was like that!! Sensira in our hearts
