The staff was good. Housekeeping was lacking. We'd asked for more than two face clothes several times before we received them. They finally left several after a few days. They wouldn't always restock the small bottle of body wash so I'd advise to bring your own or soap, which we always do on vacations anyway for purposes like this. The attendant who is supposed to keep the mini fridge stocked was also not great. The called the room once and stocked the room once, even after asking the concierge. We also noticed someone was taking from the mini fridge. There was some wear of the room. The tops of the 4 poster bed had screws sticking out at the top missing pieces. The frosted glass table tops had wrings where it hadn't been wiped. The fitted sheet was on the incorrect side and stayed that way, which means they never changed the sheets. The pillow case had something red on it that really shouldn't have been missed and put on. The food was hit or miss and always lukewarm except the first night, we'd had wings that were good but the the next time my husband had them, he said they were just okay. If food says lobster/crab it should be and not imitation. The favorite for us was the ice cream spot. It was always good. Some may think these things can, should be overlooked, however, if it's a paid service then these things should be expected to be executed. The itinerary is only provided various screens or you have to ask to see them and take pictures or copies. There should be a daily version or even online version. The itinerary can also change. Overall, decent but can definitly better.

Sandals was everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like paradise was made just for us. The staff spoiled us with warmth and care, and every detail of the resort screamed romance. Waking up to ocean views, enjoying candlelit dinners, and walking hand-in-hand along the beach at sunset—it honestly felt like a dream. The food was delicious every single day, and the drinks never stopped flowing. We laughed, relaxed, and just enjoyed being in our little bubble with no stress, no worries—just love and peace. Our room felt like a sanctuary, perfect for cuddling up and enjoying quiet moments together. This trip reminded me that sometimes the best gift you can give each other is time in a beautiful place. Sandals made that possible, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing honeymoon in Barbados! Sandals made everything so easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. Our butlers Shenice, Denise, and Nicola were incredible—so kind, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The resort was also beautiful. We are so sad to leave. Our driver to the airport, Roger, was especially entertaining and made the ride so enjoyable. Overall, it was truly the best time, and we absolutely cannot wait to go back!

This was our fifth Sandals visit (we've previously been to Jamaica-Negril twice/Royal Caribbean and Curacao. We've also visited Beaches Negril and Montego Bay). We had an ok experience-not the best. I'll start with the not so good stuff. Based on our previous experience, the service wasn't up to par compared to what we've experienced at other Sandals locations. We decided to fly down a day early and stay in town and then head over to the resort around 9:30am the next morning and they seemed annoyed that we were there so early. Also, just walking around the resort, many of the employees didn't seem as friendly and welcoming as we've experienced at other locations. We chose this location to do our vow renewal - the set up process from our coordinator, Jamisha, was gret, but unfortunately, we were told we would receive a honeymoon breakfast the next morning. We waited 20 minutes after it was suppose to arrive. Our phone in the room did not work, so I had to walk to the Wedding Lounge to let them know. The perosn who assisted me did not seem apologetic about the situation at all. She just simply said they're making it now and it would be in the room shortly. We waited another 30 minutes, but by this time the breakfast buffets on both the Barbados and Royal Barbados side were closed. Luckily, a restaurant near us was open until 11am, so we decided to head there so we could eat. When we got back to the room, our food was there but we don't know when it was delivered. We did mention this to guest services, and asked that we receive a couple more photos as part of the wedding package. Julian accomodated our request and we were able to get some additional photos added at no charge. During our wedding dinner, they did have my name mispelled on the placecard - not a huge deal, but kind of sucks. We also noticed that if they didn't have your drink at the bar (e.g., the vodka you requested or mixer) they would sub it without asking or tell you they're out when there's another bar just a few feet away. I found myself getting up to go to another bar to get drinks because staff were not willing to. Lastly, the activities schedule was inconsistent. We love the entertainment but when we would go to the location, either there was nothing happening or it had been moved with no notice. Now for the good...thank goodness for Ranita, one of the bartenders at the Sandals Barbados main pool. She was AMAZING! She took such great care of our group. She was personable, fun, and always said hello to us by name! Also, Fiona in the photo service (Epix) was great. She helped us get our photos session set up and was there when we reviewed our photos. Thanks to the Playmakers for the engaging games they did in the pool. Shoutout to DJ Dash - great music all day long in the infinity pool. Also, thanks to Jamisha and Julian for all their help. Also, the "stay at one, play at two" resorts is great. It's basically one big property! I did enjoy the food and the properties are great. One wish - more karaoke! It was only one night during the week. It seemed like a hit and brought folks together. We love Sandals and are loyal to the brand. This trip did not soil our views on Sandals. We've booked our next trip for 2026 and are headed back to Jamaica.

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Sandals Barbados. I booked the candle light dinner on the beach. The only negative part was my wife’s prime rib was not cooked to her satisfaction. The butler had 3 tables he had to take care of that night, so it wasn’t his fault. He did offer to send it back, but we had already waited a while and didn’t want to wait any longer. Overall, we had an amazing time and we enjoyed it immensely!
