Absolutely terrible! I went there this summer with some family members. I had been there two years ago, in 2023 and had such a better experience then. This time the staff were incredibly rude, abrasive and dismissive. I had paid for 5 days to get a round trip pick up from the airport, however the day of our arrival nobody came to pick us up even though I had sent them our flight info etc. I called the hotel, the staff were so dismissive and rude and instead of apologizing, told us to get a taxi and they would reimburse us which they did. From there everything went down hill. The food was absolutely terrible. The seafood buffet had the cheapest quality food served and wouldn’t even give that food to my dogs. The service staff were surly and unkind. The drinks were also cheap. The drinks that used to be replaced daily in the hotel rooms had been exchanged for a same bottle replenishing device. The whole experience was just extremely disappointing. To pay that much for such poor service was unacceptable.

The front desk attendant attempted to contact housekeeping but received no response. While the hotel itself was visually appealing and offered a pleasant pool area, the service fell far short of expectations. The pool was attractive, but it required daily cleaning, which we often had to request. Beverage service at the pool was notably poor—orders were taken with visible reluctance, service was slow, and at least one staff member displayed unprofessional behavior, including eye-rolling. Given the rate paid, the value was not reflected in the service provided. Many staff appeared disengaged and unmotivated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property, as my overall enjoyment in Barbados was due solely to the company I traveled with, not the hospitality experience.

I visited the restaurant and we were greeted warmly, we were escorted to our seats, the staff were all interactive and they answered all of our queries. Even when we didn't ask for assistance, assistance was given. Chef's kiss to the whole experience. May I add, the food and beverages were good and the ambiance was top tier 👌🏾

Second week, stayed at this hotel. First thing to note above all, every member of staff makes this hotel exceptional. The previous ridiculous comments about evening turn downs of beds and check in delays is just a load of noise from typical negative key board warriors. Rooms are really good with food and friendliness a credit to the country and the hotel. We were party of 5 and we all had the best time. Drinks all good premium and will definitely return. Thanks 02 and pass our thanks to all the staff we didn't manage to thank

Just came back from a lovely week at O2. We stayed in the Sunrise building where we had a gorgeous ocean view and a beautiful large balcony with comfy furniture. The staff at the hotel are incredible, so accommodating and so friendly. The food is good. We loved dining at Oro and went there twice. We also were happy with the options at Elements. The one meal we didn’t love was at Brisa, but it’s all inclusive, so you can go have another dinner! I really enjoyed the Oasis bar where I got iced coffees and banana milkshakes. The swim up bars were fun too. The beach was beautiful but the water is a bit rocky, so I wish I had brought water shoes. The resort is a short walk from nightlife in St Lawrence Gap. We had a great time and hope to return.
