A great week's stay in the sun. Lovely room poolside and service impeccable. Loads of food options and all fresh. Many beds poolside and staff were attentive in making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Lobby bar excellent service and staff brilliant. Reception staff knowledgeable and professional. Amir on our pool bar was exceptional. We never wanted for anything when he was on duty. All in all a very good weeks break in the sun. Just what we wanted.

I had a good stay at Moderna Hotel. The hotel overall was comfortable, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was the animation team; they were engaging, friendly, and did a great job keeping guests entertained. Reuben, in particular, stood out with his high energy and enthusiasm, which added a lot of fun to the activities and events. His positive vibe made the experience more lively and memorable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the strong animation team made a clear difference. I would recommend Moderna Hotel, especially for guests who enjoy an active and entertaining environment.

This place is not 5 star. Possibly 10-15/years ago after It was built but this place definitely needs a refurb. Originally booked for 11 nights but after turning up and seeing the state of our room with battered dirty furniture, we arranged to move rooms. Second room was marginally better but still had a broken shower which was barely fixed to the wal and leaky tiled floor. After seeing the communal dirty toilets and the general run down feel to the place with average food at best we spoke to management and left after 4 days. I was promised a refund for the 7 days that we didnt stay would be refunded into our account after 7 days of exit. 8 days in and still no money in my account. Emailed customer service and no reply. Called and had phone put down! Egypt to us seemed generally run down. 5 star even at our second hotel was 4 star at best. Looks like now ive got to get my credit card company involved to get our money back now. All for what should of been an amazing holiday after spending thousands. Service was very good at the time but Would not come back. Full of lies now

My stay at Moderna Albatross was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole hotel was clean, welcoming, and really well organised, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the holiday. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere around the hotel was always lively but still relaxing. A huge highlight was the animation team, especially Reuben, who brought so much energy and enthusiasm every single day. His high energy, positivity, and engagement really made the activities fun and memorable, and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed making guests have a great time. Overall, Moderna Albatross was a brilliant place to stay, with an amazing team and a great vibe throughout the entire hotel. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return again.

We had a fantastic stay at Albatross Medina, Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere from morning to night. What truly made the experience special, though, was the animation team — they were lively, engaging, and genuinely impactful in creating a fun and welcoming vibe throughout the stay. A huge shoutout to TT and Reuben, who were absolute superstars. Their energy, enthusiasm, and ability to get everyone involved made every activity memorable and enjoyable. They really went above and beyond and are a massive credit to the hotel. Overall, a great stay with amazing entertainment — highly recommended, and we’d happily return!
