Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel facilities are huge and so well-maintained, which was ideal for our family. The variety of pools meant there was something for everyone, from the kids' splash area, to the quieter adult pools. The entertainment team was amazing, providing fantastic, engaging activities for the children all day long. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our family's needs. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ahmet from the reservation department. He welcomed us with a warm smile and did his best to make sure we got to our room quickly. The service, room cleanliness, and hotel location were truly perfect. All the staff were very polite and always smiling. Would I come back again? Definitely yes! 🌟 I only have one small suggestion: it would be wonderful if more Turkish dishes were included on the menu to suit the taste of Turkish guests. That would make everything absolutely flawless.

We stayed at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort — everything was just perfect! 🌴 The hotel is beautiful, the territory is well maintained, and the cleanliness is on the highest level. The staff are polite and always ready to help. The food is varied and delicious — everyone can find something to their taste. A special thanks to the animation team — you guys are amazing! 🎉

Overall my family and I had a fab time at this hotel after initial hiccup. The grounds are well maintained and kept clean. Toilets around the pools are cleaned frequently which is very much appreciated I found the food to be very good if not quite repetitive for some. The new Columbus cafe is a great upgrade offering bakeries which my kids loved. Kids play ground and kids club are great additions. Pleasant experience at the beach. The following IMHO needs to be improved to enhance the guest experience. The room we were given at check in first of all was not what we wanted or thought we were paying for. We booked a family room with garden /pool view instead we got a upper floor room facing the side wall of the hotel next door. To add to the woes the fan was not working! it was late but unbearable for the kids so after contacting reception the engineer did come swiftly and fix this identifying the filter was dirty but you would expect this to be checked beforehand. The following morning initially reception were very unhelpful telling me the small land of grass that was facing the neighbouring hotel wall was considered garden view when I questioned this is not the room we had paid a small fortune for! Luckily after a 2nd visit later that day we were dealt with by Sayed who was totally understanding and offered us an upgrade which we were satisfied with. Some of the sun loungers are very poor and could cause serious injury soon. They desperately need upgrading/ inspecting. Myself, wife and another guest i personally witnessed fell off them as they are weak and prone to collapsing. Luckily we got away with injury but tomorrow someone will get badly hurt. WIFI is poor in some of the pool areas which should be standard if claiming to be a 5* hotel. We observed tables for 4 people only having 2 sets of cutlery?? When I approached a member of staff who make the tables if i can take a couple of spoons from them why do they need to walk me round the other side of the restaurant to my table to then give me it??? Adults can't use the slides other than the aqua park which is a shame. Special mention to most of the staff who are generally friendly.

The resort is smaller than many of the other 5 stars hotels, has fewer pools however the kids aqua is very nice. Its a great option for families with kids but not at all for adults or couples. The rooms are old and broken items might be found however they are good overall. Food is good and has many options but repeated every day. The snacks on the pool and the beach is very very limited not comparable to other 5 stars resorts. The activities are so good including the aqua gym and the night kids disco, but the shows are boring, very boring. The staff lack good hospitality and customer service ethics, they rarely smile, some of them made fun of the guests. Thats definitely not a 5 stars level. The most terrible part is that people steal stuff and Im not sure if they have recorded cams, Our pool towel has been taken from the seat and our room chairs have been taken away in the middle of the day! I won’t feel safe leaving anything in the room. Overall the experience equals 4 stars and doesnt worth the money paid, web have tried sunrise group, Jaz and charmillion, way better, thiz resort reminds me with another one called seabeach which is 4 stars but much more better night shows and animation ove there.
