The staff really made our stay very comfortable. I'm disabled and had a relapse a week into the holiday (lost feeling in my leg). The lifeguards/pool staff helped my partner get me in/out of the pool anytime I wanted to cool off. They also put out fresh towels several times a day on our chosen beds and made sure I was very comfortable. I can't thank them enough!! Our waiters were equally great, having our table/coffees/drinks waiting for us as soon as we entered. Overall our stay was fantastic.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating from the reception team and bar staff to the chefs and housekeeping. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. You can really see the attention to detail, from the entrance all the way down to the beach. Every area, including the rooms, dining spaces, pools, and other facilities, was immaculate and well cared for. Our experience was made so pleasant by the warm hospitality and high standards across the board. We truly felt looked after, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

I recently stayed at pickalbatros and had one of the best vacation experiences ever! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the pool and ocean. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the entertainment team — especially Matrix. He brought such energy, humor, and charisma to every activity. Whether it was morning aqua aerobics, afternoon beach volleyball, or evening shows, Matrix had everyone engaged and laughing. His talent and dedication made every day feel like a celebration, and he took the time to make every guest feel included.

Last June, I traveled with my wife and three kids to Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort - Sharm El Sheikh for a 4-night stay, and it was truly an amazing experience! The resort offered everything we needed for a perfect family holiday — beautiful pools, excellent food, a stunning beach, and incredibly friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The kids had a blast, and we found it to be a wonderful balance of relaxation and fun. We were so impressed with the quality and atmosphere that we’ve already planned another 4-night stay at the same hotel in mid-June 2025. We can’t wait to return and relive the great memories we made last year. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway in Sharm El Sheikh!

Our stay was what we needed and wanted. It was very busy (Easter Holiday) so as expected. The hotel was perfectly clean, staff were great, pools were amazing. Our daughter loved the children pools - all of them. We had really good time. The only thing I would maybe recommend to put more staff behind the bars in busy times. And bathrooms in hotel room - especially shower heads need replacing. Other that that it was great
