Located on the end of Naqb Bay. The hotel is an excellent pick for families. many swimming pools. aqua park and activities. The hotel staff are all very helpful and always have a smile. Lifeguards are situated near all water facilities and it feels very safe for children. highly recommend this hotel for families. They reception are very accommodating. They helped when we had a delay in our flight. excellent customers service.

Just returned from a fantastic 11 night stay and it was amazing!!!!! The place is kept spotless by the hardworking staff, and they cannot do enough to make your stay as special as possible. Food was plentiful and delicious, and a very good selection of fresh hot and cold to suit all tastes. A special mention for Sabry who gave us a perfectly positioned room close to the pool, beds, bar and amenities. Thank you to everyone for making our stay a trip to remember. We will be back :-))

I stayed at Albatros Moderna Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the entire resort was well-maintained with plenty of activities for all ages. Today is our last day here, and we’re leaving with beautiful memories. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely brilliant place. The rooms are cleaned every day, the pool area is cleaned and the filters changed several times a day. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Food is lovely and a good variety. Been to Turkey a few times and there's usually flies all in the restaurants, but no flies here! We used the gym each day and it has enough equipment to have a decent workout. Usually quiet around 5pm when we went, not sure about other times. The hotel has a beach and a pier where you can use lifejackets and go snorkeling. Definitely worth doing so pack your snorkels! Sports bar is great with two pool tables, just don't expect a serious pool match because the tables aren't the best condition. Several swimming pools with a separate water park area. Another two pools have smaller slides for the kids, which are brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds, no 8am rush to reserve. I'd definitely return, it's amazing.

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever experienced — and much of that is thanks to the incredible Assistant General Manager, Mr. Saber. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be nothing short of perfect. Aware of our previous disappointing experience at another hotel, he personally welcomed us, patiently addressed all our concerns, and gave us a tour of the property before we even booked. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were immediately evident. What truly sets Mr. Saber apart is his presence. On our very first day, we saw him everywhere — not just in an office, but actively engaging with guests and staff across the entire resort. Despite the intense heat and the size of the property — with its numerous pools, an expansive water park, and a wide selection of restaurants — he chose to be hands-on and fully involved in the day-to-day operations. He leads by example and embodies everything a true manager should be. The warm welcome we received from every member of staff made us feel instantly at home. The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely outstanding — every meal was delicious, and the variety of international cuisines available across multiple restaurants was truly impressive. With drink stations conveniently located throughout the resort, every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. This hotel is worth every single penny, and more. Mr. Saber, you are a shining example of what great leadership looks like. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and for making our stay unforgettable. Your hard work is clearly reflected in every corner of this wonderful resort.
