I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel was massive and had plenty of space to do things. The pool was amazing was always nice to go in especially with the hot weather we had. The sun bed area was always easy to get a bed in the mornings for the day which helped us settle in the daytime. The food choice was always great throughout the day with plenty to choose from to get you through the day and the evening. The room was a great size with the beds being comfortable with a brilliant view from the balcony of the pool outside. The entertainment team was great during my time here and were always willing to have a chat and a laugh with me. I'd give a big mention to Kara who was amazing with her always having a smile on her face and making the mood feel good even if I had a bad day. Our last night she invited me and my best friend to the Hard rock cafe and it was an amazing time. Definitely will look to come back to this hotel in future, thank you everyone for making my stay a memorable one.

The hotel itself was lovely. Always clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge and always clean. However, the food in the restaurants was the same every single day. It was cooked well but the choice was terrible. The snack bar was open most of the day but it was the same food choice everyday. There was no snacks like ice cream or crisps available for the children during the day at the pool bar. The food in the main restaurants was the same everyday for breakfast dinner and tea. Speaking of breakfast who wants mash potato for breakfast. The menu needs to be on a one week rotation of different themes/ meals. Never have i been on an all inclusive holiday where I've had to pay to go out and eat as my children got bored of the food and wouldn't eat it. All in all an enjoyable holiday let down by food availability and choice

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30, but check-in was only completed at 17:00. The long waiting time was very difficult, especially since I was traveling with a child with special needs. Our room was located very far from the main pool. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide any transportation options to the beach, the pool, or the fast-food restaurant, unlike other areas of the resort, so we had to walk long distances. The cleanliness of the pool was disappointing. It looked outdated, the water was not clear or clean enough, and there was an unpleasant odor around the area. On the positive side, room service was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful, and very polite. The dining rooms and the bar also provided great service. Overall, I left this hotel feeling tired and unsatisfied. Sadly, I do not plan to return.

Lovely hotel, nice & clean, perfect for families. Every single staff member is polite & fun! The entertainment staff are really good with the children. Always plenty of sunbeds around the pools. My children are 13,10 & 8 and plenty to keep them occupied especially the aqua park and water slides. Snorkeling is great too off the hotels jetty. Would definitely recommend & return 😊

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it despite how beautiful it looks in pictures. From the very beginning, the check-in process was rude and unwelcoming. Throughout our stay, the customer service was among the worst I’ve experienced. Unless you tipped heavily (I ended up spending around 4,000 EGP in just five days), staff simply would not provide proper service. This applied across the board—from buffet staff and pool staff to housekeeping and even the pool guards. Only after tipping excessively did we see the slightest improvement in attitude. Most of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. One staff member even greeted us daily with an angry look instead of a smile. Only one or two people in the entire staff treated us kindly. To make matters worse, we were treated poorly at first because they assumed we were from a nationality that the hotel caters to but is often looked down upon. Once they realized we were from Jordan, their behavior shifted. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one claiming 5 stars. Facilities and Rooms: • The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and despite daily requests, no proper replacements were ever provided. • The room was worn out. The shower was unstable, and there was a constant sewage smell from the bathroom. • The bidet hose was loose, with no holder, meaning it had to be left on the floor. • Housekeeping was poor, only cleaning properly when tipped. Towels, shampoo, and garbage bags were often not replaced unless specifically requested. Food & Dining: • The food quality itself was decent, but my father unfortunately got food poisoning (possibly from the food or the wine). • Buffet staff were consistently rude during breakfast, lunch, and dinner until we tipped heavily. Pool & Beach: • The pool guards were unprofessional. We had children with us, and when certain areas were restricted, one guard told us we couldn’t sit there but offered no alternative solution. For a group of 12 in the middle of the day, this was unacceptable. In other Egyptian resorts, staff usually help relocate guests politely. • The beach had no service at all—no waiters, no drinks, nothing. Perhaps once during the entire stay someone passed by. • The distances inside the hotel were long, yet there were no regular shuttles or golf carts (which are standard in similar resorts). I only saw one shuttle once during our whole trip. Checkout: The final impression was just as negative. The hotel still uses an outdated towel card system, which most modern resorts have abandoned. As a group of 12 (including children moving between rooms), this system was confusing and impractical. When we checked out, my father was argued with by staff, who demanded 10 euros for each “missing” towel card—even though the rest of our group still had the cards in their rooms. The staff accused us of trying to “rip them off,” which was extremely insulting and unprofessional. This whole issue stems from outdated policies and a lack of proper guest management. Positives: • The bed was comfortable. • The AC worked well. But unfortunately, these were the only good points in an otherwise extremely frustrating stay. Overall: What appeared online as a dream hotel turned out to be the opposite in reality. A true 5-star hotel should not require thousands in tips just to receive basic service, should not discriminate against guests based on nationality, and should not humiliate people over outdated towel card policies. For our large family group, this was a very negative and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend this property.
