A wonderful hotel for the price. The food is very tasty and varied. Large and well-maintained grounds, with the sea right nearby. The service staff are very friendly and polite, especially Miss Elena. Probably the only thing missing is that the hotel does not have a wheelchair my husband injured his leg, and since there is a lot of walking involved, it would be very convenient. Everything else is truly flawless!

The staff are a credit to this hotel. They make the whole experience fun, relaxing and safe. It’s clean and well kept. Most rooms are equipped well with everything you need. Could do with more English programs on the TV and WiFi in all areas would be nice. The entertainment could be better, but I was there for a relaxing week, which I got in abundance. I had such a great time and came back refreshed and happy. Can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is dated, requires being brought up to modern standard. The best part of the hotel is the staff who work incredible hard, cleaning and making sure you have a good time. Too much buffet food and not enough restaurants. Swimming pools are lined not tiled meaning that the base is uneven. Constant issues with room keys needing changed This is not a five star hotel

This hotel was great for families, the staff were excellent, entertainment team and the pool especially Kamel who helped with our beds each day. The drinks are typically local brands, food was good too! Generally all the staff couldn't do enough for you. Pool all good, and the Aqua pool slides was fun for the kids, and adults. Being a beach front the snorkeling was good and safe for the kids with life guards looking on. Overall a great place to stay.
