I had a good stay at Moderna Hotel. The hotel overall was comfortable, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was the animation team; they were engaging, friendly, and did a great job keeping guests entertained. Reuben, in particular, stood out with his high energy and enthusiasm, which added a lot of fun to the activities and events. His positive vibe made the experience more lively and memorable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the strong animation team made a clear difference. I would recommend Moderna Hotel, especially for guests who enjoy an active and entertaining environment.

We had a fantastic stay at Albatross Medina, Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere from morning to night. What truly made the experience special, though, was the animation team — they were lively, engaging, and genuinely impactful in creating a fun and welcoming vibe throughout the stay. A huge shoutout to TT and Reuben, who were absolute superstars. Their energy, enthusiasm, and ability to get everyone involved made every activity memorable and enjoyable. They really went above and beyond and are a massive credit to the hotel. Overall, a great stay with amazing entertainment — highly recommended, and we’d happily return!

Absolutely fantastic we have been many times to this Hotel. From the time we arrive till the time we leave we always have the most magical time. The Animation team Titi Kemo and the whole team are absolutely flawless with everything they do. They are wonderful. The manager of this hotel the guest services all the waiters and chefs are absolutely briliant we love coming and we have booked again for new year. It was our second time in Sharm. Our previous stay was in Rixos Sharm. The rooms are not bad, they’re acceptable. However, the food is terrible. I spent my entire holiday eating only French fries and bananas. Even the water is not drinkable. The desserts are very poor, with no variety at all. Chicken and meat are generally undercooked or not cooked at all. This is a 5-star hotel, but it doesn’t even deserve 3 stars. We tried every meal, but unfortunately, except for one or two dishes, there was nothing that could be called tasty. We stayed as a family of five, and we all share the same opinions about the hotel. Also, there are no activities at all. Cleanliness is not bad, but it could be improved. Drinks like Coke, Fanta, and Sprite are taken from machines and are very diluted, like water. The alcohol is terrible and undrinkable; we only drank beer. The hotel’s service approach is very poor. The staff look unhappy. In short, even when evaluated in terms of price–performance, the performance is very low for the price paid. As far as I could see, there are only two heated pools, and they are 1.20 meters deep. Although the weather is warm compared to my home country, it is still windy this season and gets very cold in the evenings.

It was a very large hotel with loads of activities for both adults and kids. The main pool area had a great vibe all day long. The staff were excellent especially Mereki and Sasha who were dealing with the entertainment. Big kudos to them both! The food was excellent with great variety every day. We never got tired of it! The rooms were excellent and very spacious! We loved the bakery hall and pastry selection! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sharm, including families.
