We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The location is perfect, we loved everything. The diving center was trustful and nice. All the staff were super hard working, helpful and nice. After being in other parts of Egypt this place gave us a much better impression if the country. Just the food could be a bit better.

The hotel resort is displayed to be better than it actually is on various websites. Do better research than we did!! I would look elsewhere. The food is bland. Although a wide selection, it is a wide selection of bland and often under temperature fair. Myself and some other folk got a bad bout of food poisoning. There is nothing else it could have been as we did not leave the resort to eat. With the exception of being within walking distance to Soho Square, there is nothing to do but sunbathe at the pool. The beach is good for snorkeling but not really swimming. The staff are generally pleasant with some exceptions and those exceptions made the stay even less pleasant. The rooms and decor are dated. A number of people including us experienced being locked in the bathroom because the door latches failed! Would not go back.

The hotel area is well-groomed, a lot of beautiful flowers and plants. The service staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Hany who took responsibility for our comfort at the restaurant. Me and my friends are vegans, and we had a lot of delicious options there. The rooms were cleaned every day with amazing towel art left on your bed. The sea is so blue and clear, beautiful coral reefs. We even saw stingrays and manta rays. I would love to come back someday and repeat this unforgettable experience! Thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay in this hotel so great!

Hotel is advertised much better than what it actually is, food is very basic and bland more or less the same choices everyday! Hotel is quite boring nothing to do other than lounge at the pool or beach also beach activities cost more, the spa and activities staff will bug you all day everyday for you to buy a package, every day they have a 50% off promotion, they can be very annoying! The hotel is on a hill if you don’t fancy all the walking I suggest not to book here the floor is very unsafe and slippery worse more it is on a hill! I would say do a lot of research before booking! Other than that staff are all excellent and the service was great

We had a fabulous stay here last week. From the moment we checked in the service was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean with enough storage to put your stuff. The gardens and grounds are looked after majestically and staff are always working to keep the areas spotlessly clean. There’s plenty of choice food wise in the restaurants - a lot of beef stew/fish rice and massive choice in salads. You can get burgers and chips from the pool bar at lunch if that’s more your choice. Breakfast is amazing - lots of choice, an omelette station and chicken/beef alternatives for breakfast with a great pastry choice. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to SOHO square which has restaurants and entertainment in the evenings. You can snorkel off the pontoon from the small beach at the hotel. You can also use the facilities at The Sport Hotel - it does have a heated pool. The pool at The front hotel is not heated but is bearable..especially if you enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar! You will get asked to go on trips/spa/photography but if you don’t want to, just be firm and polite. We did a speedboat trip out to the reef for snorkelling and were lucky to have a pod of dolphins come by the boat. Amazing experience and would recommend.
