The hotel rooms were big with cute garden. The beach was also beautiful; the sea and the shore were really enjoyable. It was with stone in the sea. However, we experienced many negative issues with the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was extremely bad. Sleeping at night was almost impossible due to the very loud music coming from outside. The sound insulation of the hotel rooms was terrible. Even though our room was located far from the entertainment area, the noise was unbearable. When we arrived at the hotel, they did not allow us to have breakfast unless we paid extra. Despite coming all the way from Turkey, they did not offer any courtesy breakfast. Later, when we wanted to have coffee, they asked us to pay for it and we encountered another issue: they tried to charge us 150 dollars instead of 150 Egyptian pounds. I repeatedly pointed out the mistake, but the staff insisted that it was in Egyptian pounds. Eventually, it became clear that they were actually trying to overcharge us in dollars, even though they refused to listen at first. Moreover, the hotel’s taxi service was ridiculously overpriced. They asked for 10 dollars for a ride of only 1.5 kilometers, while we could easily get a taxi through an app for just 2 dollars. Overall, the hotel’s sense of hospitality is very weak, and you need to be extremely careful, especially regarding extra charges.

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for my first trip to Egypt 🇪🇬 . From the moment we got there all staff were so friendly. Rooms were lovely big and clean, many options for food. What really made our holiday was the people we met, staff we will go back to see time after time, they work so hard to make your holiday what it is. A few of our favourites were Caption Mahmoud and Hassan in the piano bar. They made our evenings so enjoyable. Abdullah and Captain Islam were just as great. My children were made to feel special and enjoyed seeing their favourite staff each day.

Very bad experience,and not professional hotel , firstly the food taste very low quality and bad and no variation only in dinner and launch 6 items to choose and every day same food no change . Secondly the staff is very bad and not professional hotel. And there way of talking is rude . When I make check out they not make me leave the hotel because they tell me that the towel card is missed and after 20 minutes of talking the housekeeping tell them that they have in the trolly . And the room is very old and bed not comfortable. Room have only one place to charge your phone !!! . I really advise all people not go . They make me and my family not happy while we stay

Don’t waste your money or time here! The food is extremely bad and not worth it at all. The staff are rude and unprofessional. It’s very hard to find a spot by the sea or the pool — everything is always crowded and disorganized. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation
