Good, decent hotel and cheaper compared to other resorts I’ve been to. You get what you pay for, and overall it was ok. However, I do think the respect and politeness from some staff members could be improved. Being called “oi” by waiters felt a bit rude. Most staff were nice in general, but a few could definitely learn better manners. Another issue was the behaviour of some guests, who were extremely rude and lacked basic manners. I also experienced racism from one guest, which was disappointing, especially considering they were visiting a Muslim country and disrespect Muslim. Respect for different cultures and religions should be expected from everyone. The staff who truly deserve recognition are the room cleaners and general cleaning staff. They were respectful, humble, and hardworking throughout the stay. Their service was excellent, and they genuinely earned any tips given to them. As for the food, again, you get what you pay for. Food is not this hotel’s strongest point, and the meal timings need improvement. When the buffet closes, there are no snack bars or alternative food options available for hungry children or guests, which means a lot of waiting around. At other resorts I’ve visited, snack bars remain open when the buffet is closed. Also, some items still require extra payment despite the hotel being advertised as all-inclusive.

Hello, First of all, the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable. The Deputy General Manager, Mr. Gökhan, took great care of us, and we would like to thank him sincerely for his kindness and attention. For anyone considering staying here, I especially recommend getting in touch with Mr. Gökhan if you have the opportunity. He makes you feel completely at home and ensures that your stay is as pleasant as possible. The hotel’s pool and beach are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Just finished a 7 day stay at the concorde with my family. First time in Egypt and we'd definitely visit again . The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily tarek and Essem were lovely they cleaned our rooms and were so friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely we often used the top one which was usual very quiet and the lifeguard would always help with our beds. The food was ok some was not to our taste but we never went hungry, again all staff would help and Colin the English chef was very accommodating. The biggest acknowledgement has to go to the bar staff in the piano bar . Hassan and mohamed they make the best iced coffees and we're always greeting us with a smile . The staff work so hard but are all so friendly and chatty . We would return to this lovely hotel

⸻ We recently stayed at this 5-star all-inclusive hotel during our holiday, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, we had a major issue with the room key policy. As two partners, we sometimes had separate schedules within the hotel and requested two key cards. Despite multiple requests and being told to come back at different times (morning, afternoon, and evening), we were ultimately only given one card, which caused unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay. Secondly, several services that were expected to be included in the all-inclusive package required additional payment. This was especially disappointing, as we specifically booked an all-inclusive hotel to avoid unexpected extra charges. Even the Italian à la carte restaurant, which required advance booking, was not fully included, and we were asked to pay extra for certain dishes—something we have never experienced in any other all-inclusive hotel. Another serious issue occurred at checkout. Our checkout was at 9 a.m. due to airport transfer timing, but our room safe was accessed and locked before departure, preventing us from using remaining hotel services. In most hotels, guests are still allowed to use facilities until they physically leave the property, so this felt very unprofessional and inconvenient. Lastly, the overall food and beverage quality was disappointing. Meals were often served cold, while drinks such as tea and coffee were extremely hot, and even water temperature was uncomfortably warm. Overall service standards did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. In general, the service and hospitality did not reflect a true 5-star all-inclusive experience, and we were left quite dissatisfied with our stay.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – We Felt Like Royalty! From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were welcomed like absolute queens. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and their warmth and kindness made our stay unforgettable. We loved everything: The pools were sparkling, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The animation team was incredible — full of energy, smiles, and amazing activities that kept us entertained from morning to night. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and so cozy that we never wanted to leave. Honestly, everything was perfect from beginning to end. We had the most magical time, and we are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended — this place is pure perfection!
