We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The location is perfect, we loved everything. The diving center was trustful and nice. All the staff were super hard working, helpful and nice. After being in other parts of Egypt this place gave us a much better impression if the country. Just the food could be a bit better.

Amazing holiday. We had the best time. Staff are great (apart from being harassed to get a massage which actually put us off getting one). Place is immaculate. Book the boat trip and snorkeling was amazing.

I am really happy to visit Sharm El Sheikh, it is very beautiful, especially the Concorde El Salam Hotel. It was a very wonderful experience and the treatment was more than wonderful. The team is fast and respectful, especially Ahmed Salah💪🏼 and Coach Ahmed Hussein❤️. I thank them for the treatment. It was all wonderful and enjoyable. The food was delicious and clean. Ive recently arrived home from The Concorde Hotel it is an absolutely stunning destination, offering an unparalleled blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you're greeted with an ambiance that immediately sets the tone for a wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff does an exceptional job of keeping the rooms spotless, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner of the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the reception to the housekeeping team, everyone was warm, friendly, and eager to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. However, it was the bar staff who truly stood out. They were not only professional but also personable, always remembering your favorite drink and ready with a smile. Whether it was a refreshing cocktail by the pool or a late-night drink in the lounge, the bar staff went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. Despite the overall positive experience, there was one aspect of my stay that did detract from the otherwise perfect holiday. Throughout my time at the hotel, I encountered an individual called Ebra who persistently harassed me about purchasing his excursions. It started off as a friendly offer, but quickly became intrusive and uncomfortable as he would not take no for an answer. He approached me repeatedly during my stay, even when I was clearly trying to relax and enjoy my time. This constant pressure to buy his excursions took away from the serenity and peace that the Concorde Hotel is known for. While I understand that local businesses often rely on tourist purchases, the aggressive nature of this particular individual was unwelcome and out of place in such a high-caliber establishment.

The hotel area is well-groomed, a lot of beautiful flowers and plants. The service staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Hany who took responsibility for our comfort at the restaurant. Me and my friends are vegans, and we had a lot of delicious options there. The rooms were cleaned every day with amazing towel art left on your bed. The sea is so blue and clear, beautiful coral reefs. We even saw stingrays and manta rays. I would love to come back someday and repeat this unforgettable experience! Thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay in this hotel so great!
