We had a fabulous stay here last week. From the moment we checked in the service was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean with enough storage to put your stuff. The gardens and grounds are looked after majestically and staff are always working to keep the areas spotlessly clean. There’s plenty of choice food wise in the restaurants - a lot of beef stew/fish rice and massive choice in salads. You can get burgers and chips from the pool bar at lunch if that’s more your choice. Breakfast is amazing - lots of choice, an omelette station and chicken/beef alternatives for breakfast with a great pastry choice.
It’s less than a 5 minute walk to SOHO square which has restaurants and entertainment in the evenings.
You can snorkel off the pontoon from the small beach at the hotel. You can also use the facilities at The Sport Hotel - it does have a heated pool. The pool at The front hotel is not heated but is bearable..especially if you enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar!
You will get asked to go on trips/spa/photography but if you don’t want to, just be firm and polite. We did a speedboat trip out to the reef for snorkelling and were lucky to have a pod of dolphins come by the boat. Amazing experience and would recommend.

Beautiful view of the sea and the pool... Excellent service, but sometimes they are a little late... The staff are friendly and helpful and they all smile, which is good and makes the interaction comfortable... The beach is not the best... Its distinguishing feature is that it is close to Soho Square... It was a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful country and wonderful people. The hotel staff,the bar staff,the housekeeping, the restaurant staff,the pool guys the maintenance guys and the clinic staff are amazing and friendly they are very happy and helpful. The food in all restaurants are varied and enjoyable. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy,this was the first time my daughter and I had visited this hotel and Egypt. We are going back again. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to you all and see you soon.

We missed our flight due to hotel reception mixing our names with other guests. Turkish airlines sent us to this hotel after we couldn't get on the plane due to overbooking. We were supposed to stay one night, reception mixed our names with a different couple who were supposed to stay for two nights. We never knew what went on between Turkish airlines staff and hotel management and found out about all this at the airport after we weren't let onboard the plane for the second time at the airport early in the morning.
Staff just smiled and said yes to everything we said on the day of our arrival. Hotel in general is nice. Make sure staff really understands you and check their work.

I want to say about my experience at this hotel. I'll start with the pluses and then the minuses.
Pluses:
Beautiful, well-kept garden with a wonderful view.
The animators are friendly and kind.
Cons:
- Very little and tasteless food. Bad assortment that is practically the same every day. Only a few types of food have been changed. At breakfast every day (10 days) nothing was changed: scrambled eggs and baked vegetables. It does not deserve 5 stars for such a kitchen!
- Mold in the shower!
-The towels in the bathroom were changed 3 times for 10 days!
- Dirty beach towels, I received a used towel! As a 5-star hotel, they must offer a towel every time you give your card (they only have one a day and that's it).
- Dirty, poorly cleaned dishes or even worse - I received a used and dirty glass.
- And the last thing that left me upset is that at the end of the vacation, when you leave for the airport, any hotel, even a 4-star one, offered me a package with water, fruit and a snack! While this 5-star one didn't offer anything. How stingy it would be to leave a man at least a bottle of water on a long journey and temperatures over 30 degrees.
Personal conclusion: It does not deserve 5 stars at all. The hotel needs a complete repair, it is extremely old and worn (in the pictures it looks luxurious and beautiful, but the reality is different.) I will never come to this hotel again, I am disappointed that I lost my money.
