Excellent I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience feel very comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. I also really enjoyed the food – there was a nice variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. What stood out most to me was the atmosphere: it felt relaxing, safe, and perfect for a getaway. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back again!

Absolutely amazing stay! Steigenberger Alcazar exceeded all expectations—stunning grounds, spacious and spotless rooms, and exceptional service. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The food was varied and delicious, with excellent à la carte options. Pools and beach were beautiful and relaxing. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. During our time there, we went diving, which was an incredible experience that we can highly recommend. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. A particular highlight for us was the wide variety of gluten-free options available – something that made dining both easy and enjoyable. The food was outstanding with so many delicious options, always fresh and beautifully presented. The entertainment was top-notch, offering something fun and engaging every day and evening. The entire staff was exceptional—so attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome at every moment. A special mention must go to Magdalena from the entertainment team, who made the experience unforgettable. Her energy, kindness, and enthusiasm truly stood out and made every activity extra enjoyable. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I cannot recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We rented a spacious room with two separate bedrooms and access to a semi-private swimming pool, shared with only three other guest rooms. Our kids really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers both buffet and à la carte restaurants. We liked the buffet, which met our expectations, but we couldn’t find a table at the à la carte restaurants. Since the buffet was satisfying, this wasn’t a big problem for us. Service around the swimming pool was quite limited; waiters rarely came by. Local drinks were included, but imported ones were not, and honestly, the quality of the local drinks wasn’t very good. In the evenings, it was even harder to get service if you wanted to enjoy some drinks, so I preferred to go to the bar myself. One downside is that if the sea is rough, swimming is not possible.
