Stayed in top hotels all over the World and wasn’t sure what to expect but this hotel for holidaying is right up there with the best. The hotel is amazingly clean and the gardens are manicured to perfection. The hotel is large but has lots of quiet spaces to relax. It is well staffed and service is 5 star, quick, efficient and courteous. Food is fabulous and speciality restaurants offer traditional cuisine to a high standard. I especially like the ice creams, drinks by the pool and good range of spirits. All part of the ‘all inclusive’ package. Not really any negatives but a couple of points to note: 1. Mini fridge in rooms should not be charged for (all inclusive throughout the hotel bars so what is the point??). 2. There should be designated smoking points ( Smokers could smoke on the terrace of Hama where people are eating and should be well away from diners. Our room housekeeper was brilliant and kept our room spotless and provided us with everything we needed (4145). Weather, food, ambiance and friendly service is great! We’re coming back again next year!!

Beautiful hotel all round, one of the best i have ever stayed in. The grounds and gardens are maintained well and there are 3 lovely pools. The food is of great quality, and the variety allowed options for every family members taste. The staff are mostly very friendly and attentive. The life guards chat to the children and the waiting staff are also very friendly. The not fault I can find with this wonderful hotel is the large floating trampoline they have in the swimming pool. It's great fun and the children love it, however as a parent I felt very on edge and unable to relax when my children are on it. I was worried firstly about one if them falling off the side and cracking their head on the side of the pool. I think only 5 children should be allowed on at the time but although life guards did their best this is very difficult to implement. Secondly I was worried about someone getting stuck underneath. I feel other people were also feeling nervous. The other pools were quite cold so we weren't able to move pools. I just wanted to provide this feedback as it was the only thing which made time by the pool less relaxing

I have been totally blown away by quality of service received. This is my 5th day at the resort and I must say, everything is on point. The quality, variety of food and catering services ate top notch. I must commend Shahd, who is always there to help and ensure everything is running smoothly. The rooms and amenities are unbelievable. There is actually nothing to complain about. It's been a lovely experience. I shall surely visit again. Highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The territory is well maintained, beautiful, with lots of greenery and space — you can really feel the attention to detail and overall quality. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing and refreshing stay. I would like to especially highlight the animation team — they are active, friendly, and professional. There are various activities during the day, and the evening shows are well organized and enjoyable, creating a lively and positive atmosphere. The restaurants left a very good impression: the food is tasty, fresh, and diverse, with a good variety of dishes. Drinks are also on a good level, and the bars work efficiently and comfortably. The staff is polite and helpful, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Overall, the hotel feels like a place you would want to return to. I would definitely recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Alcazar and can highly recommend this hotel. The entire resort was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spotless and very well maintained at all times. The hotel offers many beautiful pools, all of them well designed, clean, and perfect for relaxing. No matter the time of day, there was always enough space and plenty of available sun loungers, which made the experience very comfortable and stress-free. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes available every day. There was something for every taste, and the restaurants were well organized and never overcrowded. Another highlight was the beautiful private beach. It was clean, well maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere with crystal-clear water. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. They truly made the stay special with their warm and professional service. Overall, the Steigenberger Hotel Alcazar exceeded all expectations and offers the perfect combination of comfort, great service, and relaxation. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality resort experience.
