The hotel was well maintained, everything was on schedule and tidy, the hotel staff were all excellent, cheerful, polite and kind. We had a great time at the Alcazar bar and enjoyed chatting with Zeyad and Ahmed there, they were very cheerful and great, And they did their job well. It was very clean, zeyad were constantly tidying up, and they treated me with kindness. as were the pool boys. The buffet boys were all cheerful and kind, they served quickly, Mr. Ramadan and Emad Suleiman were very cheerful and respectful. Overall, it was a good hotel and we will return again. Thank you to the hotel management for doing such a great job.

Our stay at Steigenberger Hotel Sharm El Sheikh has been truly exceptional. We previously stayed at the same hotel chain in Hurghada, had a wonderful experience there, and chose to return — and once again, Steigenberger did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere of the resort is elegant, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Every interaction felt sincere, and the service throughout the hotel is consistently outstanding. It’s clear that the team puts a great deal of heart into making guests feel special. The food is excellent, offering high-quality ingredients, fantastic flavours, and a wide variety of dining options. We loved having so many different restaurants to choose from — each one unique, beautifully presented, and delicious. Also to mention- had an amazing Indian head massage at the Spa. A particularly memorable moment was our dinners at Italian restaurant and at the Japanese restaurant Hama. The dishes were superb, and the service from Khaled was truly outstanding. His warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made our evening unforgettable. Overall, Steigenberger Hotel Sharm El Sheikh exceeded our expectations once again. We are delighted we returned to this wonderful hotel chain, and we will happily choose Steigenberger again in the future. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at the Alcazar, it felt special. The hotel itself is well designed and well maintained. Our Standard room was very spacious with a massive, comfortable bed with multiple pillow options. Despite the habit of guests placing towels on sunbeds as early as 6am! there were always beds and cabanas available round one of the 3 pools and the pool team were always keen to help everyone find somewhere to relax. The dining options are excellent; The buffet has a great range of western and Arabic options and the 5 a la carte restaurants provide different intentional options (If you have trouble using the app to book the restaurants, just head to Client Services and they will always find something for you). The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained - I would recommend a pool view room so you have a view of the gardens as well. There are plenty of sheltered sunbeds on the beach. The beach is rough sand and the first 100m of sea is rock/coral and only thigh deep - so beach swimming required a walk along the jetty to the coral wall. There is snorkelling equipment there to borrow along with bouyancy aids and there is plenty of sealife there. There are access steps into the deep sea as well as a safe, family snorkelling area about waist deep. The stars of the hotel are the staff. Every single person we encountered from reception, management, bar staff, lifeguards, the entertainments team to the gardeners were welcoming, friendly and continuously focused on making our stay as pleasant as possible. A special thanks go to our housekeeper Mohammed (building 6C), Walaa in the main bar, Faris with his drinks trolley, Emad who brought us extra towels every morning and Mando from the entertainments team who just wanted to make sure we had a smile on our face all day!

Steigenberger Alcazar is a must! I had read mixed reviews about the resort with food quality and service. Almost didn't book it because of the reviews, however, decided to take the chance and it did not disappoint in the slightest. This was the most amazing resort Gardens and facilities had amazing upkeep, really clean, tidy and well maintained. The restaurants: Buffet was fantastic although a bit busy but my GF and I visited end of October so was school mid term break. That being said there was always free seating and no waits. Ala Carte restaurants: Could not fault them. Each table setting and restaurant design was unique and set a great ambient dinning experience. The food was top notch and not one dish disappointed. We had the all inclusive package so believe me when I say I tried every dish. My favorite restaurant was the HAMA Sushi and the LE MAISON (French). The room was spacious, clean and housekeeping was on point every single day. Very good detail. The Pools: 3 pools total, the 2nd pool was blasting music all day so we opted for the Adult pool each day where it was quiet and relaxing. The bar service was great, bringing you drinks to the loungers and the lifeguards were amazing, cleaning your glasses, cold towels, spraying you with cold water, organising loungers, etc. Great service. Entertainment: Something special every night we stayed there and drinks were really good a the bar. The excursions nearby could be organised through the hotel and were really good value.
