Amazing stay in Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh! My family had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were incredibly friendly, including room service, restaurant and bar staff always welcoming, and ready to help. I would specifically mention Alaa and Makeen from Zoheriya restaurant. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned daily by staff not to mention Ahmed. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the restaurants were well maintained. The pool area and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and sun bathing. The bars next to the swimming pool area was handy to have with unlimited drinks and snacks. Entertainment and activities were well organized, and there was always something fun to do throughout the day. I truly felt relaxed, pampered, and safe during my entire stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury, fun, and peaceful getaway. I can’t wait to come back

Food is great, rooms are clean. Wifi could be a bit better. Overall the hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. Workers are very sweet, and attentive. My favorite animator was Katya, she was very nice and friendly, always talked to us and asked how we were doing, she definitely deserves applause for her hard work to make this hotel more comfortable and like home for everybody.

Amazingly beautiful hotel, super luxurious. The staff are very attentive and always care how you're doing and ask if you need anything which is super nice. Animators are super friendly and always make your mood better! Especially Katya, she was super friendly and we really enjoyed talking to her and all thw activities were super fun! It’s definitely one of the best hotels I have been to. Starting from the receptionist we knew we are about to have a great experience. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Four nights we enjoyed every single meal with many cuisines from different countries. The animation team was such a delight, we enjoyed their creativity and spirit. With different night shows and live music we had no reasons to leave the hotel. Highly recommended.
