I recently enjoyed a marvelous vacation at a stunning hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and helpful attitudes. Particularly noteworthy was the cheerful boy receptionist, who not only provided excellent service but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His enthusiasm and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression, and he offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this hotel is a gem, thanks to its exceptional staff and inviting environment. I can’t wait to return!

What a fantastic stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh 18+. Every member of staff goes out of their way to help. The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing, and you can see the work that has/is being put in to make it a 5 star hotel. The al a carte restaurants are amazing and so easy to book. They also have an amazing buffet restaurant which serves a selection of delicious foods daily. We would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel you won't be disappointed. We will look to book again in the future!

Great experience from start to finish, a lovely holiday. We ate in 4 a la carte restaurants, the best was the Brazilian. The service we received here was outstanding and the food was excellent. We spent most of our days at the Lagoon pool and, again, all the staff were amazing. They were very attentive to us, ensuring we had everything we could need. 5 stars all round

Excellent and attentive staff. They make you feel very welcomed. Very approachable and like to crack a joke. Also, good variety of food. Buffet has a great choice and even pool bars have tasty light meals. Turkish a la carte was a pleasant experience. Restaurant Mangal was the favorite a la carte. Very personal approach and perfectly cooked meat. Everything looks clean and room cleaners are the sweetest. Even may give you special treats. I specially want to thank chef Mohamed, waiters Hany, Adhan and Haidy and our sweetest room cleaner Ahmed. Will definately like to visit again!
