The hotel itself is stunning: elegant, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious atmosphere throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and kept spotless daily. The restaurants were a culinary delight. Every meal was perfectly prepared, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The buffet and à la carte options were both excellent, and the service in each restaurant was top-class. The spa was the highlight of our trip – a true oasis of relaxation. The facilities were modern and serene, and the treatments were performed by highly skilled therapists. I left every session feeling renewed and completely relaxed. Super anjana spa Rixos sharm Ani is a magical hands very good massage thank you ani Thank you Mohamed Abdullah spa manager for everything clean as the professional spa Overall, Rixos delivered a flawless experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury getaway with world-class service, gourmet food, and a five-star spa experience. We can’t wait to return!

The staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. Our housekeeper lady, Samar was amazing. She always greeted us with a smile which made us feel at home during our stay. The room was always spotless, fresh and welcoming. The Manghal restaurant was amazing for those who like their protein. Chef Ahmad was amazing and entertaining, made our stay much more fun. Overall amazing staff.

A perfect dinner experience at Mangal! ​We had a fantastic dinner at Mangal, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed, and the service was attentive without being overwhelming. Ahmed Said the chef was a credit to this establishment, truly fantastic customer service. ​The food was the real star, though. Everything from the appetizers to our main courses was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients really shines through. ​This was the perfect spot for a special evening out. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience in a beautiful setting, you have to try Mangal. We left feeling completely satisfied and already talking about when we could come back! Update Gusto reservations for Italian food was amazing. Haidy Thrwat and Muhammad the waitress and waiter service was so amazing that I need to write an update. Certainly the best service from all the ala carte restaurant from Rixos Sharm el Sheikh. Amany Ramadan our room 3210 cleaner was so attentive and always left the room spotlessly clean and always willing to help and went above and beyond.

Alaa youssef cleans the rooms very well, very happy with how they top everything up , room 3124 which is deluxe. The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! The staff round the pool can’t do enough for you, always checking to see if you want a drink or you’re comfy/ need anything, very friendly all round.

I love this hotel. Many thanks for friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony and panoramic window. The food is beyond praise, both in quality and variety, and I really enjoyed the choice of a la carte restaurants. There are many pools in the hotel. You will not be bored here as the choice of activities is great.
