The Mangal is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a warm, inviting atmosphere and genuinely friendly service. The food is outstanding—perfectly grilled, full of flavor, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was delicious, especially the meats, which were juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. Portions are generous and the presentation is beautiful. If you’re looking for authentic, comforting food with amazing taste and great service, The Mangal is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, flavorful, and offered a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from. The establishment is impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a perfect atmosphere complemented by high-quality live instrumental music. A special thank you to the staff for their professional and friendly service—they were helpful, attentive, and always wearing a smile. I want to personally recognize Artyom (on guitar) and Merey (on saxophone) for the beautiful music, as well as Ahmed Hamaad, Ahmed Slama, Mohamed Fayez, Reem Hany, Osama Mohamed, Moured Gad Allah, and the rest of the team for their hospitality. From the chefs to the musicians and the servers, everyone did a brilliant job. Thank you all so much!

We had a very pleasant stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special thank you to The Palm restaurant – great atmosphere, very good food quality, and attentive service. It was one of the highlights of our stay.Reem great host. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the overall all-inclusive concept. Rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. During peak hours some areas felt a bit crowded, but it did not significantly affect our experience. We would gladly visit again and recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is extremely clean and beautifully maintained—everything feels well cared for and luxurious. The food was excellent, especially the fish dishes, which were fresh and delicious. We also loved the Gusto and Japanese restaurants; both offered fantastic quality and a great dining experience. The staff truly made our stay special. They were very friendly, attentive, and proactive—always approaching us with a smile and asking if they could help with anything. Overall, it was a perfect holiday, and we would definitely love to come back.

He made sure we were comfortable the entire time and gave great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Everything from start to finish was perfect.
