Service is very good. The waiters are friendly and the staff are good as well. The Indian food is great. The soup tastes well, the appetizers are tasty and the main course is filling. It's not too spicy but enough that it leaves you satisfied. The desert is great, the milk dumplings are sweet and the ice cream has a unique flavor. The tea is also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Rixos Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Main buffet restaurant is brilliant. The service is good and not too stuffy. The range of food on the buffets is amazing, particularly the salad range. Clean environment and cool inside. Good live music whilst eating that is lovely and not too loud. Friendly staff, and the baklava station was a particular favourite of my wife and me.

Berserker Training

An amazing trip for me and my wife. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of entertainment and activities to do in the hotel and very easy to book excursions. Wonderful food and a huge selection of places to eat of an evening. Pools to suit all, whether you want a lively energetic pool with music and water sports or a romantic lagoon pool, it has it all. Lots of bars and Andrea to get drink from throughout the resort.

The Palm restaurant is an incredibly vast buffet with lots of options and choices for every taste. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help, and the chefs are regularly around the buffet to talk about the food. Dietary requirements have also been well considered with vegetarian and gluten-free options. The food is always very tasty and lots of space either inside or out. The managers always come up to greet you and never forget a face, especially Islam who is always smiling and she greets us whenever we sit down. The Palm buffet is also very clean, which is always a bonus
