I recently enjoyed a marvelous vacation at a stunning hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and helpful attitudes. Particularly noteworthy was the cheerful boy receptionist, who not only provided excellent service but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His enthusiasm and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression, and he offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this hotel is a gem, thanks to its exceptional staff and inviting environment. I can’t wait to return!

an incredible experience from start to finish! The entertainment team was fantastic..always full of energy, engaging, and making sure everyone had a great time. The shows were impressive, with a variety of performances every night that kept us entertained. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone. The cleaning was impeccable ..the rooms and all hotel areas were spotless. Speaking of rooms, they were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The view from our room was breathtaking, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

Had a meal at the Gusto Italian restaurant and Ahmad and Islam were simply amazing. The attention to detail and the quality of service were second to none. We were made to feel like VIPs which made our day. Would highly recommend.

The overall quality is very good and this will make us return in the future. My compliments to mr.
