Absolutely Perfect Stay – 10/10 Our stay at Rixos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded all expectations – the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself is stunning: elegant, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious atmosphere throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and kept spotless daily. The restaurants were a culinary delight. Every meal was perfectly prepared, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The buffet and à la carte options were both excellent, and the service in each restaurant was top-class. The spa was the highlight of our trip – a true oasis of relaxation. The facilities were modern and serene, and the treatments were performed by highly skilled therapists. I left every session feeling renewed and completely relaxed. We stayed at the junior suite (our room was 17101) I had an amazing experience at Rixos Hotel – everything exceeded my expectations! The rooms were always spotless and beautifully organized. I’d like to give special thanks to the housekeeping in Building 17 – Mohammad, Every day, he cleaned the room with care and precision as if it were the first day of our stay. Truly impressive! The food was fantastic – delicious, fresh, and wonderfully varied. Every meal offered something new, catering to all tastes and preferences. The hotel staff in general were outstanding – professional, kind, always smiling, and genuinely humble. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I definitely plan to return soon!

We had lunch at Salt Seafood and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, Ali and all the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel truly valued. They even checked in with us and served perfectly chilled white wine, which was a lovely touch. The food was absolutely delicious,.Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed every moment of our meal. Highly recommended!

We were absolutely blown away with every aspect of Rixos Adults only sharm el sheikh. Each and every staff member is a credit to Rixos, all the staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. Our stay was magical. The evening entertainment was always exciting and we'll planned and put together, the entertainment team clearly are very talented and work very hard to give everyone a fun experience.. All the restaurants, and also the main buffet restaurant serve delicious and varied dishes. The different pools around the grounds offer a different experience ranging from total relaxation, to a more upbeat and fun environment, and colder pools if you want to cool off away from the sun. The pool staff are absolutely outstanding. The shuttle service around the grounds is efficient and the staff who shuttle people around are so friendly. The coffee world drinks are delicious with freshly ground beans, or fruit smoothies perfect to start your day. Snorkeling off the pier is amazing and you can spend hours admiring the coral and fish, the life guards do an amazing job, assisting and ensuring everyone is safe. The grounds are beautifully maintained and look stunning day and night, it truly is like being in paradise. Our room was well decorated, a very good size with ample amenities. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job each day. The hotel offers a very large drinks selection with delicious cocktails and plenty of soft drinks and water all around the grounds at all times.. If i was to add anything at all, it would be to add baked beans to the breakfast buffet. Thank you, Rixos. We had a very memorable stay and will be visiting again as soon as we can.
