A very nice, well-maintained, large hotel, beautifully arranged, situated on a spacious area. Surrounded by beautiful, well-kept greenery, everything is clean and tidy. There are several swimming pools and bars on the premises, as well as a spa. Clothing and grocery stores are located in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals are fresh, tasty, and varied. The only downside is the beach on a cliff and the difficult access to the water, with sharp rocks along the shore. I wouldn't recommend it to families with small children.

Dreams Beach Resort: A Fantastic Family Resort Dreams Beach Resort in Sharm el Sheikh is a great 5-star, all-inclusive option, especially for families. It’s a very family-oriented resort with lots of children and activities. You can enjoy full days at the pool and the beautiful beach. It’s a big plus that they have multiple stations for food and drinks throughout the resort. The resort is large and offers many family activities. Outside the resort, it's easy to find cheaper taxis using an app, as the hotel prices are quite expensive. The rooms are very nice, and I was very pleased with the hygiene, housekeeping, and cleaning services. The reception could be better; it's a slow process to get keys, information, or check out. The chefs were great at accommodating food allergies and special dietary needs. It’s also conveniently located near the airport. I would definitely come back another time.

My stay at Dreams Beach Resort was disappointing experiences I’ve had in Sharm. Other than one or two genuinely friendly staff members, the overall treatment from the team was cold, unhelpful, and far below what you would expect from a hotel that advertises itself as 5 stars. Before paying, they make it sound like you’re going to receive exceptional service — but once you’ve paid a lot of money, you quickly realize the reality is far less than ordinary. It genuinely felt like a complete letdown, and I walked away feeling misled by the promises made specifically the taxi service. Yes, the place has a nice sea and pool view, but so do many other hotels in Sharm — and most actually deliver the quality they promise. This one simply doesn’t. The food was incredibly awful, with poor taste, low quality, and no sense of a proper resort dining experience. Overall, this hotel was absolutely not worth the money, not worth the hype, and definitely not deserving of its 5-star rating. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting professionalism, honesty, or a pleasant vacation.

It's one of the worst 5 star hotel experiences of my life. It's definetly not a 5 star hotel. Probably a 2 star hotel over all. Some workers are good to you when you give them money, but most of the staff don't really care about you. The food is not the 5 star hotel food. You only get good food if you're lucky. When we got our room, there was not a single towel in there. We had to ask at least five times for the towels and every time they said 5 minutes or 10 minutes, but it tooke them 4 hours before they actually brought them. When you want to extend your room time, they'll say that all the rooms are taken already and when you check out at 12 they will cut your hotel bracelets even tho you have to stay in the hotel for many hours till you're picked up and you do not get food or anything in here anymore unless you pay again. Definetly not the best hotel for a vacation.

I read several reviews of this hotel and I must say that it shouldn't be treated as a true 5-star hotel. Where have you seen a 5-star hotel for 50 euros (with half board)? For its price, the hotel offers a large, well-maintained area with swimming pools, exotic plants, flowers, beautiful birds, restaurants, and, of course, the incredible Red Sea. It's unhealthy for me to eat all day because I love to eat. So I can't comment on the food between breakfast and dinner. Also, I don't drink alcohol every day (even on vacation), so I can't comment on its quality (but the price is quite low—around 3 euros for a couple of beers with dinner). Besides, everyone knows that Arab countries aren't about alkohol. As many people have written, the food is very monotonous. Every day there's beef, chicken, turkey, and fish of various kinds, prepared in different ways. Fresh vegetables (the same every day), fruits (melon, grapes, grapefruit, persimmons, fresh dates, bananas, figs and mango), buns, croissants, pastries, cakes, jellies, puddings, pancakes, donuts, and waffles. One day, we ordered pasta Bolognese for room service for lunch. It wasn't authentic Italian pasta, but it was a large portion of delicious pasta with a generous amount of meat. It was enough for two, and it cost about 4 euros. The rooms may not be modern, but they are large, clean, well furnished, well lit, have enough sockets, etc. Your room will be cleaned daily by default. A kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and bottled water (2-3 bottles per day) are provided in the room. The only one really sad thing is the sea. To be concrete, how do you get there? There are only two entrances, and both are inconvenient. One entrance has a very inconvenient ladder for descending into the water. But you can just jump in. The other entrance is a long, slippery path down to the sea. Beside that it is closed often. Once you've overcome this obstacle, you'll be able to enjoy the clear, blue, and warm water and admire a numerous of colorful fish of varying sizes and shapes. The local corals aren't the best in Sharm, but they're quite good.
