We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was organized perfectly — from the rooms and cleanliness to the restaurants and overall atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to the concierge, Besher. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. His support made our stay even more comfortable and seamless. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.

Incredible hotel all round.....facilities, food, location. The staff and service has been 5 star from the minute we have arrived. From the pool guy (named Hamdy on the aqua side) looking after us daily getting our sunbeds ready where we like to set up for the day to the waiter named Amir in the lounge bar (aqua side). Nothing is too much trouble. The staff have contributed hugely to making this such a special family holiday. The food is excellent. Especially the a la carte restaurants. The Greek restaurant with plate smashing and live music was a highlight. The only slight negative was our room (located on the aqua side). It was very very tired looking with some need of tlc. Other than that this hotel is faultless.

The most amazing resort and a trip I will remember forever as it was our first family holiday! Rooms are immaculate thanks to the amazing staff, facilities are phenomenal and I would overall highly recommend! Special mention and recommendation for Mohamed Abdalani (hope I spelt that properly!) at tunes coffee by Coffee Planet! He made our week more incredible! Every day greeted with a smile, our children loved him and he felt like a friend away from home! Coffee was amazing!! Also thank you to Fatima who worked all over the resort in the lounge bar, restaurants, buffets etc, they are all just incredible and make this experience so special!

Hotel Rixos Premium Seagate in general is good and clean. But all al a carte restaurants all evenings are fully booked, so very hard to make reservation. In 7 days had to try only two, but Brazilian was best of the best. The pools was fine for the kids. Gym near the sea was wonderfull. They had fresh juice bar (ginger, mango, apple, orange, carrot and others), coffee bar, which was so nice to try every day!

Our stay at Rixos Seagate in Egypt was fantastic. The hotel offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The atmosphere, the services, the food, and the activities made every day special. We enjoyed every moment here and truly felt relaxed and welcomed. A special mention goes to Coffee Planet. The coffee there made each morning better and gave us a great start to the day. Abdelrhman, the young man who prepares the coffee, is kind, polite, and very friendly. He makes excellent coffee and always serves it with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to coming back again.
