The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained—truly a joy to walk through. We were especially impressed by the service at the Turquoise Restaurant, with a special mention to Mohammad at the juice bar for his outstanding attentiveness. The staff go out of their way to make children feel welcome and included, which made a big difference to our stay. The pools are fantastic, and the drinks were excellent throughout. We were so impressed by the quality and variety of food that we chose to dine exclusively at the buffet restaurant—it really exceeded our expectations. The coral reef was a highlight—breathtakingly beautiful and an unforgettable experience. We also really enjoyed the exercise classes, and my little boy had a great time at the trampoline session. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease with her warm, professional demeanor. Petty has a true gift for massage therapy—her technique is both strong and intuitive. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and how to work through the tension I’d been carrying for weeks. What really stood out was her attention to detail and ability to focus on the areas that needed the most care without me even having to say much. It was clear she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. By the end of the session, I felt deeply relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter. The relief I experienced lasted well beyond the massage itself. I highly recommend Petty to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and professional massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk staff going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable – exactly what you'd want after a long day of travel. The amenities were top-notch: a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and a pool area that felt like a mini oasis. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with impeccable service. What really stood out was the staff – every person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to feel so at home while away. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Great resort. Lots to do with the kids, the staff is very friendly and helpful. From the restaurant staff to the life guard they were all kind. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is aware of food allergies and dietary restrictions. The Asian restaurant was absolutely delicious, great service, friendly service, good knowledge about allergies and lots of options. My prosecco glass was never empty:) highly recommend it!

Dined at People’s restaurant for my birthday with my baby. Ibrahim looked after us very well, they made lovely food for my weaning baby. All the staff are so attentive and welcoming. Also- decorated the table and sang a lovely happy birthday to help mark the occasion. Great view of the sea too- lovely ambience. Very good with allergies too which can be hard when travelling. Highly recommend.
