During my week-long stay, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of food, accommodations, and entertainment provided. The staff exhibited remarkable politeness and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. From the service staff to the buggy drivers, every aspect of the operation was exceptional. Professional and amazing! The animation pool staff was particularly welcoming and friendly, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for both children and adults. The children were thoroughly entertained, and there was an plenty of activities available. The relax pool provided a an great escape for relaxation and unwinding, while still offering opportunities for children to engage in play. Which is reality it’s what you’re looking for with kids. While the aqua park can experience crowds, we were fortunate to secure a bed during our stay, and the children thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The beech is full of opportunities as well as snacks and drinks, the only thing I found would need improvement on is when arriving if you haven’t booked through a tour operator who’s situated in the hotel, your left to figure out things for yourself which wasted a day of ours when we didn’t have clue where or what was going on!

Thank you for hosting us during our recent stay at your property. While we enjoyed certain aspects, such as the exceptional food, I feel compelled to share several concerns to help enhance future guest experiences, particularly given the high cost of our stay compared to similar-rated hotels offering better experiences at lower prices. The hotel was unprepared for the hot weather, with cold water and chilled drinks rarely available, which was uncomfortable in such high temperatures. Most cocktails were served without ice, and hot drinks were often undrinkable due to the lack of cooling options, as ice was frequently unavailable. Room service was another issue, with cleaning consistently delayed, disrupting our schedule and affecting our comfort. The internal shuttle service was inadequate for the number of guests. The low frequency of shuttles led to long waits—often three or four buses passed before we could board. This was frustrating, as the distances between restaurants, entertainment shows, and rooms necessitated shuttle use. Additionally, the absence of alcohol at the aqua park was disappointing for guests expecting a more complete experience. Given the premium price we paid, we expected a higher standard of service compared to other hotels with similar ratings, which provide better amenities and experiences at a lower cost. We hope you take this feedback constructively. Improving cold drink availability, ensuring timely room service, increasing shuttle frequency, and reconsidering alcohol options at the aqua park would greatly elevate the guest experience to match the price point. Amazing hotel 5/5. Everywhere immaculately clean and tidy from the rooms, pool areas and hotel grounds. Food amazing, so much choice and so many places to eat. A la carte restaurants a real luxury. Staff are really friendly and very attentive to all your needs, any issues we had was quickly sorted at guest relation. Very child friendly with lots to do for kids and plenty for adults too. As always there are a few negative points and areas for improvement. Although this is out of the hotels hands, there are some truly awful guests who stay at the hotel who are very rude. They have no regard for young children or the elderly whatsoever. They will push in front of you at any given point, for example the shuttle buses which you need to get around the hotel as it is so big, they will push in front and barge you out the way at any given point. You will wait for the next bus and the same thing will happen again. There is also a lack of information for what it’s going on at the hotel, you kind of just have to figure it all out yourself which isn’t a major issue but you waste a bit of your holiday doing so.

Spent a lot of our time at the lagoon pool and Karim served us on skates which was a great addition for the kids. He was very quick and attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend. The hotel overall was lovely with lots of choice for all inclusive. Salt restaurant was one of the ones we ate at it was great location and great food!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this Asian restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the sushi set, which was fresh and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding; the staff, including both the waiters and hostesses, were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their friendliness really added to the overall atmosphere and made the evening even more enjoyable.
