We have had an enjoyable stay at the Rixos Seagate with our two children aged 8 & 11. The rooms are very comfortable & have all of the extras such as hair dryer, shampoo etc that you would need. The only thing to mark the rooms down is the sliding french doors do not shut properly. The restaurants are very good, serving a range of food from all over the world. We would definitely recommend the Manghal BBQ restaurant by the beach & the Brazilian steakhouse - all the meat was cooked to perfection. The staff working to clean the rooms are all very friendly & helpful. The waiting staff are also helpful & obliging, wanting to serve your every need! We would recommend staying here.

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Rixos Premium Seagate! The facilities were always clean, well organised and staffed by the most courteous and helpful people - special mention must be made to lifeguard Hamdy who went above and beyond to make our time around the pool the most pleasurable and fun for our children! He is so great with children and helped create memories our two boys will cherish. We must also say a big thank you to Mohammed from the Veranda waiting team - he went above and beyond every day ensuring we had the best restaurant experience. In general, the staff were amazing - the lifeguards are so attentive, always ensuring the safety of the children. The buggy drivers were brilliant and also always ensured that kids were safe at all times. The cleaning staff were also wonderful and so attentive. The highlight of our stay has to be the snorkeling experience at the end of the pier - we were blown away by the coral and the tropical fish we saw!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Was undecided on drinks so our waiter recommended a cocktail which was out of this world. The starters were delightful, that much we order 2 more. The mains (mix grill and lamb casserole) so tender and mouthwatering. Finished off with dessert, baklava.. need I say more. Special recognition to our 3rd anniversary to which a cake was brought out to our surprise. Special nod to Khaled our waiter for the night

Rixos Premium Seagate is hands down the best resort in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The atmosphere is fantastic for both families and adults seeking relaxation. A special thanks to Miss Marwa at the kids’ club—she is absolutely awesome! Her cooperative nature and dedication made our children's experience unforgettable. The kids had a blast while we enjoyed the serene adult-only pool area. The dining options are incredible—delicious food with amazing variety! The nightly entertainment kept everyone entertained. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of fun and relaxation, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended! 🏖️✨

Excellent hotel, facilities and staff. Child friendly and very spacious so doesn't feel overcrowded. The Peoples restaurant was great service, very friendly staff, we had Ibrahim look after us very well and all the staff. Brilliant gluten free options also. 100% recommend. Had a delicious meal at The Mangal, the food was BBQ and cooked live which was a great experience. The staff and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant! Had a lovely meal at the French Restaurant, service, staff and food was amazing! Highly recommend! Had another lovely meal at Peoples restaurant, the food is delicious and they have great gluten free options. It was my daughter birthday so they did a lovely birthday cake and song. We have really enjoyed it at the Peoples restaurant.
