We visited the main restaurant Turquoise at Rixos Premium Seagate several times during our stay, and overall it was a very positive experience. The restaurant is spacious, bright, and well organized, even when it gets busy during peak hours. The food selection is impressive and very diverse. There is something for everyone: fresh salads, grilled meat and fish, international dishes, local cuisine, and a wide variety of desserts. The quality of the food was consistently good, and everything was fresh and well presented. Breakfasts were especially enjoyable, with a large choice of hot and cold dishes, fruits, pastries, and freshly prepared items. The staff deserves special mention — they are friendly, attentive, and work very efficiently. Tables are cleaned quickly, and the service feels professional and welcoming throughout the day. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, typical of a high-end all-inclusive resort. In the evenings, the menu changes slightly, which adds variety and makes dinner feel more special. Overall, the main restaurant fully meets the expectations of a 5-star resort. Great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere made dining here an important and enjoyable part of our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at Rixos Premium Seagate.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and our experience exceeded all expectations from start to finish. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to the room service staff of Room 32201, especially REDA. His service was nothing short of brilliant. He brought so much joy and fun to our kids, making their stay unforgettable, while also taking amazing care of us. His kindness, energy, and attention to detail truly made a difference and deserve the highest praise. We would also like to extend big thanks to Mansur, our driver, for his professionalism, friendliness, and great care during our stay. He made everything smooth and stress-free. My experience there was truly wonderful. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxing, and the service is excellent. The staff at the residence were especially kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything needed. They made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality — I truly appreciate it, and I wish you continued success in the future. A very special compliment goes to the animation team as well. They were energetic, creative, and full of positive spirit, making every day fun and unforgettable. Their effort and enthusiasm really added something special to the whole experience

As Accor members, we had a memorable experience. The food was great with enough variety; I ate all week with no issues. Get water shoes if you want easy beach access. I don't drink, but the atmosphere is suitable for families and non-drinkers. Coming at the end of the season was a bonus—it wasn't crowded, and I easily found spots by the pool. The rooms are a bit dated. Since food is key for me, and I didn't get sick, it was fantastic! We ate at a different restaurant nightly. My fiancé sorted reservation issues with management, and we loved the restaurants; some were truly top-notch. The Turkish restaurant was just average, though. The Aquapark was good and clean, again due to the low crowds. Walking to the lobby was a struggle for me (nearly disabled); I really wish they had an elevator. Room cleaning was fine. Finally, our waiter, İslam, saved our holiday by helping us recover a valuable item my fiancé left on a table.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was absolutely lovely, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the aqua park — the Monkey Wave was our favourite. We also visited the Anjana Spa, which had the most beautiful and calming ambience. My massage therapist Than was amazing, and I only wish I had booked more sessions because it was far better than I expected. The Veranda restaurant was conveniently close to our room, and we loved both the food and the attentive service. We also want to give a special mention to Esraa, who greeted us every day with a warm smile — such a lovely presence! Another standout was Kaream from the Lagoon Bar, who was always so kind and even went out of his way to bring our food directly to our table. If I were to mention anything that could be improved, it would be just two small things. Firstly, it would have been helpful to receive a bit more information about the resort itself — things like where everything is located, how to get around, and a schedule of any events or activities. Secondly, the music at the Lagoon Bar could be more upbeat. The instrumental tracks sometimes felt a little too mellow and even a bit depressing, so a livelier playlist would create a much better atmosphere. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would happily return. Highly recommended
