Every dish was perfectly prepared and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. This is easily one of the best restaurants I’ve visited, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food and a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The drinks were excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great variety at the bar. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and welcoming from morning to night. The property is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with stylish spaces and comfortable rooms. Service quality was consistently high, and every detail showed professionalism and care. It was pleasantly warm, creating a cozy holiday mood. Overall, a high standard experience that we would happily recommend and definitely return to again soon ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was organized perfectly — from the rooms and cleanliness to the restaurants and overall atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to the concierge, Besher. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. His support made our stay even more comfortable and seamless. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.

Hotel Rixos Premium Seagate in general is good and clean. But all al a carte restaurants all evenings are fully booked, so very hard to make reservation. In 7 days had to try only two, but Brazilian was best of the best. The pools was fine for the kids. Gym near the sea was wonderfull. They had fresh juice bar (ginger, mango, apple, orange, carrot and others), coffee bar, which was so nice to try every day!

Second visit – outstanding experience once again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second stay at Rixos Premium Seagate, and once again the hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional and truly five-bubble worthy. We would especially like to highlight several staff members who made our stay even more memorable. Youanna, working in the reception area, was very welcoming and helpful. Rashad at the reception bar provided excellent service and always greeted us with a smile. Hmada, who took care of our room, did his job extremely thoroughly – the room was always perfectly clean, and he was polite, attentive, and very kind. In the French restaurant, Peter stood out with his professional and friendly service, which we truly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Oksana, the guest relations, who was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautiful, and very well maintained, with a large and spacious territory that never feels crowded. The food was varied, high quality, and delicious every day. While some guests mention alcohol as a downside, as light consumers we personally had no complaints at all. We travelled as a couple with our 16-year-old daughter, and all three of us felt comfortable, relaxed, and very well looked after. This was another fantastic family holiday, and we will definitely be returning again in the future.
