We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was organized perfectly — from the rooms and cleanliness to the restaurants and overall atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to the concierge, Besher. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. His support made our stay even more comfortable and seamless. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.

Great hotel. Excellent food and drink with enough options for vegetarian food. Stayed on aqua side but easy enough to get buggy to the other side. All staff are helpful and hardworking. Tips are appreciated but not mandatory. The main buffets are busy but the staff manage very well. Kids club was fine on both sides. However the time tables don't match up with what is actually on. It could be updated with more outdoor play space and more to do indoors for children aged 5+. The "baby room" is good but it's small and unsupervised by staff which means older children can go in (who are not with parents) and put off younger children. There's a cinema room and playstation room but I did think it was lacking in terms things to do for children who don't want screen time. Not all staff were attentive and though I never left my children there unattended I noticed some children crying etc and not being responded to. Alisa was incredible and one of the best kids club staff members. Excellent Anjana spa. Best massage by Than. Very professional and relaxing.

From arrival to leaving after 10 days holiday every member of staff couldn't do enough to make our holiday the best. Service, facilities, gardens, pools, food and beverages were excellent. The bed was super comfortable using soft cotton Egyptian bedding and good pillows. Little extras like a well stocked fridge and snacks in our room and cleaning my sunglasses by the pool. The food was excellent. My husband suffers from digestive issues and diabetes and the hotel accommodated all his needs like I do at home. The speciality restaurants food used top quality ingredients cooked to order. The drinks available on the inclusive package were all the top brands. Having been on high end cruises and high end package holidays Rixos Premium Seagate exceeded anything we have enjoyed before. Hotel Rixos Premium Seagate in general is good and clean. But all al a carte restaurants all evenings are fully booked, so very hard to make reservation. In 7 days had to try only two, but Brazilian was best of the best. The pools was fine for the kids. Gym near the sea was wonderfull. They had fresh juice bar (ginger, mango, apple, orange, carrot and others), coffee bar, which was so nice to try every day!

Stopped by the Lobby Bar Aqua Bar and had a gin and tonic — and it was excellent. Perfectly balanced, crisp, and refreshing, with just the right amount of garnish. You can tell they know how to make a proper drink. The Anjana spa massage was great, Petty fixed my back, I am 2 inches taller Simple order, but done properly — and that’s what makes the difference. Would definitely come back for another. 🍸
