I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at the restaurant for a wonderful evening! The atmosphere here is very cozy and perfect for relaxing. I especially want to highlight the work of the waiters — everything was top-notch: polite and unobtrusive service, quick order fulfillment, and excellent menu recommendations. The dishes were incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the kitchen works with passion and high-quality ingredients. I will definitely come back again and will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience!

Our stay at the resort was truly outstanding! Mr. Adham at the reception provided exceptional service—he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Almost all the employees across the resort were extremely friendly and proactive. My mom, who uses a wheelchair, received excellent care and attention from the staff everywhere. They went out of their way to assist her, and their kindness and thoughtfulness made her experience truly delightful. I also had the best massage at the spa. Ms. Petty was incredibly professional and polite, and her massage was absolutely amazing. It was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Overall, the staff and service at the resort exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommended!

Lagoon bar aqua side very good service! Good cocktails. Lovely food! They are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Ali behind the bar is amazing and so accommodating. This side is very good for kids and very relaxing. I recommend staying here 100%.

It’s a wonderful hotel. We came with our two children and had a great time. The mini club is very nice, and the food is delicious. The staff’s attentiveness was amazing—our every need was met at all times. The spa and massages were excellent. I would especially like to thank Ms. Nittaya, who gave me a massage. The Asian restaurant where we had dinner last night was also fantastic. The food and the friendly, attentive staff were outstanding. We will definitely come again. It’s an ideal holiday destination for families with children.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained—truly a joy to walk through. We were especially impressed by the service at the Turquoise Restaurant, with a special mention to Mohammad at the juice bar for his outstanding attentiveness. The staff go out of their way to make children feel welcome and included, which made a big difference to our stay. The pools are fantastic, and the drinks were excellent throughout. We were so impressed by the quality and variety of food that we chose to dine exclusively at the buffet restaurant—it really exceeded our expectations. The coral reef was a highlight—breathtakingly beautiful and an unforgettable experience. We also really enjoyed the exercise classes, and my little boy had a great time at the trampoline session. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.
