Second visit – outstanding experience once again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second stay at Rixos Premium Seagate, and once again the hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional and truly five-bubble worthy. We would especially like to highlight several staff members who made our stay even more memorable. Youanna, working in the reception area, was very welcoming and helpful. Rashad at the reception bar provided excellent service and always greeted us with a smile. Hmada, who took care of our room, did his job extremely thoroughly – the room was always perfectly clean, and he was polite, attentive, and very kind. In the French restaurant, Peter stood out with his professional and friendly service, which we truly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Oksana, the guest relations, who was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautiful, and very well maintained, with a large and spacious territory that never feels crowded. The food was varied, high quality, and delicious every day. While some guests mention alcohol as a downside, as light consumers we personally had no complaints at all. We travelled as a couple with our 16-year-old daughter, and all three of us felt comfortable, relaxed, and very well looked after. This was another fantastic family holiday, and we will definitely be returning again in the future. We had an amazing stay at this Rixos hotel and would gladly return. One of the highlights for us was the Aqua Lobby Bar – the atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Mohamed & Mohamed (from house no. 33), Mohamed (from Veranda Restaurant) and Mariam, who truly elevated our experience. They have been attentive, professional, and always friendly, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The food and beverages throughout the hotel were of very high quality, far above what you would normally expect from a resort. Whether it was a coffee, a snack, or a cocktail, everything was consistently excellent and well presented. Traveling with kids, we were especially impressed by the Rixy Kids Club. It was absolutely amazing and offered a wide variety of activities from early morning until late in the day. The staff showed genuine care and interest in the wellbeing of the children, creating a safe, warm, and fun atmosphere. The facilities were modern and clean. A big plus is the kids’ pool located in the same area, which allows parents to relax nearby while the kids enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, high-quality food and beverages, and an exceptional kids program made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for couples and families alike.

Recently, we vacationed at the Rixos Premium Seagate Hotel and were absolutely delighted. It's really one of the best hotels we've ever been to. The area is huge, very beautiful and well-kept, there are a lot of greenery, flowers and swimming pools. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The cleanup was done daily, everything was always top-notch. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly, and accommodating toward guests. Any requests were resolved quickly and with a smile. The hotel meals are just great. A large selection of restaurants, diverse and delicious food for every taste. I especially liked the a la carte themed restaurants and fresh seafood. Separately, I want to note the beach and the sea. The beach is clean, convenient access to the water, and there is a long pontoon with access to a beautiful coral reef – a perfect spot for snorkeling. Animation and entertainment are also at their best: interesting shows, live music, many activities for children and adults. The hotel is great for both family holidays and couples. We got a lot of positive emotions and would love to be back here again. I recommend Rixos Premium Seagate to anyone who wants to spend their vacation comfortably and at a high level!

We’ve spent Xmas here and had a wonderful time. The staff can’t do enough for you, they’re so attentive. Everyone from the pool attendants (so lovely), room cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff are all amazing and make the place what it is. Food and drinks have all been fantastic, no complaints at all. The reception team and the team in the lounge bar on Aqua side are amazing-great cocktails. Great week in the beautiful sunshine, we’ve already booked for next year! Absolutely recommend this fabulous hotel 5*****

We had a great stay at Rixos Premium Seagate and travelled with a toddler (1 year and 10 months old). Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and well-organised for families. We did not try all of the restaurants, but the ones we visited were excellent. We especially loved the Brazilian restaurant (La Churrascaria), the beach barbecue restaurant, and the Greek restaurant Mykonos. We would like to give special praise to the staff. The tennis coach Omar was perfect – very professional, friendly, and supportive. A special thank you also goes to the lifeguard Abdelghafar, who was always attentive, kind, and made us feel very safe at the pool, especially while travelling with a small child. There are a few small areas for improvement. Room cleaning could be more thorough, and some rooms may benefit from light renovation. The Kids Club would really benefit from newer toys and more options for very young children, as there were very limited toys suitable for toddlers. We also had a minor issue with a reservation at the Salt restaurant. We were told we could arrive earlier, but when we arrived, this was not possible. As we did not want to wait with a small child, we decided to go to the buffet restaurant instead. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for families travelling with young children.
