The room was absolutely spotless — everything was shining, from the freshly ironed bed linen to the perfectly sanitized bathroom. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the room. It made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended! A very special thank you to Mr. Mohammed Omda, who was responsible for this wonderful cleanliness and care. The hotel is huge and beautiful. There is so much activities to do both in the daytime and nighttime. The aqua park is amazing, it has so much slides.The food is amazing in the hotel, and there is an endless selection of it. I highly recommend Mangal as the barbecue there is so fresh and delicious.The bars offer lots of refreshing beverages, and the juice bar is great. All the hotel staff are so kind, welcoming and are always willing to help out. However a special shoutout to Hanen who made us feel welcome all the time and was always willing to help out with whatever we needed. If you ever need anything feel free to tell her and she will help, she is so kind!

Overall we had a good stay but with a couple of tweaks it could have been excellent. Positives - Grounds and rooms are excellent and well maintained. There was plentiful choice for food which was good quality and tasty. Pools and waterpark catered for all the family and the beach finishes off the hotel perfectly. Service overall was very good and staff catered to the whole family. Areas for improvement- Check in was a little rushed and didn’t explain all the hotel facilities but not a major issue. Entertainment was patchy. Daytime activities not advertised well with no visible team to encourage people to take part. Night time entertainment was repetitive and was basically the same dancing and music every night. Drinks were the poorest we’ve had at any hotel. Cocktails were not drinkable and premium drinks hard to come by. Biggest disappointment was the kids club - poorly organised and in a run down building. We had a good holiday overall but lacked the 5 star touches

Amazing holiday! I will highly recommend this hotel for a family stay. Everything was exceptional. All stuff are so professional and attentive to details. Things that need to be told: very good wifi everywhere ( if you need to work here), amazing snorkelling areas, great equipped gym. I tried 2 treatments at spa, it was hands down the best hamam ever! Best wishes and good luck, definitely coming back 👌❤️

Absolutely lovely hotel. I’m currently here with my husband and two kids 14/10. The rooms are really spacious and clean. The buffet restaurant has a really good selection. I do prefer the one down stairs, especially for breakfast, I prefer the layout. Restaurants are really good as well. Make sure you log on at 4pm to book as they go quickly. I wouldn’t recommend the Turkish restaurant. There are so many pools to choose from, and they’re all lovely. I’ve been enjoying the spa in the evenings with my husband as the sun goes down early. I had a massage today with Nittaya. She was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure my 1.5 hour massage was perfect. She worked really hard on my problem areas and made the rest of the massage really relaxing. So thank you Nittaya. I honestly have no complaints about this hotel. Everything has been perfect. My son kept having nose bleeds on the first day due to the heat and the life guards so so helpful and made sure he was ok. All thr staff here have been great. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Also we book a really good scuba diving trip with the team at the hotel. Really worth it.
