The room was absolutely spotless — everything was shining, from the freshly ironed bed linen to the perfectly sanitized bathroom. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the room. The hotel is huge and beautiful. There is so much activities to do both in the daytime and nighttime. The aqua park is amazing, it has so much slides.The food is amazing in the hotel, and there is an endless selection of it. I highly recommend Mangal as the barbecue there is so fresh and delicious.The bars offer lots of refreshing beverages, and the juice bar is great. All the hotel staff are so kind, welcoming and are always willing to help out. However a special shoutout to Hanen who made us feel welcome all the time and was always willing to help out with whatever we needed. If you ever need anything feel free to tell her and she will help, she is so kind!

We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at People's Restaurant, and it was truly a lovely experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot to start the day. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our breakfast comfortable and friendly. His attentive service and kind demeanor added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great breakfast with excellent service!

We have had a fantastic 10day vacation at the Rixos Seagate. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff cannot do enough for us. We stayed on the aqua side of the resort and the poolside staff & lifeguards we're so friendly and attentive that we felt our daughter was very safe in the pool. Ali at the poolside bar and Abdu the lifeguard helped make our vacation so much better with their assistance and service. We ate mostly in Turquoise where the food is excellent and we we're mostly served by Walid & Mohammed who both went above and beyond. Mohammed was a great help when i took ill for a few days. We don't normally return to the same hotel/resort twice but would definitely come back here.

We had a lovely time a the beach today Mohamed was very attentive and brought us our drinks in a timely and very friendly manner. The facilities are impeccably clean, the sun beds are well spaced and although it is busy you never feel crowded. The staff work tirelessly to ensure excellent service, the Gozleme and Ayran are my personal favourites. Well worth a trip! We’re having a wonderful holiday and looking forward to the second half. Well done team Rixos!
