About the Anjana SPA: That was an amazing massage made by Nixtya. Perfect service and excellent hospitality. Love the relaxing atmosphere. Pretty interior and helpfull people. Next massage we have with Petty and Tanya. Those with stretching were the best! About the Hotel: if you are in this part of Egipt, for this country it is really good deal. Perfect staff, really helpfull and supportive. Cleaning was spot on, main restaurants especially Veranda- clean, full, good food. Ala carte - we hoped for better, small portions, better food was in main restaurant. The booking system could be improved as QR codes sometimes were not working or you needed go to Reception desk to request a table. Basically, two widea of the hotel were nice andin good confirm, pools cleaned and a lot of space. Drinks - every waiter makes them differently, there is no standard and for sure no good alcohols. Hotel is expensive, but if you find some discounts- good to book.

Brazilian restaurant: This was the best restaurant we have eaten here and there are excellent restaurants here. Food was cooked to perfection, melt in the mouth. All the meats were excellent - no cheap filling sausage but fillet steak, lamb, chicken, prawns - all delicious and then bbq'd pineapple for desert which was a perfect end. Staff were very polite and professional. We ate outside and it was a lovely atmosphere. Side dishes too and sauces were excellent. Perfect dining experience.

A wonderful stay at the marvelous hotel. Everything is just about making memories. Service is amazing. Everything is fast and even more unforgettable than you can expect. For sure the service nearby the swimming pool should be highlighted. The bartender Tarek and his team provide you with a quick and tender Service. It's my strong recommendation for your vacation.

Me and my family stayed for 6 nights. We were originally given rooms in the aqua park area, but after enquiring at reception, we were given rooms in the seaview resort. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food was consistently good (especially the Brazilian restaurant). I would also like to thank the cleaner for my room, Moataz for doing such a great job and always working around my schedule. Would happily stay for longer and come again.

Our room number was 5218. We would like to give special thanks to our room attendant Qhairah (Kaira), who was extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is genuinely helpful. The food in the à la carte restaurants is delicious, and the buffet restaurant also offers a wide variety of choices — everything was very tasty. The transportation drivers who shuttle guests around the resort are friendly and very service-minded. The only downside is that the rooms would benefit from renovation.
