Great location and rooms are lovely we stayed in block 20 and the cleaner here went above and beyond. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all bars and restaurants. Perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary as they go 1 step extra at the restaurants to help you celebrate. In hotel shops are more expensive than if you go outside the hotel.

The pool itself is impeccably maintained, with crystal-clear water and ample space for both leisurely swims and relaxation. The surrounding area is beautifully landscaped, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of the visit, however, was undoubtedly the bar. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well-cared-for. The drink selection was impressive, offering a variety of both classic and creative cocktails, all expertly prepared. Whether you're enjoying a refreshing beverage by the water or taking a break in one of the comfortable lounge areas, the experience is nothing short of luxurious. Overall, this swimming pool with a bar offers the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch poolside experience. I don't know where to begin in describing our wonderful experience here. There was never a dull moment from the time we entered the hotel. The entertainment for both adults and kids were endless. The food was incredible,we were in a food heaven. The pools were huge and never too crowded,the Aqua Park was so clean and well maintained.The scuba diving experience was beautiful and the beach has a lovely atmosphere. Definitely will come back here again. One of the most memorable and fun holidays we've had. Only con would be the basic rooms,they could do with an updated interior.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Seagate in Sharm, and it was an experience to remember! The weather was delightfully hot, perfect for a sun-soaked holiday. The hotel itself was nothing short of amazing. The food was a highlight of the trip – a diverse array of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The swimming pools were another standout feature. They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting. The bar service, both inside and outside, was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to serve with a smile. However, the quality of the drinks was a bit of a letdown. I know my vodka, and this did not taste like the brands which we were served from, which affected the overall taste and experience. Despite this, the overall stay was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food made for a truly memorable holiday. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Egypt.

The setting is perfect for both a romantic dinner and a relaxed family meal. The menu offers a diverse selection of international and local dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients. I opted for the seafood platter, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, showcasing the expertise of the chefs. What truly sets Turquoise apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making sure every detail was perfect. The meal was complemented by a fantastic wine list, which included both local and international options. Overall, Turquoise Restaurant is a must
