We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rixos Premium Seagate and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing holiday. The food quality was outstanding, and we were especially impressed by the Turkish cuisine — it was authentically and superbly prepared, truly one of the culinary highlights of our stay. The room cleanliness was excellent throughout our visit. A special thank you to Hamada, who took care of our room with great attention to detail and professionalism. His effort did not go unnoticed and he was always smiling & helping us no matter what we need. We would also like to recognise Süleiman, the coffee shop barista, who made every visit enjoyable with his great coffee and warm attitude. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Huda, the Guest Relations Manager, for her consistently respectful, kind, and attentive support. She truly elevated our overall experience and the fact that she managed to learn Turkish to help guests from TR was also an exceptional skill. Excellent food and service quality in Salt and Lalezar. Its Adana kebap is competing very well with the kebap in Adana. 👏👏👏 This hotel delivers excellence in service, hospitality, and quality. We give it 5 stars without hesitation and look forward to returning.

Every detail reflects care and high standards. The staff made our stay even more special with their kindness and professionalism. We had a wonderful dining experience at Salt Seafood Restaurant inside Rixos Hotel. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. Every dish we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented, making the whole meal truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Bassem, who took great care of us during our visit. He was very friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was perfect and that we felt welcome the entire time. His service really made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality seafood and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!

Incredible hotel all round.....facilities, food, location. The staff and service has been 5 star from the minute we have arrived. From the pool guy (named Hamdy on the aqua side) looking after us daily getting our sunbeds ready where we like to set up for the day to the waiter named Amir in the lounge bar (aqua side). Nothing is too much trouble. The staff have contributed hugely to making this such a special family holiday. The food is excellent. Especially the a la carte restaurants. The Greek restaurant with plate smashing and live music was a highlight. The only slight negative was our room (located on the aqua side). It was very very tired looking with some need of tlc. Other than that this hotel is faultless.
