Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 as part of the all-inclusive package, which also includes lunch and dinner. However, these meals are only served in specific bars or restaurants. Children are catered to with specially designed menus for younger guests. Refreshing drinks are available at certain times, such as soft drinks offered around the clock, coffee and tea between 16:00 and 22:00, beer, wine, cocktails, and national alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 06:00. In addition to the main meals, guests can grab small snacks from 12:00 to 17:00 or indulge in late-night snacks from 22:30 to 01:00. For those who like to stay in bed, a late riser's breakfast is offered between 10:30 and 11:00. As a special treat, guests can enjoy one meal at the a la carte restaurant. Complimentary amenities include a welcome drink, free internet, a limited minibar in the room, and the option to use a safe with a deposit. For even greater convenience, the hotel offers early check-in and late check-out, based on occupancy and availability.

We stayed at Sunrise Arabian for 12 nights and have zero complaints. The service is second to none, and the staff cannot do enough for you. We had a slight issue with air conditioning but it was sorted very quickly. The facilities are fabulous and our son had all sorts to keep him occupied. There is a complimentary show in a sister hotel which is recommended. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The food in the buffet is fantastic and authentic. Special shout to George’s in the swim up bar who was so helpful and friendly. We would return without hesitation.

We had an amazing week at this resort. The Posh Club was great, the lounge was just metres away from our room and very convenient for breakfast or late night drinks. We really appreciated the free unlimited laundry and free beach cabana, as well as the airport transfers. The food was great in all the restaurants, we particularly enjoyed the Indian and French restaurants. The Thai restaurant was good as well. The Italian restaurant was great for lunch, especially the pizza and pide. However we were forced to dine at the buffet restaurant on the first night, the BBQ meat was great, but all the sides were cold and it was hectic and noisy. We really enjoyed the spa. It was great value compared to other spas we have visited in similar resorts in other parts of the world, yet still very high quality. We got a Turkish bath experience, a face mask, 2 massages (on different days) and unlimited sauna/steam room/jacuzzi use for the same price as just a massage at most other spas! It is a huge resort with so much to do! We were still discovering things on our last day! However to get around the resort there is a very frequent bus service and golf carts for the posh club.

We travelled as a couple and could not have had a better experience. We tried hard to find fault but could not. The restaurants were all of good quality and we were able to get bookings in them all. The food quality was high across all including the buffet. Though the drinks were not international brands they were of better quality than we had experiences in Egypt before, the selection of cocktails were really good. Evening entertainment and the animation team were good and really entertaining. Most of all was the service provided by the staff, waiters, bar staff, pool staff, reception, room cleaning even gardeners could not be more attentive and polite. All in all a great experience

We absolutely enjoyed our stay so very much and really appreciate the high-quality service and professionalism of the entire staff!!! Best hotel we've stayed in the past decade and well worth it - brilliant value and most importantly an unforgettable experience. The hotel environment is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and easy to get around. The facilities are well kept and clearly marked. The beach is relaxing and oh my the snorkelling experience was divine - so much fish and coral with vivid colours! Activities and entertainment options are plenty throughout the day, and booking is super easy and straightforward. Each member of staff we have encountered was extremely helpful, friendly and smiling all the time, from the reception to concierge to waiters/waitresses to lifeguards to gym/spa staff. I cannot express how grateful, satisfied and happy I am with Sunrise Arabian. It was such a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again soon! :) :D

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience at the adult swimming pool, thanks to the exceptional service from Hassan and Ehab. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that the drinks and poolside service were perfect. Their warm hospitality truly made my visit special. Additionally, the housekeeping service for room 3122 was excellent! The room was always spotless and well-maintained with great attention to detail. A big thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
