Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 as part of the all-inclusive package, which also includes lunch and dinner. However, these meals are only served in specific bars or restaurants. Children are catered to with specially designed menus for younger guests. Refreshing drinks are available at certain times, such as soft drinks offered around the clock, coffee and tea between 16:00 and 22:00, beer, wine, cocktails, and national alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 06:00. In addition to the main meals, guests can grab small snacks from 12:00 to 17:00 or indulge in late-night snacks from 22:30 to 01:00. For those who like to stay in bed, a late riser's breakfast is offered between 10:30 and 11:00. As a special treat, guests can enjoy one meal at the a la carte restaurant. Complimentary amenities include a welcome drink, free internet, a limited minibar in the room, and the option to use a safe with a deposit. For even greater convenience, the hotel offers early check-in and late check-out, based on occupancy and availability.

We spent 10 unforgettable days at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with our family, and the service was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Everyone — from the front desk to the restaurant team — was attentive, kind, and always ready to go the extra mile. It was clear that the team genuinely enjoys what they do, and that positive energy was felt every day. Whether we needed assistance, recommendations, or just a friendly chat — the service was warm and flawless. The way the staff interacted with our children was especially touching. This level of hospitality made our vacation feel even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing holiday here and would thoroughly recommend people come. The posh club is well worth it. Delicious food, great service and amazing snorkelling. A proper 5 star experience. Nour at the Posh Club was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and he got us booked at restaurants, beach cabana, etc so quickly. A really great personalised service. Muhammed did a wonderful job cleaning our room and was very approachable. He made sure we had our favourite snacks and drinks each day. Patricia at the Posh Club lounge was great and super friendly. She got to know what we liked and knew our usual order. Staff at the restaurants and on the beach were lovely. We were sad to leave and hope to come back!

We stayed at Sunrise Arabian for 12 nights and have zero complaints. The service is second to none, and the staff cannot do enough for you. We had a slight issue with air conditioning but it was sorted very quickly. The facilities are fabulous and our son had all sorts to keep him occupied. There is a complimentary show in a sister hotel which is recommended. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The food in the buffet is fantastic and authentic. Special shout to George’s in the swim up bar who was so helpful and friendly. We would return without hesitation.

We stayed at Sunrise Arabian Beach and overall were quite satisfied. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green, and it’s clear that the staff works hard to maintain cleanliness — everything is tidy and regularly cleaned. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. The only downside was that the bathroom mirrors were often poorly wiped. The food is good for Egypt. Every lunch and dinner, they serve grilled meat, fish, and chicken. Seafood is always available. The selection is not very large, but everything is fresh and tasty. However, the variety of fruits is quite small. The sea is clean and great for snorkeling. There is no direct entry for adults from the beach — only from the pier. But there is a small shallow area by the shore where children can swim safely, which is convenient for families with little kids. The entire staff is very friendly, responsive, and tries to create a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, the hotel left a good impression. But there is one big downside — smoking is allowed almost everywhere: by the pool, on the beach, on the restaurant terrace, and in many public areas. This greatly affects the experience, especially for families with children or those sensitive to smoke.

We have had an amazing 10 nights here. All the staff are absolutely brilliant! Always smiling & friendly with a bit of banter 😆 & rooms bright & clean. Resort is beautiful although needs a bit of maintenance. Pools lovely with great staff! Spa amazing! I wanted to shout out to all the restaurant staff & bar staff ❤️ Thai, Indian & Italian top notch! Food good although issues with buffet restaurant with other diners who allow children to touch food & put it back. 🤢Also dipping fingers into dishes to try 🤢 Dropping food & myself nearly slipping before it could be cleaned up by the overworked cleaning staff. A couple of kitchen assistants dropped croissants & then placed back on tray😮
