All-inclusive

Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 as part of the all-inclusive package, which also includes lunch and dinner. However, these meals are only served in specific bars or restaurants. Children are catered to with specially designed menus for younger guests. Refreshing drinks are available at certain times, such as soft drinks offered around the clock, coffee and tea between 16:00 and 22:00, beer, wine, cocktails, and national alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 06:00. In addition to the main meals, guests can grab small snacks from 12:00 to 17:00 or indulge in late-night snacks from 22:30 to 01:00. For those who like to stay in bed, a late riser's breakfast is offered between 10:30 and 11:00. As a special treat, guests can enjoy one meal at the a la carte restaurant. Complimentary amenities include a welcome drink, free internet, a limited minibar in the room, and the option to use a safe with a deposit. For even greater convenience, the hotel offers early check-in and late check-out, based on occupancy and availability.

Staying at this establishment is truly delightful and offers a comfortable experience. The amenities provided within the rooms are thoughtfully curated for guests' enjoyment and convenience. The attentive staff members consistently strive to ensure a pleasant and memorable visit. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, which enhances the overall sense of well-being. The food offered is delicious and presents a range of options to satisfy various tastes. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is inviting and creates a relaxing environment. It's the perfect place for a getaway. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time.

We stayed here for a week and overall had a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Room: We booked a swim-up room in the adults-only area. The room itself was quite nice and quiet, which we appreciated. However, our pool barely got any sun, so the water was too cold to enjoy, the other side of the building seems to have better sun exposure. The bathroom also had a funny smell that never really went away. Food: The food wasn’t bad, but there wasn’t much variety. Breakfast and lunch were basically the same every day, and dinner only changed slightly. The à la carte restaurants were disappointing. not just in terms of authenticity, but simply in taste. Surprisingly, the buffet was better, which is rare for an all-inclusive resort. Drinks: No imported alcohol, which is pretty standard. The drinks themselves were fine and had real alcohol (not watered down), but you need to know what to order. Once you figure out what you like, it’s enjoyable enough. Service: This is the area that really needs improvement. Some staff, especially the younger ones, were friendly and tried their best. However, many of the older staff were indifferent or even rude, no greetings, no eye contact, and sometimes they’d just tilt their chin up as if to say “what do you want?”. One bartender at the waterfall bar even walked away in the middle of my order. On a positive note, the staff at Churchill were lovely and very professional. There were also staff walking around asking how we felt about the food or service, but they didn’t seem to understand much English beyond “all good”. One even asked me to write a review in front of her so she could take a photo. Pre- and Post-Stay Communication: Before arrival, I got a message from the reception manager asking if I had any requests or questions. I replied right away, but never got a response. When we checked out, he asked for feedback. I gave him honest comments, but he didn’t seem to understand and just asked me to write a review. So… here it is. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with potential, but the service and consistency definitely need improvement

Chef Mohamed Hassafy, the executive chef, truly stands out he runs the kitchen with excellence, always ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make the dining experience unforgettable. Chef Hussein is truly outstanding professional, kind, and always ready to help. His warm smile and genuine care make guests feel special, and his dedication is reflected in the quality of the food and service. We also want to thank Ayman a member of basilico restaurant staff ,who was always attentive, polite, and full of positive energy. His friendly attitude and great service added so much to our dining experience. From the management to the restaurant and service teams, everything was simply perfect. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this hotel with friends, and overall, we really enjoyed it! The service deserves special mention — it was excellent. The restaurant staff were always helpful and attentive, and all the employees were polite and well-trained. Having stayed at other hotels in Egypt, we can definitely say that the service here stands out. There are plenty of activities throughout the day — volleyball, darts, and other entertainment, so you’ll never get bored. The hotel area is very large, and you can move around by shuttle bus. The sea entrance is convenient for everyone: there’s a shallow sandy area suitable for children, as well as a beautiful pier for those who love exploring the underwater world (though be cautious — sometimes there are dangerous fish). We’d also like to highlight the tennis court — lessons with a coach are free, you just need to book in advance. Overall, we recommend this hotel both for families and groups of friends. There isn’t a lot of young people — the main audience is 30+, and the guests are quite international, which creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Wishing everyone a wonderful stay! 🌴

My stay at Sunrice Arabian Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed with the exceptional level of service — the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs. The food at the restaurants was varied and delicious, providing a great dining experience. Additionally, the animation program was fun and engaging, offering activities for both adults and children, which made the holiday even more memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Sunrice Arabian for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
