Don't get me wrong, this place is fantastic. The staff absolutely and most definitely make this a hotel to stay at. The only downside is having the local branded drinks included as part of the all inclusive category, they just aren't the same, when other hotels I've visited in other countries include label brands at no extra cost. Also, although the food is fine here, it's not top notch. All in all though, a great place for a short break away, and one I would recommend.

Superb hotel layout and location. Great service and location. Best holiday we've stayed at so far. Very romantic, spacious, beautiful hotel with 4 a la carte restaurants to use as part of the all-inclusive package. Just got back after 11 nights and we can't wait to go back again later this year.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Brilliant service starts the moment you reach the gates. Security, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, beach staff, pool staff....ALL ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Sorry if I have missed anyone out.

Maybe it could do with a slight revamp, BUT not many would mind it as it is!

Really great hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms are all good. Minor points about corridor noise under the door (people talking as walking past or a door slam) but not terrible. Food choice is good, sometimes the quality of the food was adequate only)... Again not a deal breaker at all

My husband and I spent 14 nights in this extremely efficient and friendly run hotel room 4037.
7th to 21st February 2024
Everything from the quality of cleanliness, quality of linen and non invasive service made our stay most memorable.
On arrival our greeting from Hend was charming in offering us the opportunity to view several rooms before negotiating the upgrade we chose, as we wished to be situated on the ground floor.
From the minute we arrived we felt totally relaxed without any of the normal hustle and bustle which I personally have experienced in many reception areas.
The calm atmosphere this hotel and its entire staff generates is so rare in today's world.
Our room 4037 was not just cleaned to the highest standard it sparkled and together with Ezzat towel artistry it was an absolute joy returning to it, plus the added anticipation of the choice of delicacies Ahmed Farouk would deliver for us to enjoy with our afternoon tea while soaking in our terrace jacuzzi.
The breakfast chef Ahmed Kaboria is delightful cooking us beautiful dishes and making delicious culinary suggestions.
We spent much of our time relaxing by the heated pool and pool bar where I was encouraged by Montasser to try a concoction of grated ginger honey cinnamon and lime juice.
Samy continued making this delicious drink for me every day while Reda often stopped by to chat to my husband discussing world issues and literary authors.
Samy also ensured my husband had no shortage of wine and his tuna sandwich which was delicious.
The delightful life guard A.Atef who not only daily cleaned thoroughly our jacuzzi and ensured we had beautiful clean soft towels at the pool but kept an eye open for anything untoward.
The all inclusive package we chose suited us so well because the variety of restaurants in hotel and outside in Soho Square meant we were spoilt for choice.
Our constructive suggestions for improvements would be a coffee machine for the room and an illuminated shaving and make up mirror as I found the lighting fairly inadequate in the bathroom.
