I had the absolute privilege of staying at this incredible resort last weekend, and I truly can't say enough about the outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, accommodating, and full of genuine smiles — it made such a difference. Travelling with a newborn is no easy feat, but choosing this resort was hands-down the right call. I voiced a few concerns about my room, and not only were they taken seriously, but I could tell that guest experience is something the team here values deeply — possibly even the hotel manager stepped in to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Every interaction felt heartfelt, and I left feeling so happy and well taken care of. Can’t wait to plan my next getaway here. Absolutely stellar service — keep up the amazing work!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The ambiance was absolutely superb, with every corner reflecting elegance and comfort. The room renovation was done with great taste, offering a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The restaurant provided a 5-star experience — the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious! The swimming pool was huge and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing swim or lounging. I also appreciated how kid-friendly the hotel was, with plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. The spa package and service were also top-notch — truly the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

We spent a week here recovering from from an active couple of weeks in Borneo and Penang and found it to be the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, recently refurbished and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was very enthuiastic - everything was replenised promptly (we ended up with 16 unused litre bottles of water, despite drinking about 4 a day!) Thre main restaurant served a good range of international dishes or, if you prefer a buffet, the Spice Market had an extensive array of Malaysian food. As the weather was unusually dry for this time of year we were able to eat all of our meals outside next to the beach. The pool is amazing - huge, clean and with masses of sunbeds and parasols. The bar stff give you a buzzer to call for drinks and the children's pool is full of water features. We were slightly bemused by the "It's always dangerous to swim in the sea" notices but we did anyway and we lived to tell the tale (as did everyone else!) We did have a minor issue while we were there but the management dealt with it effectively which is always the sign of a good hotel and didn't impact on the quality of our stay there. Finally, I just need to reassure anyone who has looked the the proximity of the hotel to the end of the airport runway and wondered about aircfaft noise - there is - however there are only a dozen or so flights a day in and out and you only hear the noise of those taking off for a few seconds and even then it's not excessive - it's actually something to watch and far less intrusive than jet skis and power boats that plage some beach resorts. In summary - this is an excellent hotel which I cannot fault in any respect and I can recommend it without reservation.

The resort is a destination not just a hotel. There are a salt water pool, one fresh water lake, one fresh water pool within the resort to with a huge private beach curving throughout the boundary with one side being very quite if you prefer hanging out with just the people you’re with and the other side more public as it’s attached to the neighboring resort. Rooms are designed as Huts each with 4 rooms 2 on ground and 2 on upper floor so it’s an ideal stay if you have a family (you can occupy a whole hut with 4 rooms each room with balconies opening either towards Pool or Beach depending on room number) There’s a small zoo as well with some goats, swans, ducks etc but it was being renovated when i stayed there and i was told they are adding more animals soon. Breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of all sorts of cuisine. The nearby market has Arabic, Malay (Local), Indian restaurants and is really enjoyable to walk through in the evening through night with a lot of small shops, massage parlors and 7/11 etc.

Value for money, this hotel is great. You can’t beat the prices for a mid level 5 star hotel like this one. The pools have all been renovated which help a lot. Breakfast is great with both western and Asian options. My partner and I reallly enjoyed it. Location is great as well with sunset views and a great beach near local restaurants. Room is big and bathroom storage room is massive too. Adding an aerial photo to see the expansion of the hotel.
