My wife and I spent 10 wonderful days at The St. Regis Langkawi for our honeymoon, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is stunning - elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The beach is equally impressive - picturesque, calm, and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our time there memorable. All of the staff were amazing, but we’d specifically like to thank Safuan, Shahdini, Nazz, Niko, Prem, Am and Dil for going above and beyond during our stay. The food was consistently delicious, with great variety and quality across all the restaurants. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our honeymoon and would absolutely love to return. Thank you to the entire St. Regis Langkawi team for an unforgettable stay!

This is one of the best places to stay at Langkawi. Its an absolutely gorgeous resort. The rooms are just excellent and the overall resort is just fantastic. Its a very calm, serene location with a private beach. There is no noise or public at all. The staff is super polite, hospitable and very caring. The butler service they have is extremely helpful and very convenient. Attention to detail is great. The Pantai Grill on the beach is an absolute delight. Amazing cocktails, and grilled food is just superb. My compliments to the chef. He took our ask and made the best fish and best lobster we had eaten. Totally loved it. Special call out to these folks. They were just such a sweet set of people who took great care of us for 3 days. Firdaus, Ferlani, Pali, Izam, Bard and Cruz. Firdaus, Ferlani, Izam and Pali were just wonderful.

From the moment we arrived, we were transported into a world of calm elegance. We stayed in one of the gorgeous Greek-style villas — tastefully designed, spacious, and complete with a private pool that made every morning feel like a dream. The property itself is beautifully maintained, serene, and blissfully noiseless — the kind of place where you can truly unwind. A special mention to Azman, our exceptional butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. Chef Jai deserves equal praise — every meal he crafted was a masterpiece, lovingly curated and bursting with flavour. We felt pampered every single day! Evenings at Kayuputi were pure magic — the sunset views were breathtaking, and the ambience was simply unmatched. Every member of the staff we met exuded such warmth and professionalism that it made us feel like we were among friends. From the stunning villa and pristine beach to the incredible service and culinary excellence, our time at The St. Regis Langkawi was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise. 🌅💛

Stayed there for 3 nights with my partner. There is nothing but a calm beach around the property, and you need a ride to get to the shopping area. All the staff were very friendly, especially the doormen and the concierge staff. Mr. Benedict Raj assisted us a lot. I was amazed when one of the staff members gave me a call to help after I lost my diamond necklace at the property. I realized that the information had been shared within the team immediately, and I was impressed by how swift their response was!! Breakfast was also good, and it was impressive that the reception lady (sorry, I didn’t remember her name) of breakfast venue always repeated mine and my partner’s first name every time we visit there with nice smile. Though the hotel is not new and under renovation some part, this hotel became one of my favorite and it worth to visit.

We’ve just spent two night at the St Regis, Langkawi - and have checked out a night early. On arriving, we booked a taxi transfer to the hotel having arrived by Ferry - so they knew the time we would arrive. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our room. Upon checking into the room, the private plunge pool was out of use for 3 hours as it was so cloudy/dirty and needed maintenance. The hotel itself is very tired, beyond just a lick on paint in most areas - it needs a refurb. Today, having heard banging in our room for over an hour at 11am - we mentioned this to reception. It was like we was making it up, and it was breezed over. Finally, the weather wasn’t great - but there was no where to get a drink as the beach bar and reception bar was closed. The staff were apologetic, but I think there are better options on the island - and we decided to spend our final night elsewhere. The management didn’t really do much to persuade us to stay, and we’re now on our way to Ritz Carlton for our final night. This could be a lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly - but it’s the basics that let it down.
