Property is beautiful, but! Beach is super dirty ! It’s a lot of trash, plastic, glass . It’s a dirtiest beach of entire island and it’s a four seasons ! It’s ok if you want to stay in the property only. Maximum pool. For beach needs to go to other parts of the island . Even down from the resort is much more clean that at the resort itself !

Huge thanks to the team at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi for the truly outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay. Special appreciation to Mr.Clinto (Housekeeping Manager) and Mr. Arwen Raj (the Server) for your kindness and attention made all the difference. We truly felt at home. Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to returning.

I recommend this hotel without question. I had an amazing experience here. - View is epic. - You can see the Thailand National Forest island from the hotel. It takes 45 minutes to one hour. I need to go next time I’m here. - Mangrove tour is great. A highlight. - 10 stars for the kids club staff. - Breathtaking views of the ocean. Yes, it needs to be said again. - Resort is beautifully located in a rainforest and feels very private. - related, the spaces feel intimate. Familiar. Warm. Small, despite a massive almost 50-acre layout. Not an overwhelming resort. Not one for conventions and conferences. It feels like a place I’d want to come back to for the weekend, again and again. - Food is better than most resorts. I’ve stayed in my fair share. Definitely recommend. That said, not perfect. -The family pool is deep, at 1.5m. I saw a girl who couldn’t swim walk into the pool and almost drown but for my group who extended an arm. Yes, this is more a critique of her parents but be warned, you’ll need to keep an eye on your little ones here. There are no clear sight lines across the pool. -The private pool at our villa had an algae ring. I wanted it to be cleaner, perfect. I get that we’re in the jungle so the monkey taking a bath in the pool is expected but I want the ring and basin/bottom of the pool to be brilliant and crystal. -There were a few minor service nits. - Slow service at restaurants even by island resort standards. Room service was the usual 45 minutes but I don’t expect that at the restaurant. Rhu bar was worst on this front; Indian restaurant / Sarai are the best. - We don’t have that wine. Oh we do. Please wait. Never mind we don’t. Then the wine shows up. - Housekeeping botched the timing of room cleaning and then deep bow apologized. That’s the short version. Here’s the long version: It was actually more complex. Housekeeping didn’t know whether the dnd light was on intentionally and asked the breakfast staff to check on us but nobody did. So the room wasn’t clean when we returned. My take is that housekeeping should have bit the bullet and just said we failed. My wife thinks someone else failed on comms. I think we shouldn’t know who messed up. - The chat thing is dangerous because it creates expectations that one then must deliver on. Replies were fine, not the punchiest. Very good but excellence is the standard. - I’d love more indoor community spaces here. The humidity can be intense for those unaccustomed to the heat.

We recently went for a 5 day trip there, when you walk in you are greeted with smiles. The staff are super friendly and its super easy to check in. The resort is massive, they have 5 resturants and 1 main pool. The activities are also well organised having activities everyday. The water center lets you do, catarman sailing, wind surfing, kayaking and stand up paddling for free. I wouldn't recommend jetski here though. The only bad side about 4 seasons is how far you are, and at these hotels you dont generally go explore the rest of the island. But overall, its a great resort, breakfast is SOOOOOO good but the resorts mainly meant for a relaxing holiday.

Very unprofessional personal . Need to learn the basic rules of hospitality business . Beach is discussing? So much dirt on the beach and it’s not cleaned ! Discussing! They cleaning only sand closet to the villas but from villas you can’t get to the water !
