Great Stay with Beautiful Views and Top-Notch Service with a Personal Touch!! Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Highlight was the amazing sea view. Both swimming pools were amazing. The infinity pool had the best ocean view, especially during sunset. The lower pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying with kids. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast had a good mix of local and international food. The restaurant staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. I especially loved the calm atmosphere, and the quiet beach just steps away. It felt like a real escape from the busy world. Everything about this resort impressed us. Can’t wait to come back.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at your hotel. The location was perfect, providing a stunning view of the sunset that I absolutely loved. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the reception and farewell services were truly exceptional. If the room cleaning service were a bit faster, it would have elevated the experience even further, as the in-room dining service was excellent, with meals arriving hot and delicious. We recently stayed at PARKROYAL Langkawi and had a truly memorable experience. We booked an ocean view room and are so glad we did — the view was absolutely stunning and worth every bit. The room itself was modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom and a balcony perfect for unwinding. We especially appreciated the ceiling fan, which was a nice touch to keep things cool without relying solely on air conditioning. The pool area is a standout feature — large, inviting, and overlooking the ocean. There’s also a bar and a stylish lounge area, where you can relax during the day or enjoy live music in the evenings, which added a really nice atmosphere to our stay. The food was another highlight. Breakfast offered a generous and diverse spread, and both lunch and dinner menus were equally impressive — delicious dishes with plenty of variety. The location of the resort is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions while still feeling like a peaceful escape. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the pool lounge chairs. Unfortunately, they were quite uncomfortable — more like outdated deck chairs than what you’d expect at a 5-star resort. It would really elevate the poolside experience if these were upgraded to more modern, cushioned loungers like those at comparable properties. Aside from that, everything else was exceptional. Everything at this resort is brand new, squeaky clean and high-end. We got the ocean view rooms, and the view from the balcony was absolutely worth it. The pool and beach area is ideal for the kids, and the restaurants are pretty good. A bunch of shops within walking distance as well, including car and bike rentals. The staff is extremely helpful and everyone speaks English. Great experience overall!

5 Star hardware, rooms are amazing! We are staying at the sea view rooms 60 square meters, super spacious. But the service is just not there, start from when we arrived at the hotel no staff attended to us that we have to move our own luggages, drinking expired coconut water at the pool bar, then nothing available on the dessert menu from the restaurant to pina colada taste like weird pineapple juice with no coconut milk/cream in it. The management team really need to do some revolutionary change otherwise this hotel is going no where, all the luxury design and built is wasted.
