Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed at Parkroyal for six nights and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Emma at the reception was incredibly kind and professional — she made our check-in smooth and even surprised us with a free upgrade to the luxurious apartments! The room was always spotless (huge thanks to Tanjhim for the amazing housekeeping — you’re the best!). The whole hotel area is super clean, green, and relaxing. The staff are all so friendly and genuine — you can really feel that they care about the guests. The food was delicious, and everything in the hotel is so well thought-out and comfortable — it honestly felt like home, but better 😄 We had such a beautiful, relaxing time here. Big thanks to the whole Parkroyal team and management for creating such a warm and happy atmosphere. It was an exceptional experience, and we can’t wait to come back one day! 🌴✨

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I booked two rooms for my friends and myself, and we were warmly welcomed from the start. The rooms were spacious and of good quality, with daily cleaning service. The minibar was complimentary and restocked every three days (with water provided daily). Breakfast was very good, offering plenty of variety without being overcrowded (thanks to low season). I would, however, suggest adding more fresh fruit options. The location is ideal, right by the sea and close to a main road. The pools are large and beautiful, with spectacular sunset views. The game room (ping-pong, billiards, Nintendo Switch) was well-equipped and enjoyable. The parking area was spacious and made it easy to park our scooters. I would recommend extending the pool opening hours to allow evening swims, especially for the adults-only pool, which I felt closed too early.

The hotel’s facilities are outstanding: stunning pools, a perfectly maintained private beach, and restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious cuisine. A special mention goes to the breakfast – plentiful, diverse, and of excellent quality, with something to satisfy every taste ♥️ In short, this hotel is a true haven where luxury, comfort, and impeccable service come together perfectly. My stay at this hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by your staff member, Qim. From the moment I arrived, Qim demonstrated the utmost professionalism and attentiveness. Every detail was taken care of, and no request was ever too small. Qim went above and beyond what was required, ensuring that all visitors felt welcomed and thoroughly looked after. It is rare to encounter staff who not only fulfill their duties with such dedication but also consistently anticipate the needs of guests with genuine care and warmth. I had a fantastic stay at the Park Royal Resort Langkawi. The resort is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities that truly feel luxurious. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently fresh, well-prepared dishes. Breakfast in particular was a real highlight, with options to suit every taste. The pool and leisure areas were spotless and inviting, perfect for relaxing. Overall, the resort combines comfort, luxury, and great service in a way that makes it ideal for both relaxation and exploring Langkawi. I would happily return and highly recommend it. The staff were excellent with many to name and they know who I am taking about.. thank you! I don’t usually write reviews while I’m still staying at a hotel, but PARKROYAL Langkawi has been so good that I had to share. The resort is beautiful, the food excellent, and the staff incredibly nice, professional, and prompt. Overall, a seamless and outstanding experience so far!
