My recent stay at Park Royal Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. I booked the suite room with a private pool, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Let's start during my arrival, the service from the moment I arrived was top-tier. The airport transfer was well-prepared, with cold mineral water provided upon pickup. Once I reached the hotel, I was welcomed with a cold towel and refreshing juice. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally right up to the moment I was escorted to my suite. The staff here truly set the standard. Every team member was friendly, respectful, and warm. They made us feel valued throughout our stay. My package included a candlelight dinner, breakfast for two, and a massage — all of which were perfectly arranged. About our room, we booked the suite with private pool, the suite was simply breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and unbelievably comfortable. The private pool offered full privacy, and the in-room tech made everything feel modern and effortless. Even the complimentary items were delightful, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to the stay. Candlelight Dinner – A Must try Experience for couples. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with the candlelight dinner, and it exceeded expectations. The food was exceptionally good, the chef’s talent speaks for itself as we called the chef's kissed. The waiter was professional, attentive, and perfectly timed every part of the meal. The setup, ambiance, and romantic atmosphere made the night memorable. I highly recommend choosing this experience. Overall from the room to the service to the special touches, everything at Park Royal Hotel was flawless. I would recommend this hotel every single time. Truly an unforgettable stay.

Hello :), Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is very clean, impeccably maintained, and you can feel it from the moment you arrive. The staff is extremely welcoming and always smiling, whether at the front desk, with the valet service, or among the housekeeping team , everyone shows remarkable professionalism. We would like to give a special thank you to Helal for his excellent work and the impeccable cleaning of our room. We truly appreciated his attention to detail, kindness, and high-quality service. *** update. On day 2 the hotel did try and make it right, they did stop the construction and offer to move us to a better room however as we had amended our flights and were leaving the next day we elected to stay in the same room. On the plus side the spa is amazing with wonderful staff and the 2 singers from the Philippines in the Main bar were superb. ***** Dissapointing experience.we booked direct as GHA platinum members and requested a quiet room in the booking, when we were showed to our room I even asked Syamil if the room was noisy as it was next to the lift and he said no we’ve never had any complaints. This morning we were woken up at 8am by the sound of construction, saws drills nail guns compressor etc which is still going on as I write this. The whole point of booking a beach resort is for calm peace and tranquility right? Regarding the rest of the resort, nice sunset on the beach with a sundowner but the resort itself feels quite dirty in places although some parts are nice however the corridors etc are very concrete and oppressive. Having walked to the mall (takes around 15 minutes) the area feels very rundown and there are many closed / abandoned buildings, wear sensible shoes as the pavements are broken cracked and in very bad order with little or no lighting in places. As for restaurants outside of the hotel there are many Arabic style and western not so many authentic local restaurants that I have come to love other parts of Malaysia for. As a GHA platinum member I am used to getting a room upgrade when available as a benefit of the platinum status, however I was told upon check in that this didn’t apply to the room category we booked but we could pay to upgrade and we were given several options of room categories that we could up grade to, I didn’t think any more of this and took what I was told at face value but having just checked with GHA it seems I was entitled to a free upgrade as well as other benefits. I would say however that they have offered to buy us dinner this evening but not if we paid to upgrade our room???. We initially booked 2 nights but planned to extend to 4 nights if we liked the hotel, needless to say we won’t be staying past the 2 nights as enough is enough for us and we will be on the next available flight. Overall this shouldn’t be rated a a 5 star hotel, the only thing here that’s 5 star is the sunset, but of course that has nothing to do with the hotel as you can take a stroll on the beach to see that.

We had a fantastic experience at Parkroyal Langkawi. The resort is beautifully maintained, with a stunning beachfront and breathtaking sunset views. The rooms are modern, spotless, and spacious — perfect for families. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of international and local dishes, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional — every staff member was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The kids loved the pool and play area, while we enjoyed the infinity pool facing the sea — pure relaxation! The location is perfect too, close to Pantai Cenang but still peaceful and private. Overall, an excellent stay that truly exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here for our honeymoon and it was honestly such a dream from start to finish 💕 Check-in was smooth and right on time — handled by Neesha, who was super friendly and welcoming! Airport pickup was all arranged perfectly 🚗✨ We got exactly the room we wanted — high floor with a centre sunset view — and it was gorgeous. Before the trip, we even emailed them to confirm a few things, and replies came super fast and helpful 👏🏻 They also let us check in early and check out late — such a win! Receptionists were all smiles, service was great, and the whole ambience throughout our stay felt calm and luxurious. Housekeeping deserves a mention too — the room was always kept spotless. They even came by in the evening to refresh everything, which was such a nice touch. But if you want some quiet time, just pop on the “Do Not Disturb” sign and you’re all set 😌 We had our 5-course candlelight dinner at Lancava Restaurant, and it was just perfect — the food was amazing, the vibes were romantic, and a huge shoutout to Hafiz, our waiter for the night. Super polite, friendly, and so attentive without ever making it awkward. He really made the whole experience feel warmer. Food was good, vibes were great, and everything just flowed nicely from course to course. Overall, Parkroyal Langkawi gave us everything we hoped for — beautiful views, delicious food, spotless rooms, and genuinely kind people. Couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon spot 🌅✨
