We stayed here for 4 Nights during our honeymoon. While the resort has great location, exceptional service and amazing rooms, the food is a major concern. We certain things from the buffet, but the options for Indian taste during dinner were limited. Breakfast buffet was amazing always! Basically we loved our time here and it was worth it! What I loved is, they managed all the servicing through an application.. like you can order extra toiletries and they are delivered to your room within minutes. Loved their service and care! A must visit definitely!

Overall a good experience. Nice place to relax. Room doesn't have a door for shower only has a curtain. Which is highly uncomfortable for especially a family room. Room service menu is better than restaurants menus. The buffet also is good. The beach is has rough sands due to coral debris. Otherwise would have been an amazing beach to play. Has an excellent sunset view.

The property is so massive and beautiful. I loved every corner of this place, especially the beautifully designed spa, pool and beach area. It is very scenic. We did the complimentary glass bottom ride and had a great experience. The room is excellent, one of the best in Mauritius. Coming to the negatives, I feel the food is overpriced as compared to the taste and quality. Also some of the staff - especially housekeeping appeared to be disinterested in greeting guests.

My review is based on me having to cancel my booking because of the ridiculous price for a toddlers bed!!! I had booked by stay for 5 nights back in July 2025, via Agoda at a very good rate. (Cant blame a person for trying to get a good deal). EUR 650/- for the week, which said children stay for free. A week before my trip in September, I realised that despite adding a toddler (4Y) and Infant (7M) at the time of booking, it wasnt reflected in my confirmation. So, I spoke to the reservations at the hotel, and they said that if Agoda can confirm it on email they will see what they can do. I spoke to Agoda as well and they did so. The hotel then says its hotel policy to charge for the toddlers bed for that category of room. (Fair enough). But they ended up saying I have to pay EUR 450 (EUR90 per night) for the same booking. Even the good folks at Agoda were shocked at this charge. I understand the need for business, but a charge of 90 EUR per night for a toddlers bed for a hotel is just ridiculous. Its a pity before my trip I had to then scramble to find new accomodation. Would defnitely ask people to read the fine print for this property and be warned before visiting it.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel looks like a natural paradise but is not a luxury 5 star hotel you may normally expect. The customer service from the restaurant staff was exceptional especially the manager of the Mercado main buffet restaurant and Sharkar and the young waiters. Will come again to the hotel just because of the service and the quality of food and entertainment. The negatives was the service received at the room. There were times where the towels were not replaced. Sometimes they were but they did not provide complete sets such as only 1 towel instead of two. Also we requested bed sheets to be changed but this was never actioned and had to chase up on this on a few occasions. Also the hotel upon checkout charged us an additional tourist charge which was a law recently introduced even though it only applies to guests who have booked on or after the 1 October 2025. We still paid but this should not happen.
