We’ve been to Westin Turtle Bay atleast 5 times. This time around, we were planning on celebrating our daughter’s birthday, while staying there. We informed this to the hotel, and they (Mr. Vimal) promptly put us in touch with the head of f n b /restaurants, Mr. Ram. He then took care of all our requirements and made sure the arrangements were great. Mr. Damoon (Fusion restaurant manager), Ms. Ravina (Restaurant coordinator), took great care in assuring our comfort as we celebrated our daughter’s birthday. Afterwards, Mr. Pradeep (Kangan manager) was also supportive for a good dinner at Kangan. Not to forget , the hotel manager, Mr. Hem was very welcoming and kept checking on us every now and then, to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Overall, we had a great experience.

We visited in January 2026 and had a fantastic stay. We were made to feel very welcome by Jameel and all of the staff at the Westin. The food and drink was excellent at every restaurant and the range of cuisines available was perfect for our two week break - we enjoyed the pina coladas a lot! We were visiting with our four-month old daughter and the staff all went above and beyond to make everything easier with her. In particular, Sunita was really kind and helpful every morning at breakfast and Avinash at the Beach Grill gave us great service each time we visited. The whole hotel site is also very buggy friendly. The spa treatments we had were outstanding - the facial was the best I have ever had. Our beachside room exceeded expectations, and the housekeeping team really impressed us. We really enjoyed all of the activities that Luthfee led. Thank you!

We visited the Westin TB located on the north of the island in February 2026 and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! The food at Beach Grill, Kangan, Mystique and Fusion was delightful! The service was also impeccable and we were looked after the minute we arrived, and made to feel so special. The room was perfect and on the beach so waking up hearing the sound of the waves was so relaxing! The sunset every evening was incredible! A big thank you to: Naseema Karishma Nadeem Aartee Kaushal Raveena Aki Vimal Rajeev Ved Aditya And a special thank you to Sanjeeva and Vikash for making sure we were looked after! What a wonderful experience to come to this hotel, the service from the managers to the waiters is exceptional, 5 star ,nothing is to much trouble we are here now and don't want to leave, food in the Indian restaurant last night was magnificent thanks to the attention of the manager. Lunch at beach grill just amazing the manager there so attentive to our every need. We still have 5 days left and already thinking of returning later in the year. We were recommended to come here. It's our 37th wedding anniversary whilst we are here and the staff make you feel so welcome and special. The staff are all very friendly and always on hand to help. On our arrival Sheldon took care of us and welcomed us with a nice refreshing drink. Ram (Head of food and beverage) helped us make reservations for the various restaurants and themed evenings, the food is excellent wherever you decide to eat. Kaushal is friendly, helpful and nothing is a problem for him. He is keen to make your stay a special one and has done just that. Roshan was the butler for our son's honeymoon here 6 months ago and has been so attentive to us also. He even left us a gift in our room. The room cleaners are so kind and leave the room spotless. Kavish was one of the cleaners and he was so kind and caring. Whenever you come down to a meal you have multiple staff pleased to see you and chat with you. Nothing is rushed, everything is calming and relaxed. The restaurant staff are excellent too. Artee in mystique restaurant is such a lovely person. She makes you feel like one of the family and cares for you whilst dining in mystique to make sure you enjoy your meal. Whilst snorkeling in turtle bay by the hotel's beach we were privileged to see and swim with a green turtle. Amazing experience and for free. . It will be a shame to leave such a beautiful place and the lovely people we have met.
